3 weeks ago I ordered a video card from this website. Neat purchase confirmation and track and trace received. However, after a few days, the track and trace will indicate that the package has been delivered and it has been signed with a separate signature on it. I have not received or signed anything because I was not even home at this time.
Immediately contacted the company to which it was quickly responded that they were going to do an investigation that would take 3 to 5 days, after which they would contact me. After a week no response to which I contacted again. I had no response to this email, which I emailed again the following week. To this e-mail I received the response '' Postnl indicates that the package has actually been delivered and if it is a regular delivery person, he must address it personally ''.
In other words, I will not be helped with my problem and I have to see if I can speak to the parcel deliverer who comes by.
