EVERYTHING WAS GREAT EXCEPT......THE FOOD PLACE EMPLOYEES.....THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!

If I could give this hotel NO stars I would. I found bed bugs in one room and was moved to another where we found a cockroach crawling across the dresser. One manager said she would refund our money and comp our stay for the inconvenience then the hotel director Keidron refused to do so. He stated he could but he would not. After going back and fourth with him for upwards of 30 mins and getting the manager from the night before to confirm that she said she would refund us he finally apologized stating that he had us confused with another guest and that he would go ahead and refund us. All of this after he told us we were being combative while security stood near by. Absolutely ridiculous! We will never return to that place again!!! No empathy and horrible customer service.

Very nasty Casino, the Hotel is full of Bed Bugs and Other Insects, Water is Bad and the Worst Buffet in Tunica !!!!! :(

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. Rooms were great for the price.

Room was clean. The only problem was the mold in the bathroom around the faucet and plastic bar. Slots were tight. Bed and room temperature was great. The wing I was on was quiet. Fudpuckers has good food.

I went to the Corvette / Camaro car show & Crawfish festival. It was great!! I enjoyed walking around looking at the cars sipping a beer. I ate two helpings of crawfish. I think $20 for the Crawfish was fair considering they were a decent size, seasoning wasn't too spicy & there was corn, a couple small potatoes & a few slices of sausage too. The weather was really nice for the event. Not too hot, slightly cloudy with a breeze here & there. Nice event! Is attend again if I was in the area.

i went during pandemic they take safety first. They have mask and gloves hand sanitizer. Slot machines are 6 feet apart. And tables have plexiglass to keep people apart. You will be safe.

No stars went to the buffet everything was cold except the sweet potatoes the worst I've ever had

The hotel and casino were above par. Most of the staff and service was above par. But, the sportsbook was unorganized and unprofessional. I was having a conversation with my friend about how he needed to start checking his wagers before he left the counter because they had already messed as real if mine throughout the day. The sportsbook manager overheard this conversation and proceeded to follow me outside and pick a fight with me. He didn't like the comment I made even though I wasn't even speaking to him and proceeded to remove us from the casino and our hotel room. Highly unprofessional and unwarranted!!!

Terrible terrible and more terrible, gaming sucked, rooms sucked, food sucked, and they let people just sit around and beg you for your money.

The first room they put us in had black mold all around the window, so they put us in another room... Restaurants are wayyy over priced, $35 for a steak or $31 per person for the buffet, even though it's supposed to be a "non smoking floor" people still smoke cigarettes everywhere including in the elevator... Will not stay here again

This is always the casino I stay at when visiting Tunica. Friendly staff, and mostly good machines. I could deal without all the cigarette smoke, but that's part of the casino experience I guess... They need more waitresses cruising the gaming floor, I felt like most of the time I had to go searching for them rather than them coming to me. The buffet is amazingly good, but I was disappointed by the fact that it shuts down for breakfast on Monday mornings, which is a new thing and makes no sense for a place that is open 24/7. I guess they want their guests to spend their money somewhere else... The pool and hot tub ain't too shabby, nice and spacious and 18+!! And OMG the bed. That is the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in!

I will say that the experience at the Fitz isn't what it used to be. I remember many times where many of the complaints I have this time were not an issue. But, overall I'm still very happy with them.

Didn't get my deposit back for my room. Can't talk to anybody. No return phone call. Payout sucks. Rooms stinks but clean. Food is great.

Mini suite was quite decent, however had ANTS! Then the manager responded as if I wanted compensation stating that's not on them or there problem that's on house keeping. Sometimes it's not what you say it's, how you say it! Especially to a customer

Nice hotel room and casino. Buffet could have been a little better for the price of it.

The staff was very friendly. The pool was out if order during my stay. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The hallways and carpets could stand to be updated. But all in all it was a pleasant experience.

Well me and my husband love it there.cant wait to go back again the hotel looks like a castle the people who work there are great and the rooms r awesome

The Casino and Hotel are a shadow of their Former selves. It all needs some heave duty remodeling and maintenance. There were bulbs out in the room and cobwebs on the fixtures. Some of the slot machines were very old and in need of maintenance too with bad lights, dim screens and rough exteriors. The service in the Fudruckers was not very good. The shower still had leftover shampoo and a bar of soap from the previous guests. I wish I could say it was a good experience but I can not.

There should be negative stars. Had to pick one to be able to post. Stayed there for one night in a room on 1st floor room 161 and the window did not lock. Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the facilities. Checked out next morning by handing my room keys to woman at checkout desk. Did not get receipt. Big mistake. Noticed my account being charged. Called on Thursday just after noon. Talked off and on between them and my bank. Was still being charged for my room. Was told that I was still in the room. Finally on Friday my ghost(haha) went out the window. Yes, room was found locked with the window wide open. I cursed a few people trying to straighten this out. I am BANNED because I didn't like my debit card being used without explanation nor permission. And I CURSED. My question when I called on Thursday why was that room not checked?...... Why was I not told that room was locked and chained? Was window checked on Thursday?,....... Was I SAFE here???????

My home away from home. Great staff. Great security. Great housekeepers, great cooks. Paying games yesss i will definitely recommend.Good job guys!!!!

We upgraded to a Deluxe Room. Was very clean with a great view of the Mississippi River. Staff was friendly. Can't wait to go back.

Drove 3 hours to be there at 3 o'clock check in which means nothing to them set in car for over 2 hours before room was done been coming here for 20 years and spend lots of money wife is top tier player feel sorry for those who are not if this is the way they treat their players who spend less food is on the room's so couldn't even eat won't get no more of our money

It was okay, but staff weren't nearly as friendly as they were at the other casinos

My room was infested with ladybugs. I feel like they really didn't care I got another room but I have been coming to the Fitz for years but I'm going to start staying at another hotel I can spend my money better elsewhere

Old Hotel, Not very clean, drawers not cleaned- staff is not very friendly- Specifically in the Gift shop!!!

Smokers heaven...You couldn't escape the smoke, not even in your room. It sits only a couple hundred feet from the mighty Mississippi, but no amenity takes advantage of this. The indoor pool and hot tub were sufficient but not very big. The workout area is a joke, a couple of really old treadmills and stair steppers. The buffet was good, well the food tasted pretty good. Really small casino on two levels.

The poor choice of music ran me out of here. I was winning and left. Even 4 different staff members were complaining about it. If it wasn't for the music putting me to sleep I might have stayed longer. No drinks were offered. I even asked but never got anything. I told my mate to NEVER take me back!! Bay birthday still turned out nice

Great fun for a girl's get away with my sister and niece. The comp'd rooms were clean but a little small.

The water surrounding the casino because of the rainy weather the southeast has had. Thought we might have to leave at a moment's notice. All in all, we played, we stayed but there must be some changes in the future. I remember better days at the Fitz.

Well this place is really getting old. Once again nothing. I've spent to much money. And was there maybe a hour and a half. And trust me I didn't even wonted to go. My Mom did. I guess she likes losing money. But I can't afford it I have bills. And when you can't win anything. Why would I even want to come down there. I'm tired of losing. I used to do pretty good. It was fun to go. But now I'm so sick of it and Everytime My Mom wants to go down to the Fitz I get a knot in my stomach... But I take her. Just because she's in her 80 's and she likes to go and lose it because she likes playing. But I could tell tonight she didn't say much on the way home. But I think she's getting tired of losing to. Anyways I like coming I'm just tired of losing. ...!!!!!!!!

Stayed at the Fitz in Robinsonville and the room was disgusting. Never got offered a drink while playing in the casino, no cable or satellite in rooms. TV said press menu for a movie and the menu button was disabled. Overall the ONLY thing I enjoyed was the company I had with me.

My experience at Fitzgerald Casino, located in Tuncia, Ms was very nice and exciting. The buffet was great, and the dinning area was very clean. My plans are to visit again soon. Today was my very first visited and I really enjoyed.

In the past we hated fitz. Well I wound up with free buffets so we decided to try it again. We really enjoyed it.

Had $40 promo cash and $10 room rate that I haven t used told my bf we couldn t use it had to go in and wait in line again for them to tell me they made a mistake send him back in and wait in line again had my 8 month baby and cold food for waiting 40 minutes and manager had an attitude very poor service NEVER AGAIN

Really run down and unsatisfying. The room was like walking back into the seventies. The food and community hot tub were the only things worth experiencing.

I gave it 3 stars because of the crab legs. The gaming floor is why it lost points with me.

Slots where okay, havent bee in years, southland park is booming

Very disappointed!! Senior day and I spun the wheel, after standing in line 20 plus minutes, WON?? $ 10.00. When I went to download the 10 dollars, I was unable to retrieve it. Down to casino host for help. Another 20 plus minutes, was told I had to have 35 points first receive my free money. I never have over 15 points.
Long story short, NOT HAPPY!!
I know I am a small fish in your pond, but it takes a lot of us to help your business grow.

Food was over left out too long & was dry. Sweet tea was not sweet. The server was very good. Slot machines was not hitting. Was giving any play time.

It started out a little rocky but the district manager actually took time from his day to help us. He was soo nice and took care of everything. We come here and have alot of fun. The food is fantastic. The machines pay out well. The comps are awesome. It's worth the drive.

February 15, we could not check in our room until almost 9 at night, the rooms were not ready, we were told!! Awful! We were given a free dinner and told to go and eat!!

Wasn't on our way to this casino last night, until we saw the sign that said come and get $55 to play with on us. So we thought what the hell... drove a little bit out of the way, walked in to get a players card and asked about the $55 , the lady at the desk rolled her eyes and said "You dont get $55, you have to lose it first and then they will mail it back to you." No where on the sign did it say that. I would have given this place a chance even after that information, but the lady's rudeness was the straw that broke the camels back. Baby if you didn't want to work in customer service, you should find another job.

I only stay at the Fritz since 2013. Havent won a thing the last few times though. But I enjoy the perks

The machines were okay. We were on the first floor for at least 3 hours and couldn't get a drink. The second floor was much better.

love it here. great food and service. Stayed 4 days and 3 nights. Everyone one was friendly. Hadn't been there in 9 months and the some of the dealers remembered me and wanted to no if my sister came with me this time. Music both nights was good. Hated to have to go back to Oklahoma. Wished Tunica was closer. Lol
