Eagle Protection Services has been a good place to work during my rookie year in the security field. The management is very friendly and genuinely cares about their employees. However the pay is lower than their competitors, and there is a lack of details/patrols for more qualified guards. One can quickly outgrow their role here. Veni, Vidi, et nuntiavit. I came, I saw, I reported.
Love this company! Jason, River, and Maxwell are always there when I need them. The owner is nice. Laid back and the pay is great greatest security company around

Great company to work for. Competitive pay and there are always overtime hours to work if you want. Management was great and very knowledgeable. Only way to have a poor experience here is if you're a poor worker.
Great security service our security in our building meeting them they are always polite and insure things are in order
Our security officer took the time to go around to the tenants and give them a bag of candy or two I have to say it was a nice touch to the families here ive seen her for a while now and she continued with smiles and greeting as a true amabasador to Eagle Security Services. 5

Horrible company. Beware to any client contemplating hiring them for security services. They treat their officers terrible, thus, transferring low morale staff to your site. Like every security company in the 21st century, they are accepting too many contracts to grow their company, without enough employees to dispatch to the sites. In turn, this leads to lack of training, lack of ethics, and constant burn-out due to the increase desire for employees to work as many shifts as possible. Eagle Protection pressures their employees to work 16 hours a day just to cover shifts so the site won't be unmanned. Horrible!! A G.E.D. and a drivers license is all it takes for someone to gain their security license in VA....this is exactly the type of low-grade guards you will get from them!! You'd be better off going to Securitas, Triple Canopy, or Contellius for your security needs. Jason and his management team are incompetent of running a proper security business. Go ahead and sell to Allied Universal like your neighbor SOS Security did because your security personnel and business is a joke!!!!
Worst customer service ever first my first pay check missing 8 hours then hade to wait 2 weeks for a personal check that could have been giveing at any moment
Not to mention 150 takeing out for uniforms witch I returned back just to know that I was not getting back my money because clothes was not dry clean but they was washed never again will I work for them again .Just lies but good look to anyone els

I have put my application in online and today i have a interview with Mr.Jason Rivers.I can't say anything bad about the company.I don't understand why people think negative about Eagle Protection Service.You should did some research on the company before applying.In my opinion i don't thank it is good to talk bad about the company.All security companys have up's and down.Isn't the company is the employees that work for the company that have a issues.It all how we make the company.If we want to get a promotion in ranks.We have to approve our effect.I have work with a worst security companys.The best thing to do if you go on a interview always ask question about the company before decide offer a position with Eagle Protection Service.That my advice to offer.
Great company. Coming up on my 5th year here. Staff is friendly and communicates well. Wide variety of sites that fit my area. Pay is good.
EAGLE PROTECTIVE GROUP has many possibilities throughout the company. Everyone is very friendly and treats you like family. If you have any issues the supervisors will try and work with you as long as you let them know what you need. I am been working for this company many years because of the opportunities that have come my way. The company is very dependable and it shows because they have been in business for 20 years.
Working for Eagle was not an orgasmic life changing experience, but it was a job. I might have been late once or twice, but I called the Regional and let him know. It was that easy. When I needed help on the job, I called the Captain. Literally, that easy. I knew what I was getting into. I was gonna be a SECURITY GUARD!!! WELL DOG MY CATS. I'M ABOUT TO MAKE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS AND BUY ME AN ISLAND. Give me a break. I patrolled one those card board over night communities making sure dumb nuts followed the rules and the rich people didn't get aggravated. I was not the White House. In the 2 years I spent with them, I had health insurance and one, $1.00 raise. I also got certified training done with them for Baton and CPR. It was free. Cake man, simply cake.
As a former client, eagle had the Lowest rates in the area. You get what you pay for. Never Again
This is a horrible company. They drive around with the are yellow lights activated, without the slightest idea of what law enforcement means. In many cases, this is not the fault of the individual officers, but a bad business model and lack of support from their Command Staff. Also, it has a reputation amongst employees for not even paying overtime, and cheating officers. You should not hire them. Instead, I recommend SSI Protection
They don't talk to you with respect and you can't move up in the company
Management was fair and the staff communicated fine. I wasn't sent to the best of places to work but that was what they had so I made the best of it. I wore a uniform, received on the job training and I did my job. Pay was fine. It wasn't hard.
As a Armed Security this is the best company that I have ever worked for. Management truly cares about their employees and wants everyone to succeed within the work place. I love being a part of the team Eagle Protection Services. The most enjoyable part of my job is my supervisor that is Jason, Maxwell and Kevin. I always go to them if I needed advice or when I needed help in something that I did not understand. Over all I loved this company.
Very unprofessional they try to cheat you out of hours and when u return the uniform even after you clean it they still charge 75$ the big bosses smoke marijuana that s why they don t give urine screens when u call for back up they don t come they make you fend for your self the site phones are always going out a very unprofessional company makes me not want to get back into security.
Awesome company, great supervisors. Very informative and received all training through them.
