Have wipes to clean the slots and sanitizer for hands

I am quite unimpressed with the new place. Fitzgerald's was much more accommodating. And the hotel charged for everything... even WIFY.

Only went to eat, food is always great, wonderful staff

The rooms were dirty. If it wasn't for the seniors $5 buffet I wouldn't even go there!

Nasty rooms with rusty door frames and water that takes 15 minutes to get hot it's hard to believe that a casino resort would have rooms with no microwaves ,the 39 dollar a night motels have microwaves

Horrible horrible horrible!!!! Sheets look filthy, outdated TV with no channels, old washed up night stand, stinking carpet, the list goes on and on. Rooms are over priced when paying out of pocket.... Definitely won't be back to this ghetto hellhole!!!

Nice resort and casino. A little small but a lot of slots and several table table games. Would recommend it for anyone.

This property is NOT well kept and it shows in the building as well as the staff

Casino is becoming older and outdated. Seafood buffet serves cheap poor quality crab legs.

Needs remodeling. But the staff is so nice! Courteous& polite. Very helpful. Good food!

Older casino but we had a good time. Drink were good server was very nice.

Great place to stay. Games that are not available in other casinos, better comps and employees who are courteous and helpful are our 3 main reasons to stay at Fitz. They also have special rates! Beautiful lobby, all the amenities, and luxury rooms for less!

The hotel was old and dirty.. I walked barefoot on the floor and my feet were black in just 2 or 3 hours. Comforter had terrible stains on it. Shades had holes all in them.. The curtains didnt block out the sun at all. Even the furniture in the lobby was dirty and really worn. Wi-fi was slow and didnt work half the time. I would not stay here again , not even for free.As for the casino, you cant get a drink ever Not unless you go get it. They had one waitress for up and down stairs and its a big casino. It was very hot in there and stale smelling.. They TV had no channels , not one movie channel, just the weather channels or local news..

I got a no smoking room and people stood out in the hallway and smoke so it didn't make any difference the room stunk like cigarettes someone needs to adjust or addressed that situation

Front desk area is beautiful, unfortunately the rooms are not all that. Furniture is worn and no TV or microwave

This was the worst room I ve ever stayed in, the room smelled like cigarettes very badly, we tried to close the curtains but couldn t I think someone before us also tried because there was a Bobby pin left to hol the curtain together. The bathroom was the worst the grout in the floor looked like mud, the commode had something that looked like fetches around the bottom and was cracks and shipping in the seat of the commode and the sink was also cracked. I wanted to go home but my husband was to tried to drive so we stucked it out. Left as early as possible the next day room in badly need of repair. This room was free with a $2.99 fee and that was too much for this room. I would not give this room to a homeless person

Its okay the rooms are ok nothing special their machines were tight but they were giving out cash that night

Great customer service. Some rooms are updated, and some not at all.

Players get discounted/free rooms,meals and giveaways. No free Wi-Fi, feels old. Average at best. Young people won't be impressed.

First of all we were greeted by Odell which was absolutely polite and thorough with my group of 42 guests until we all got settled, l didn't get to meet Nona but she was instrumental in our trip from the beginning. The food for breakfast and dinner was all very tasty and the staff was fantastic. Everyone(staff) throughout the casino was also very attentive and friendly. Although the hotel is a little run down, but our room was clean and as a whole the group had fun.

Two years ago my wife and I agreed not to come back because of bugs in the room. Two years later, we travel home in the middle of the night because of the same problem. Disregard the one star, they do not deserve any.

The best part about this Casino is that the Band starts playing early. Treasure Bay slot machine is the best

This has always been my favorite Casino however they have taken out some of my favourite slots and seem to have gotten a lot tighter. Tho they still have great perks. The best around

Arrived at 330 (after the 3pm check in) to be told room was not ready come back in an hr. Came back at 5pm and room still not ready so the nice lady at front desk gave me an "upgrade". Well I would hate to see what I was going to be in if the room I got was an upgrade. Outdated, wallpaper peeling off wall in bathroom, had to call maintenance because water pressure so low you could pour it from a bottle faster. Hot water wasn't working but I was informed the water pressure is always that low and it would take the hot water up to 10min to get hot. So my wife started filling the tub to take a bath at 515 and at 6pm the tub was finally full. I would not stay here again. To the credit the lady at the front desk was very helpful and understanding. Fitzgerald you need to step up your game. Will not be back

Older hotel and casino in tunica. Hotel could use remodeling. Casino is very nice and very friendly staff. Only disappointment was we booked a king bed and were told at check in that they only had twin rooms left.

Casino looks a little thin. Slots were tight but had several new machines. Table games were the same ole boring ones.

Needs total upgrade.Found little ants or spiders in room.

I loved the slots. But as a new member the reward card wasn't that great.

Times are definitely new and different but we can say that the Fitz did about as good of a job as anyone could do to get back to any sense of normalcy as possible! They made are 1st time back in months feel as safe as they could in the Covid 19 era! 2 thumbs up,had a blast even debating on returning as soon as tomorrow lol!

This use to be my favorite restaurant in Tunica. Wife loved the crab legs. Rest of the food was just ok. We stayed in a smoke free room but it still had a smoky atmosphere I guess due to the smoke from the rest of the building.

An okay casino. Hotel available and a place to eat as well. Free parking and handicap friendly.

There should be an option for zero stars. I checked in and out of this hotel within 2 hours. My room smelled liked urine and smoke. The bathroom had dried urine on the floor and walls. There was mold and mildew everywhere. The furniture also had layers of dirt and it looked like the room had NEVER EVER been cleaned. The bed was also broken and had a dip in it. We called the front desk to complain about the odor and they came to the room and sprayed some air freshener. Oh and they mopped up the dried urine on the floor in the bathroom. Another guest in our group found a dirty diaper in their room. We went to check out and they immediately told us that we couldn't get a refund. I didn't care at that point because I wouldn't lay my head anywhere in that room. It was DISGUSTING. We also asked to change rooms or even for an upgrade and they refused. I am 100% sure that there are better rooms at a truck stop.

Stopped here on our drive back from New Orleans. Rooms were $35 plus a $5 resort fee for Wi-Fi. Everything was clean including sheets and towels. We stayed in a non-smoking floor by choice, but smoking rooms are offered. Husband and I went to the casino for a little bit as well. It is two floors and as it was a weeknight, it was mostly just the slots and other machines open. But you get free drinks as long as you're gambling, so that's nice. If you are going with kids, beware the pool and hot tub are for 18+ only. The pool and hot tub were both clean and we'll maintained. The staff was friendly as well.

Coming to tunica ms. I loved staying there but can't hit anything the food is great

DEFINITELY not worth the money I paid for the room or buffet! When I checked in the front desk clerks were VERY unprofessional and rude I will NOT be returning to the hotel EVER & the casino is a maybe but I seriously doubt it

The room was very outdated and you had to turn the TV almost as loud as it could go so you could hear since the air conditioner was trying it's best to cool the room. Lots if stains and just needs a good facelift.

Wish room had a minifrig, microwave. Great gambling experience, food great. Will return

We always stop here to eat their steak and seafood buffet on Saturday nights. For the price it's a great value and they have an excellent selection of food.

Nothing special to me but it had some good concerts/shows promoted for the future. Deli prices were pretty outrageous, especially as someone coming from California ($3.50 for a regular 20 oz soda bottle? Ha! I'd rather swallow the actual cash than support that kind of greed)

Disorganization unprofessional bad management will not be back

This is the best accommodation deal in town! The rooms are large, clean and toiletries are provided. There is a pool, hot tub and fitness center. Also Sunday thru Thursday the breakfast buffet is included just make sure to ask for the coupon at check in.

I had a good time considering the people I went with. I had been there before and had a blast, but I ended up baby sitting someone that was being taken for a cleaning and I definitely did not enjoy seeing that happen.

The rooms were fine EXCEPT there were no fitted sheets on either bed! Just a blanket covering the top mattress. I know the point of casino hotel rooms isn't to spend a lot of time in there, but come on. The beds also lacked bed skirts so the box spring was exposed. I could live with that, but not making the beds properly is just not okay.

It's OK. If you're here for the buffet, do it on Friday or Saturday. Otherwise, it's meh

Hotel was wonderful, staff was friendly. Casino buffet was great, the wait staff there was absolutely amazing! Enjoyed gambling for the first time super late at night with no issue... even won quite a bit!
