My husband and I did the bed and breakfast package. Great value. However at breakfast my husband and I both found hair in multiple different buffet items. Yuk. Workers should have to wear hair and beard nets.

Slots are ok, food is meh, crowd is mostly 50+ aged people. I'm mid to late 20s and I haven't seen anyone near my age. However, bars don't ever close and drinks are free.
I'm really surprised the Fitz is still open. Rooms are dated & in desperate need of Upgrading! Bathroom Sink was cracked, tile around the toilet needs replacing, Paint is chipping on the walls, old tv's, no cable, no microwaves or fridges in the room & as a matter of fact there was only one microwave for guest use in the entire hotel & that was in the gift shop! In 2017 that's utterly ridiculous & on top of that the employees provide very lackluster service to say the least. Wouldn't stay here again.
Although the Fitz is located away from the other casinos, it is not too far by car. There are several restaurants, plenty of table games, and many slot machines including branded ones: X-Files, Monty Python, and Wonder Woman.
Kinda disappointed all I wanted was a beer asked a waitress for one she kept walking. The other girl never acknowledged me or two other people. But that's ok Sam's Town took care of me.
It not like it use to be. There was a time you can be there for a while and enjoy. Now they don't let you stay 1 hr. because they don't let you win for taking it so quickly.
The bartenders and table employees are great. They keep you wanting to roll more dice but i went upstairs to get some wings and fries and the two females that were cooking and taking orders were very rude and my fries were tough and rubbery like they had been sitting out horrible food service but great experience besides that
First, the staff is scarce. But the few that are there seem to be doing the best they can and are friendly. Second, the hotel NEEDS SERIOUS REPAIR!!! EVERYTHING is outdated, old and smelly!! I constantly walk without shoes... well not here! The carpet felt uber dirty! I felt like we were in cheap, Motel 1, not even 6! Third, the valet damaged our brand new truck & didn't say a word, initially. However, the management handled it in a great manner. Although, we didn't realize it until we were about an hour away heading home. They were honest and did not hassle us. Several days later, I spoke with Ms. Wright and she apologized and accepted fault and provided all the information to compensate us for damages. Now, she didn't say anything about comping us another visit or anything yet, so we'll see. If it were me, that's definitely what I would do to compensate for stress and inconvenience. Therefore, because of the condition and initial hassle, I had to give them a bad rating. Maybe if we are comped a "retry" trip and things go smoother, I can offer a better review. But, I don't see how things will be better with the room conditions. I do want to thank the managers, Mr. Ted, Ms. McKinney, and Ms. Wright for their help and showing concern and resolution.
I have always had kind and friendly experiences each stay including traveling here with the Bus Groups . They were very accommodating and included Freeplay with the trips .
If i could it would be a negative Zero. Horrible..this is not the friendliest place as advertised. No waitress, and if you ask for one its a issues. Celebrateing had 10 rooms for our party and everyone had issues. One room was checked out system so couldnt get access to their room. One counld get breakfast 10min prior to it ending. One got kicked out of lunch because no one was there to take tickets. Thrn someone called security over a $2 buffet difference from breakfast to lunch She was so disrespectful like she forgot she was talking to adults. Then she called police saying a pictures was taken of her for her rude behavior..and of course after having the phone searched nothing was found. This is the first and last time i will visit and would never refer anyone there EVER! Oh and 2 days later they closed down due to flooding. Krama!
Been oover a year since my last trip there. Last night I was realy sad at the shap of the place.. Looked realy run down and real low payouts. Will not return for a long time.. Nerds a new manager and to be updated badly.
While we ate at the buffet.. the food was sub par for a casino.. roaches crawled along the edges of the buffet.. when we notified one of the workers he did kill them with a towel and just went on with his job like nothing ever happened.. needless to say I will never eat there ever again
Actually I was working on location for a movie that was being filmed in N.W. Mississippi. I have never stayed in the motel, and I have been once to gamble previous to this visit. I can say, that it was an awesome experience in the game rooms and the games were very up to date as well as the staff was very friendly.
It would be so better if they have free Wi-Fi and the kids could swim in the pool also...rooms are always clean.. bar tenders and waitresses are amazing. .
Friday afternoon. Here at 2:30. Checkin is at 3pm. It s now 3: 53 pm and my room still isn t ready. Many people told to come back in 45 minutes to an hour! Very frustrating!!! Staying almost anywhere in Tunica Resorts is easier!
This casino has to be one of the worst casinos I have ever visited. After two months of closing and missing all of your free slot play and promotions. They only give you the least amount of free play possible. What happened to the promotion where if you gambled so much in January and February you could win up to 1500 or something like that? Everybody knows people played their hard earned money before this virus started closing places down. Can somebody ask Tony why we haven't seen that promotion pay out?
I had a room and was spending money on the gaming floor and it was like pulling teeth to get a drink. They are very stingy with drinks. I don't recommend gaming or staying there if u want to have a good time.
The atmosphere there has always been wonderful from the employees. I must say that I haven't won much of anything thus far this year. I'm disappointed in the new owners of this casino.
My husband and I usually always stay at Fitz when we go to Tunica. It is a very nice hotel and is always quiet. We also stay there because we usually get the better comps from them. We love going to the other casinos is well but Fitz is usually where we get the free rooms at. This time it was just a little disappointing because I usually make the reservations for a king bed because my husband is 6 foot 6 inches tall and a king is a lot better for his size. I know it is always not a guarantee we get king but they have always done their best to accommodate our request but this time they couldn't which was I guess understandable but still it was just kind of hard for him to have to sleep on a double bed. Not to mention sleeping alone.
The atmosphere was ok and not very busy. The machines were tight and most games were very old. If you wanted a beverage, you had to place your order with a waitress, which I didn't find until an hour or so after my arrival. No free play for new comers. If they upgraded their games and interior, it would be more inviting. Next time I'm passing through, I will try one of the other casinos.
The room was clean but not anything I would consider luxury. And for being a mostly empty hotel in the middle of the well they were particularly Nazi like about not allowing anyone to check in before 3pm. The television was probably older than most high schoolers and only offered a handful of channels all non cable. The buffet the was like Golden Corral's mentally challenged inbred cousin no one talks about. The gamming floor was worn and tired and many machines had buttons that stuck or were missing, but if toy play between four and nine you can't lose so that was nice.
