Check in @ 3pm I didn't get a room until 6:45 pm.woke up@ 3:45am and seen a Roach Crawling On my bed. Service was very very bad ,food cold @ the buffet.Wouldn't stay there again. Employee's need to be retrain starting with the Supervisors .
Our whole floor was reserved as nonsmoking, which was nice!
This was our 3rd. time here and believe me it's not one of our best visits. I understand the covid 19 issue but some of the staff is very rude. As for the restaurant was awesome and the food was great. This was our son 1st visit, he loved it.
They actually gave this hotel 3 stars? It was filthy, the furniture was old & worn, the sitting chair actually had stuffing coming form the arms, the bathroom was dirty!! The room we had, definitely had not been remodeled, ever!! Nasty, Nasty, Nasty!!! The buffet was closed, it is only open on the weekends. I will never go back!!!
They wouldnt let my 25 year old wife in because her license was a few days expired after we drove 3 hours to come here
Not good experience. Rooms not up to par, bathroom floor dirty,rim around toilet floor filty.furniture table terrible, breakfast was very greasy.
I got a rash from the covers all over my back and arms from where the covers touched me. My legs were ok since I slept in jogging pants. I thought something was crawling on me. I am just not having less itching a week later after bathing and washing the germs away. Whatever the reason I broke out. I was scratching like crazy. My shoulders weren t so bad and completely cleared up. Wil not be going back. The entire hall on the end I stayed smelled like weed. I turnt the air on high to get some air.
Property was gorgeous! Casino was booming and payout was good.
Looked nice from the outside but definetly not on the inside. The rooms were outdated and smelled of cigarettes even when we ordered non smooking rooms. Checked out same night and got a refund.
The 2019 Crawfish/Corvette show was grand looking forward to next year food was grate DJ/band was all the way live keep up the good work.
Had a great stay other than my daughter not being able to swim. Had no clue that it was an 18 an older pool. Definitely get the WiFi because cell service is awful. It was also ladybug season. Other than that we had a great stay.
I like their selection of games and tables. It's hard to get a waitress to bring you a drink though. I was there for about 2.5 hours and ordered a beer several times, and only 1 waitress actually brought me a drink.
Dinner buffet was terrible. Food was either overcooked or under done. Also, food temps were lukewarm at best. Also cost was two dollars more than advertised.
Breakfast buffet, however, was awesome. Great food, omelets and eggs cooked to order and exceptional.
The Deluxe room was barely average. Bed had to be over 10 years old due to the serious slumps in it.
Rooms on upper level (4th floor up) are awesome but on the lower floors they are kind of junky. Its always too hot in there.
Fantastic will be back to try out the new rooms best place for veterans
What's going on?? They are falling off. The rooms were dingy and furniture looked like motel furniture.I changed rooms and paid 11 dollars more for an upgrade to a suite and it was no difference. Shame on them!!
Food and beverages are still great. The "Luck of the Irish to me has gone back to Ireland". Out of all the years that I've gone, these last two have been skimpy. Out of Towner's can catch a better break than the hometown crowd.

The stay was excellent! The room was clean. Inside of the casino was ice cold, could not even sit in there to play and I had a jacket on. Even the staff complained about the temperature being so low. Became sick after leaving from the cold casino! Would love to visit again, but not if in those cold conditions.

Buffet closed and slot players should not have to pay for premium beer. Most machines were not operational.
It is okay, just need to let customers win more. I never hit a jackpot at Fitz.
I had a great time at Fitz! The drinks were good and everything was to my liking even down to the parking.
The Fitz Tunica Casino & Hotel is our home away from home. It has great rooms with very comfortable beds and extra soft pillows. They have a great all you can eat buffet and a very awesome steakhouse that have DELICIOUS steak to die for. The hotel has a nice pool and exercise room. The casino has alot of different games to choose from, or alot of tables to play on. We really love this place!

Really small casino, the smoke is way too much, couldn't hardly breathe inside. I do like that they hand shuffle the card tables, I just couldn't enjoy them because the air was stuffy. No payouts on the slots, and no self serve drink machines. Was hoping and expecting more from a casino.

I have been to Tunica before but I have never stayed at the Fitz. Take my advice and don't. My friends and I arrived at 2:00 and check in wasn't until 3:00. I have never been to a hotel that wouldn't let you check in a little early. Okay. Fine. We went into the casino to explore and play machines for an hour. We went back and still couldn't get checked into until 4:00. They apparently couldn't clean rooms in time to check people in at 3:00. My friends and I had booked two rooms ahead of time together on the same floor. Could we get rooms together? No. In fact, we all went to the one room they could give us after an hour and an half of waiting, to wait for the other room to be ready. Making reservations ahead of time doesn't mean anything, so our group ended up on two separate floors. My room was dirty. There were cigarette ashes on the floor and dirty diabetic test strips on the floor in the hallway. Nasty. It's a shame because I actually liked the casino and the dining was good, but this hotel will never get another penny of my money. My friends and I will stay at another casino in Tunica.
I love the Fitz.. the staff is very friendly..the rooms are clean. The food is always good.. they have a great pool and hot tub. they give great comps. I will always recommend the Fitz.
I must say Monique in the Hotel Audit department is my shero. She was extremely patient and kind; she exemplified the epitomy of customer service as she worked with me through my ordeal. I'm eternally greatful for her genuine down home hospitible personality. We need more people like you Monique. A big thank you for your time attentiveness and consideration.

I went down there to rescue a stranded friend. His phone died but the daytime staff ( security, hosts, floor mang., bartenders,etc ) so great.
I stayed 3 days at the Fitz with friends and family for Valentines. I had the worst hotel experience ever. Those DARN Lady bugs and maybe even bed bugs drove me crazy. I spent only 2-3 hours in the room each day because of the lady bugs. They were on the walls, bed, ceiling, windows, and bathrooms. I don t do bugs and I could care less about about LUCK. The only positive thing was my best friend and I did have FUN gambling all day and night and we did bring home a few dollars. So if I visit again, I will not stay at the hotel unless it have been upgraded. Also a micoleowave and mini fridge is a must at a hotel. In need of upgrades, an exterminator and renovations bad!!!
A friend told me Fitzgerald Casino is the best casino in Tunica Mississippi . I've played at all the casinos in the Tunica Mississippi area. And she was right! I win when I play at Fitzgerald. Live bands. Great concerts. Plenty of boxing. Moving my play to the Fitz really improved my gaming experience!
No jackpots, no servers, no air upstairs, not worth my 45 minute drive.

I love to play at Fitzgerald's... However the hotel is really dated. I always stay here when I am visiting my family in Memphis. They need to really update all the floors except one. It always smells like mold. I don't think they ever cleaned the hotel after that flood. I can never be upgraded to one of the renovated rooms which is a joke because they always have some sort of excuse. Also it would be nice to be able to log into your Players reward account online. They were remodeling so it will probably be better once they are done. It was reminiscent of the fitz that is now the d on freemont in vegas. They have a lucky rock when you walk in but the blarney stone is at the d. It was cool to check out
People tried to claim my elderly mother's bag, and while security was paying attention the experience of chacing them down after my mother called to verify contents was excessive. It was just an issue. And they still have an infestation of lady bugs in thier rooms, smh ironically.
EXTREMELY SMOKY hotel. I had to put towels on the bottom of my door to try and keep the scent out WITHOUT success
Too many casinos switch to $10 craps tables far too early. I love $5 tables. I don't understand switching too early. Especially when the tables aren't full. We walked around to 4 different casinos before stopping at you guys. You were the only ones with $5 tables. Granted, I lost a good amount of money lol, but it happened long enough for me to have fun.
Enjoy coming to Fitz, but the smoking is HORRIBLE. I realize you allow smoking in the casino, but in the hallways, the lobby, the bathrooms, ok enough is enough. Please, please, please, stop the smoking in the hallways, it is dangerous. You do realize that you have people that don't smoke but love your casino?Can you designate a small area that would be a no smoking lounge for non smokers to take a break from the smoke? Please consider this for all the non smokers that patronize your casino. THANK YOU!!!!!
The hotel staff is unfriendly, rude and act like they dont want you there. The room my wife and I were in, room 764 which was supposed to be a deluxe king suite was infested with bugs. We came back from the casino and turned back to sheets to goto sleep and there were bugs under the pillows and all under the sheets. We turned the lights on and the ceiling and corners were infested. I called tried calling the front desk but the phone by the bed didnt have a handset cord. So I went into the other room and the phone wasnt even hooked up. After several attempts with no answer, someone finally picked up. I requested a manager to my room because it was infested with bugs and I was told they would let the manager on duty know but it would be a while. There were also pubic hairs all over the bathtub. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend coming to this place.
i have book a room for the 13th and had some questions to ask can't even get then on the phone or email me back so this is a long shot i payed with a blue bird witch is a prepay card and I don't know if I can get the $50 refundable back when I pay the $50 when I check inn and I also wanted to know when I check in what do i all had to pay for
The hotel had AWESOME customer service. However, the rooms were very dated. Like, 1995 dated. Other than that, it's a nice get away

The buffet was not good, desserts were hard and dry. There other food was bad except crab legs. The stuff was excellent. That is the reason for the 4 stars.
Dealers were awesome! Probably because we actually tip. Bathrooms were nasty. Took forever to get a drink.
