WOW! Honestly how I would describe my experience with this travel agency. The service was amazing! The tours start at accurate times with set times for each touristic location. The tour busses were air conditioned and very comfortable. Tour guide, Faten, WAS amazing and made sure all the tourists were enjoying their time; if you ever have a chance, make sure you go on a tour with her! All in all, the experience was amazing and unforgettable:)

From a personal experience I highly recommend them and all my future travel plans will be booked with this company.
I booked with them a flight during the covid 19 period, and there was a lot of restrictions and unusual last minute changements in the airports.
First their prices and facilities in payments are the best comparing to other companies for the same flights.
Second they are very professional in the way they treat their customers: Aya was my travel agent and she was available 24/24 to keep me updated about my travel plan, and to answer to my questions. I am someone very picky and she was responsive and nice.
I definitely recommend them.

The owner is lovely and take good care of her customers. Prices are competitive.

A company is not committed to its promise
We put under the de facto situation in Marmaris
We are a group of 25 adults and children
In Beirut it was agreed to be 5 double rooms for adults and 5 rooms for three people for middle aged and young 5 star hotel
The surprise was when we received the rooms for a maximum of one star hotel we asked the hotel manager not to care
Room 3 people are big takht and small takht and ages 9 to 18 years old
The agreement in one building and one storey was distributed to three buildings each room on the floor and building
When we ask for one answer, we do not have a request, although our reservation in Lebanon was 35 days ago in Beirut
Beware these companies
In order for people like us not to fall into the trap, the hotel room number from Beirut is required

Don't trust this company. Be careful
1. We didn't get our taco tour they promised.
2. driver driving very dangerously.
3. our tour guide Marco took us to the tequila shop. He told us his friend (the owner) "is a good guy, I trust him"," he knows his stuff", "you can't get better tequila". When I got home and open the newspaper wrapping, I noticed straight away that it was a counterfeit tequila. This is very very very dangerous! This is a health concern and it can be deathly. We paid for the tour so we can have a trusted tour guide! Someone who can help us maneuver the landscape, not send us to the scammer. If someone drank too much they can have liver failure or death.

Very bad experience. Be careful and always negotiate price, once they know you are a tourist, they will take advantage. They will only provide you a driver without any knowledge.

Bad customer service, inaccurate information and staff are not helpful at all. They don't care about people problems and they waste their time. As a Tourism management student and old travel agent I don't recommend this travel agency at all and I suggest to the management to train their staff or choose them well before hiring them.

Staff are very rude!!! Booked a tour then when called to confirm they wanted to charge more.. Also booked a tour for the next day which was cancelled and gave us a hassle to get a refund... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They are a great travel agency, they offer you great package deals all over the world. They also help you to get visa for some countries.

I had a good experience last year, went to antalya, Turkey.

It's true that you have to wait alot especially in high season, but so far... Whenever I travel with them I am Never disappointed...especially to Turkey .
