I bought a new laptop which already showed several defects at the time of purchase. After repair, the defects were not resolved and I wanted a new one or my money back, which I was refused. Later when I complained to Informatique customer service they talked through me and hung up.

I am very satisfied with purchases that I have made before, but with this purchase a lot went wrong in the handling and communication by Informatique. This meant that the consumer association had to be called in.
