The concert was amazing, but there were too many drunks and security kept ignoring them. It's not very clean and I didn't dare use the restrooms. I was disappointed.

Hotel nice, but did not have hot water. It was mildly hot to the touch, but the bath water and showers were cold. Everything was very clean and neat. No microwave, nor refrigerator, just kuric,(?) coffee pot.

The waitresses were nonexistent. I did pretty good hitting on the slots.

Great casino, lots of fun. Rooms were okay, but no fridge or microwave.

Small casino good food some pretty good slots its a little dated.

Great experience with food, however; the staff seemed nonchalant and my quest and I had to ask for water and refills several times before getting them

Staff friendly and helpful. Had the games I am used to playing and more. Restrooms were clean.

Fitzgerald's is the best, the staff is great, it's too bad they fired my host for being too cool. Overall I'd say Fitz has the best staff except for maybe Hollywood.

Fitz- Luck lives here...It is true to its slogan. We had a girls night last night. The band played old school jams. The crowd was dancing and everyone was singing. The first song was celebrate. The energy was so high and intense 4 ppl on our row hit jackpots during it...Crazy right. Every song was a classic- which means folks were singing loud at their machines. This caused a beyond words experience. ( let me say I drank hot chocolate all night- no liquor) We all came home with money. definitely going back. Oh and they announced gifts for the month. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. If you haven't gone- you really should. Their food was amazing. The cocktail waitresses were good and swift with their drinks. Be sure and rub the leprechaun!!!

Poorly Run Hotel TV did not work. No coffee maker in the room. No hot water. $18.00 Buffett was not worth it. Buffett food was cold and not much variety. Breakfast Buffett was not a whole lot better.

The bed was comfortable but the room needs a major make over and deep clean. First off I don't like that when you call to make reservations and give your request it is never honored. I asked for a king non smoking and was told that she had me down for king but they couldn't guarantee it would be non smoking. I was advised that at check in they would let me know of availability smoking/non smoking.
Of course at check in I was stuck with a double bed smoking. The 1st night I coughed and gagged all night as the smoke scent in the room was awful. It smelled as if the room had been cleaned with or deodorized with the original Lysol in the brown bottle. I called front desk to ask if there were any cancellations and was told no. I then went to my car to get some air freshener to spray to try and get relief. I called back to front desk the next morning hoping that someone had canceled still no luck. The receptionist advised that she would have the housekeeper to spray the room.
We left for the day and upon arriving back they had sprayed and it was a little better.
The ceilings were dirty and the carpet needs to be shampooed I was very upset with this stay.

It is the most cheapest cleanest Hotel Casino in Tunica they have so many beautiful games but you can play is changed a whole lot I prefer Fitzgerald overall

The CrabLeg buffet was EXCELLENT !!!!! And if you go there, ask for Drew's section, he is the best floor person I've ever had the pleasure of being served by..

Can not ever find a waitress. And when you do it takes 37 minutes to get a drink.

I liked it. Stay on the fifth floor. The rooms have been remodeled.

My experience was mostly great I ate at the buffet and had crab legs. The server was very friendly and helpful. The live bands was excellent. The atmosphere on the game floor was not like you see on commercials. People on the slot machines seemed bored and unhappy. People eating in the restaurant as well as myself we're having a good time. The food was fresh and delicious. I would have liked to have seen more food options

Staff very friendly waited about 5 mins to check into our room. Room was very clean.

My wife and I love staying here all the staff are very friendly and it is centrally located to all the other casinos. The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable.

Gambling was pretty good but that is where the appeal ended. The over priced buffet was basically filled with cheap and poorly prepared food. The rooms were outdated and poorly upkept. TV barely worked, wall sockets were damaged, bathroom floor was dirty, bed was ok. 1/3 of the lights flickered or didn't even work. You would think at least the drink service on the gambling floor would be good but Hell no!! Gambled for over 6 hrs straight and got only 3 watery drinks. Employees were friendly, when you could get them to slow down and speak to you. Will be Spending my money elsewhere.

Found roaches in the room. Very out dated, they tried to accommodate but it wasn t worth it.

Had a good stay . Room had no fridge and water pressure in sink was weak. Also housekeeping was a bit loud in hallway at times. But I still had a good stay.

Bugs Bugs Bugs! There were nats (little flys) in both rooms where we slept, in the buffet, in the casino, and in the hallway. We had a bunch in the bathrooms too. These flys would get in your face while you were talking, eating, and sleeping. VERY ANNOYING There were pubic hair in both the beds and the showers that I discovered the morning after we got in real late from a 10 hour drive. The staff was friendly but not that clean and they were loud every morning. The housekeeping lady was playing her music from her phone or an external speaker every morning instead of headphones in the hallways. I was woke up every morning with their big mouth and loud music. The pool area was dirty and littered with trash and cigar/cigarette butts all around it. I was traveling for work and did not want to go through all of the trouble of moving myself and my crew all of the equipment to a different room. Oh since the parking garage was flooding the hotel decided to pump all of the rain water into the outside parking lot so you had to walk through 5 inches of cold fast running water to get to and from your car. NEVER STAYING AT THE FITZ AGAIN WE HAD 2 ROOMS FOR 3 DAYS AND WE WILL NEVER COME BACK. I SHOULD RECEIVE A REFUND FROM EXPEDIA FOR LISTING THIS HOTEL

I think you need to up grade your coffee pot and coffee
You need bottled water in the rooms for your guest
Also you need at least 2 chairs in the room for your guest so you don't have to sit on the bed or the Floor!!

Service, food, and hate to say it great amount of the employees...... Horrible. Nasty rooms, dingy bed sheets, y attitude employees, and nasty food. Also you can't see it but it's a negative sign in front of that star.

It's a good place. On Wednesdays there is a promotion for guest aged 50 and older. Play a slot machine until 10 points are earned on the card. After 10+ points are earned, the player goes to the promotion desk on the second floor and will spin a wheel to win prizes. The prizes are $5 , $10, and $25 in free slot play. They can also win a choice between a free buffet or a free hotel room (Sunday thru Thursday). The guest is also given a $5 buffet coupon.

Went to a concert great performance by Keith Sweat ..seating is horrible for the prices..everyone is in a banquet style chair that is tied to the next one..all seats are same level so if a full bodied taller than u person sits in front of u game over..the drink bar is super slow and needs to be outside of the concert..super small for a concert hall..100-125 people can only fit in there..and thats exaggerated..stayed overnight..room was outdated..this was VIP ..needs a better venue for concerts

Fun casino. Rooms are outdated but you get what you pay for. Staff was friendly and atmosphere was good.

OK, but not a glitzy place. Seems to be a little far from the other action. I assumed it would have an exterior Irish theme instead of Medieval. Inside it is a gaming theme.

It's gotten a little bit better. It's better than it was. It just depends on what your playing. I guess it could be better. Because a lot of people come from out of town and we don't win anything. But like I said it's getting a little better. I don't go like I used to. Because they wasn't paying out. I get tired of wasting my money that I don't have to lose. P.Mc

The buffet was very good. All you can eat crab was excellent. The service was great, but the price was very expensive

We always stay at the Fitzgeralds when we come to Tunica, we love the games and the rooms always have the most comfortable beds and are always clean. We enjoyed our stay, but we had an issue with one of the staff members at the front desk who was very rude and unprofessional.... however, I will say that the front desk was short of help, with only 1 person working each time we needed things. I can understand the frustrations of being under staffed, however, they need to stay focused on treating the guest with respect. The cart attendant was super friendly and helpful with our luggage... Thanks guys!

Our room #521 was musty.The carpet was outdated and disgusting. There was an old tube TV ( no flat panel TV) no cable TV. The drain ( in tub ) backed up during showers. (as if it were stopped up) Also, smoking was allowed in the lobby. Ashtrays were available outside of the elevators. I was shocked that Fitzgerald allowed smoking in the hotel. Good news, the breakfast buffet, was good. The variety of food, fresh fruit etc.was the only thing I liked. I NEVER want to stay at Fitzgerald hotel EVER!!
For me, the highlight of my visit, was a view of the mighty Mississippi River that flowed past Fitzgerald Hotel.
Being from a river town, Louisville KY, I love my rivers.

Food was terrible at the buffet and the casino area had a strange odor.

Looks like excalibur, not as big or nice as expected

There was a roach on the bar crawling the hotel also smell like smoke and the rooms are very old I will never stay at this casino again
