Believing it was the best agency I choose for their service and it's total disappointment. This agency sends me to a hotel in full renovation or I change 2 rooms but as you can imagine the noise is unbearable, then I ask that I change my hotel we accept with a difference to pay while the second hotel was at a cheaper price at the base. Completely disappointed and do not advise at all.
