Actually, I heard a lot a lot about how nice they are and how professional the team. But i find out that at the reception they were rude, and they dont give a precise explanation. There was 3 ladies and none of them know how to communicate with people. The AC wasnt running well. We worled with a lady called Hiba, she was mean, impolite and has no patience at all. All she wanted is for us to decide and move for the next customer. Anyway, we booked but we are crossing our fingers to the trip to be more fun than what we went through.
