Place really neat and clean. Grill chicken was delicious

Disappointed with room..had to wipe stuff off of hair dryer and straighten sheets on beds. Not made correctly. Have stayed there many times and never had issues.

The room was dirty, no hot water, had to walk forever to get in and out, people were loud all night.

The Sports Book was easy and straight forward to use

The whole hotel smelled of smoke. The casino smelled of smoke. Everywhere I went in the hotel smelled of smoke. Nonsmoking room but smelled of smoke. The bathroom door lock was broken and the telephone did not work. Will not be back until it is a nonsmoking atmosphere and clean.

Great buffet, loose slots, love the heated pool and hot tub. If you become a member you can get free mid week room offers. I always use my free room offer and stay one or two nights for a relaxing mid week break. The casino is right on the river which is great in the summer but has been known to flood during winter storms.
The rooms are ok, nothing special but they are clean and have coffee, hairdryer and soap and shampoo etc.
The breakfast buffet is fantastic with the most delicious sausages as well as a multitude of other dishes also an egg bar where you can order eggs any way you like. Good entertainment especially at the weekend and loose (ish) slots, as long as my money lasts a couple of hours I feel I've had my money's worth on the slots.

I hate to do one star this was crazy, the staff was rude , the bathrooms filthy , no tissue and everything filthy ! And had a man at cashier that kept my license and said i would have to pay fir them to mail them and yes I'm 4 hrs away ! Will never go back ! It was terrible! And air conditioning was out as well!

Great place to go for a weekend getaway, hospitality was great, nice atmosphere, will definitely be going back.

Rooms were okay. Nothing fancy but the bed and pillow were soft & comfy. Bathrooms were clean and ok. The casino is HORRIBLE. The waitresses are old and slow. Literally had about 2 drinks for a whole hour and the casino was nearly empty so Idk what s up with that. Sitting at the bar and playing the games will be your best bet. The older African American bartender is the best! Nice and had a consistent drink flow! If I m spending boocoos of money, I obviously want drinks. Jesus Christ!!! The casino is boring either way. No winning machines so don t waste your money. It s just dead inside! Maybe 20-30 people inside even at nights smh. The food was ok.. very expensive and not worth how much it costs. All in all, we will not be coming here anymore, EVER again!

This was my favorite casino in Tunica. It was my first time here and it was beautiful and I won more money here than other casinos in the area.

This stay was absolutely horrible! The rooms are old, things are falling apart, and there are bugs!! I called to get the front desk with no avail after 3 separate wait times of over 5 minutes. After packing up to go downstairs to the front desk with two small children about the bugs, I was told they were common to the area and they would send up maintenance to VACUUM them up. After maintenance leaves, they continue to come out. They refuse to move us and then inconveniences us by offering to put us in a king room with 2 adults and 2 children that needed to sleep. THEN, when we decide to leave, we are unable to get our vehicle because VALET is no longer available til morning. The staff is piss poor as are the rooms.

Warm and friendly staff, great food, and lots of fun. We will be going back.

This hotel is so dirty- people are allowed to smoke any where now I see why the cdc wants to stop smoking at the casino's not only are they taking Money but also promoting cancer by putting everything at risk- the hotel rooms are so sad I still felt dirty after taking a shower... carpet in the room had cigarette burns and the sheets did as well - another person said they had ants in their room- coffee machine in room didn't work... it's looks like they don't Clean.. I will not be going back here!but I would recommend going to the gold strike hotel !!very nice and clean and lovely employees

Free buffet was only for Wed or Sunday So We didn't get to eat but dropped a lot of money. Fitz is not treating customers that drive 50 miles 1 way to get there fairly. Should have given 2 buffets anytime. Machines are too tight

I had a great time. Everyone was very nice. My room was very nice and clean. Hope to go back soon.

Definitely upgrade from a standard room to at least a deluxe. The furniture, lamps and TV looked as though they got it from a dumpster. Mold around the base of the toilet. Numerous burn holes in the carpet, dirty walls, etc. They did come at 930 pm and replace our ac unit in the room due to it not working. Was upgraded to a deluxe our 2nd night although it's better. It still is NOT up to standard in comparison to other casino hotels. Take my advice, stay elsewhere. The casino itself is a fun place to play, our favorite in fact. Does take a while to get drinks.

Fitz is a place for a home away from home great place to visit.

Just another Tunica Casino nothing special about any of them

The room had a bad oder, carpet was filthy, towels had spots on them, bathtub have cigarettes burns etc... Very bad experience so we will not be returning or advising anyone to go there. As much money as they make you would think they would keep it a 5 star hotel. My rating is a minus 0 star...And the only way you can post your review is to give them a star...SMH...-0 STAR

The atmosphere is nice. The food is buffet style. Fabulous selections of many variety of foods. From Asian & southern cuisines. The service was on point. Fast & not intruding. It becomes crowded very quickly for dinnertime. But the patrons are usually quiet in their conversations. A couple can enjoyed themselves here. And a party of "age" people. No babies or kids please. This isn't for them. It can be $$ though.

Tunica, Mississippi was a great spot for hotel/casino. I would recommend to all visitors to try and avoid staying on the weekdays. Food was poorly prepared and displayed and not very friendly.

The casino has a unique, castle theme look on the outside. Inside, the casino is clean with many games. The buffet is not the best I've ever seen, but it's pretty decent. Fresh made to order Chinese food was a welcome surprise. Crab legs, BBQ, sausage, chicken.... something to please just about everyone. I just went for a few hours in the casino and the restaurant. Overall, a good experience.

The casino was ok. The buffet food was also ok but I had an encounter with an Asian female staff member in the buffet. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Too many other options to go back there.

We stayed in this hotel 3 years ago for a slots tournament and was very pleased with the accommodations, so when my husband and I decided to visit Tunica this past Sunday night, we did not hesitate to book with this hotel. We did not even consider staying in the other hotels in the same area. Unfortunately, our visit this time was not the best. The hotel was dirty, there was trash in the elevators, in the halls, around the pool, and even under the chairs in our room. I understand that some debris will build up a little over the course of the day, but we noticed nothing had been swept or vacuumed during the entire duration of our visit. There was also a used condom on the steps heading up to the hotel from the parking lot. We reported it to the front desk, and they said it would be taken care of. When we headed to our car to leave the next day, it was still there on the steps. In our hotel room, which we decided to upgrade to when we checked in because they told us it had been recently updated, had less than half a bottle of shampoo. I was under the impression that the toiletries were to be replaced after each guest if they were used in any way. The mini fridge made a constant clicking noise (almost like a ticking time bomb), wobbled, and didn't cool very well. Keep in mind, the room was supposedly updated recently. It just seems the place has gone downhill since our last visit. Unfortunately, we will most likely not stay here again, which is sad, considered we really liked it the first time we stayed here.

Luck did not live here, neither did a cocktail waitress.

Didn't care for it , to much cigarette smoke smell in the hotel room. When I woke up It smelled like someone was smoking in my room .
Never had a cocktail waitress come near me and couldn't even get ones attention even though I made a hefty donation while there

I really was unhappy with the way we were treated on our stay her the 20th thru the 22nd. While playing the slots here I could never get anyone to bring me a drink. I then hit my service button on 3 different times, when an employee showed up each time they were rude and told me they couldn't help me they didn't get drinks, turned off the service light and left, but not once did any of the 3 send someone to take mine and my friends drink order. My friend was playing beside me also on each occasion. My husband had 24 points on his card when on the night of the 21st I used 25 points of my own to play in the Ladies slot tournament. You meen to tell me y'all are so cheap y'all couldn't have comped my husbands buffet over 1 point. We normally stay at Hollywood because we receive comps from there in the mail all the time and they never have an issue with giving comps during our stays because apparently they appreciate repeat customers. Y'all don't even have your gift shop open except Friday, Saturday, & Sunday? Not everyone is off on the weekend so if I come during the week because that's my off days from work you don't think enough of the customer from Monday thru Thursday should be allowed to purchase anything? And the Ladies at the front desk were so rude when I was attempting to buy Nyquil you offered up front she acted as if I was burdening her to tell me the cost. And when I ask her to turn the shelves around so I could see what you offered on the other side of it she blew out like it pissed her off to have to get up and turn it around. Everyone there for the most part are extremely rude and acting as if any question was a burden for them to answer. The only exception were the 3 ladies that worked nights on the 20th and 21st at the Grill they were very nice and the food and service were good. But My husband and I will never stay here again we will continue to spend our money at the other Casinos that appreciate our business.
