Not up to its standards. Supposed to got my deposit back and didnt. I called for 2 months afterwards and kept getting hung up on and never got a call returned. I would give a 0 if i could.

We had the lunch buffet there yesterday and it was one of the best for a casino buffet.

I have been to Fitz several times and always enjoyed it .. I love roulette and blackjack and usually have a great time but this last time I tried playing roulette there was a very rude dealer she made it miserable so I quit playing and left the casino I hope no one else gets treated like I did my this woman dealer because it definitely ruins the experience.

The rooms are very nice the food is good great entertainment lots of gambling fun

Casino makeover looks really great. Did win a small jackpot. Cocktail service at 12am to 5am not good at all. You have to visit the bar before you sit down. The grave yard slot attendant very nice black female about 5"7. Wears glasses brown complexion.

I made reservation for a king size bed, but got double beds. The shower water was barely coming out, had to go to my sister room to take a shower. The water in the sink, both was hot and to top it off the ice machine didn t work on our floor. Room 448 needs repairing BAD

This casino needs a up grade. The rooms are out dated and nasty carpeting.

Fitz hotel should be shut down! The rooms are nasty. There is mold all over the bathrooms..The house keepers are rude. The man at the front desk is a joke. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THAT PLACE...PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL......

Discount checking in everything is speedy nice seemed cleanly got in late wasn t a lot of traffic in the casino but it was still a good time got a little bit of a hassle at the cage when giving my ID for players reward card three different More

This place has gone way downhill. The bathrooms in the lobby are filthy. The rooms are dirty, 2 inches of dust on the clock and phone. Truly disgusting. The housekeeping staff are loud early in the morning and completely lack expertise in cleaning. The front desk staff incompetent. The charged me twice for my one night stay $202 upon arrival and $159.00 when I checked out. I had two holds on my account for a $139.00 room. Totally disappointed and displeased with this place. The slots don't pay. Stay far far far away!!!

The food was fabulous. I didn't care for all the smoke. No accommodations for non-smokers. It will be 2019. Haven't you heard Fitzgerald, smoking is bad for everyone.

Is not kid friendly. They dont allow the kids to do anything. Will never return again!!!!

Don't trust the reviews you see, we did. This place was old, run down, nasty and smelled of smoke even in no smoking rooms.
Buffet was free but it's was cold, not much selection with stations closed during dinner hour.
I don't write reviews but wanted to warn anyone thinking of staying there. It's as if negative reviews are taken down.

Expedia should check out places they market as this place was a BIG let down!

The room was ok , have had a lot nicer rooms. Play floor was good. Was sent an invite to come back, with a free room , free play ($20) , free buffet for 2. Me and my husband planned this , was looking forward to the buffet for 2. That didn t happen either. We Started up to the buffet to eat, but the escalator was blocked of , we ask if the buffet was open , that we were given a coupon for 2 free buffers, we were then told , we ll its usually open now, but today it closed and won t be opened today. Was very disappointed with this trip. We decided to leave and go to another casino. We decide to jus leave and went to Ihop to eat. And not waste anymore money there.

Nice atmosphere just come early if you can and bring cash the long wait times at the atm's i wasn't feelin that

Renovations are lovely. No buffet on Mondays or Tuesdays.

Can you please not allow dogs in rooms that bark all night. It's hard to sleep when a dog is barking. I'm pretty sure others are having same problem.Over all I like coming here. I used to enjoy the pool area. I like the breakfast buffet, dinner was ok price should be 13 bucks for player members. SO glad they updated the TV's in the standard room. Room still could use fresher paint and carpet shampooed. They should upgrade the rooms and the pool area, it's falling apart. Can you guys have shows for the folks that's off on Monday? And also have the ph checked in the pool and keep water cleaned regularly for the hot tub as well.

The room had bugs got in my Food it was awful you don't win no money sorry,

I hate leaving low reviews on anywhere .. but this is for the hotel and dining more than anything. The room we were placed in was gross. The floor was sticky, the furniture was dusty, the bathroom was falling apart. It had a fairly clean bed, and a working ac unit. Only redeeming factors of the room. The dinner buffet was passable; breakfast not so much. There's 2 stars because one isn't fair unless it's all the way terrible and it wasn't quite there.

It sucked I had several people that came to help me when I didn't get my money from ATM. Come to find out you have to lift a door. Even though several people came to help find out what happened no one ever came back to let me know that someone had got the money and probably had left. I'm sure that they saw on video that I didn't get the money and I'm sure that they made more than enough money that they could have paid the amount back to me. They could have at the least given me the courtesy that I wasn't going to be able to make my money back. Instead they had me seating there playing what money I had into the machines waiting for an answer

Very clean, attendants were friendly and the atmosphere was very nice!

Took $20.00 and won $2,300. Everybody actually wins here.

Nice casino ,is crowded on Weekends but good games and slots ...

The place feels a little rundown, with peeling wallpaper and a perpetual smell of cigarettes and fried food. The beds were comfortable, but the shower lacked pressure and took forever to get warm.

Wow I know this covid has businesses a little distracted with customers, but my visit was horrible. I drove all the way there to get my mind off my little brother passing with a friend to a unprofessional staff member who wanted to rush me out the line to get a players card. I got in line told her I m not sure if I been because I haven t been in over maybe 10yrs. I received a card and nothing else just Next. I had to return to same staff 3 times back and forth and all she say is it s not my fought ma am you don t know your pin wow over ten years ma am who knows that so I just threw card on floor and told friend let s go I will never come here again. You never know what a person is going threw so being unprofessional and rude makes anyone walk away and keep there money. Happily I went on down the street and Hit $700 at Hollywood casino they treated me like a star. Be careful we re you spend your money Bad signs mean a lot.

Extremely unsatisfied!!!! Pool stunk like stinky fish.
Elevator doors were crusted with appeared to be vomit the entire weekend.
Rooms extremely outdated with box tv's and only a few channels
False advertising in brochure for pay per view and room service.peeling ceilings and not enough electric power sources for your devices.
No fridges in rooms unless purchased. Staff was rude except for the front desk.

First Time there, New slots machines , everything seems upgraded. Nice atmosphere.

They have all the games I love but for the long drive they could give more then $5 free play!

If you go here definitely make sure to get the renovated rooms if you don't get the renovated rooms the rooms are absolutely nasty. If you get one of the newer renovated rooms they are very beautiful and I would recommend staying here otherwise don't waste your money.

Buffet items were very salty and crab legs were very undercooked.

Its always perfect... Nice people,great customer service and very clean rooms..I recommend this casino to anyone

Nice casino, was not very impressed with the outdated guest rooms.

Staff great rooms not so clean and roaches in the rooms, casino floor and hallways

because the rooms were old beds were not comfortable and housekeeping didn't clean my room dirty towels were left in the bathroom

I love it here but the mosquitoes are unbearable.Great rooms good food. Snack bar prices are ridiculous though.

I like the fritz hotel but their rooms were not all that great it had ladybugs in it and it had not been dusted for a while

Though I have not yet stayed in the Hotel part of this casino/hotel I have experienced the casino quite a few times.

Basically put, It's well laid out, plenty of slots and a wide verity of them, good handful of table games, and not Expensive, low betting prices most starting at $5

you can do good here, I usually break even, if not coming out a little ahead every time.

Hotel room was nice but was outdated and had some damaged furniture, casino was great.

We went there for a comedy show. Smaller venue, but good stage and seating. Easy in and out. The casino itself was very crowded.

Had a good stay rooms need updated!!! Didnt win anything but had a good time maybe next time!!!

Toilet wouldn't flush. More cobwebs than a haunted house. Hair in the floor. Found a bug in the bathroom this morning. We couldn't get out fast enough. Front desk staff was nice. View of river was nice but damn. Never again

Rooms are clean. The front desk staff are informative.

The room was horrible, the carpet was old and dingy, the furniture is old and very dated. The bed was hard as a board. We had no view what so ever. The only thing we could se is the air units out the window. The toilet seat was peeling and the pipes were visibly rusted. Not at all what I expected. Very disappointing!

Lots of slots. Not enough tables open though. But I went on a Wednesday so I should have expected it.
