Fitzgerald seems to keep improving with updates, games and restaurants. We had a great room with comfy bed and a view of the river. Didn't win but had fun.

Hotel was clean and check-in was easy. The updated rooms are definitely worth the extra charge. If you're playing in the casino, don't be afraid to ask for a comped room. We will definitely be back.

Slots tight. Not much playing for the money. Sunday buffet of crabs legs was very good once you were seated. Time from getting in line at the buffet until finishing eating was about 2 hours which was really a little long. I do t know how they expect people to keep coming when all you do is put your money in and then it's gone. Slots do t need to be so tight if they want to keep people coming.

It was alright better than last few visits was loud dogs barking front desk have rude PEOPLE need better PEOPLE to work there it will be alright her name is Dorothy

Fun place. Have games for every wallet. Make sure to go upstairs. More games up there as well.

Food poisoning, spent a week in bed, stuff stolen from our truck and tight machines. Will Never be back I'm done been a loyal customer, worker's play the machines if you don't know someone you don't win ever.

I don't enjoy coming anymore they are just taking in money and not paying out anything I rather travel miles away to at least think I have a chance at winning now I understand why the casinos in Robersonville Ms is leaving pretty soon they all well be gone I'm not coming back

Not as crowded and more breathable than the Vegas casinos

The room was very nice and comfortable. Fuddpuckers was great.

Most of the food on the buffet was good. But my grandson wanted the pizza and it was horrible. I tasted it and agreed with him. He loved the Mac and cheese. Need better ice cream.

This is the worst casino I have ever been to. First thing bad was the fact that we arrived around 4 p.m stood in a long line once we made it to the cashier we was told we had to come back because our room was not ready. Once we got back to the casino back to the long line we finally got our room. They charged our card more than what they told us the price would be. Then we had roaches in our room yes real roaches and I wasn't going to pay $180 to stay with roaches. We went back to the front desk told them about it they said it wasn't nothing they could do but give us our money back and we could leave because they had no other rooms available for us. While getting the situation handle I hear a man complaining about how they have his room away to someone else. They told us the refund would come back to our car in a few days which means we had to come up with the money to get another hotel elsewhere because we could not go home we live three hours away from the casino. After all that we went to try and gamble on the casino floor only to have the worst table attendant there is he did not care anything about his job he was going very slow between plays so I cashed out and we left.

Their monthly mail outs we love! Gets the adults out for a few hours.

Rooms were poorly cleaned. The pool area smelled like wet dogs. We killed 3 roaches while there 1 in the room and 2 by the drink machine

The cage cashier on the first floor name Jessica was very rude and unprofessional, must need some more training.

I enjoyed the live band it was great. Good food and nice people. The room needs more like a microwave, refrigerator and also more furniture. It wasn't enough to lounge on. The bed was nice and comfortable....

The buffet had food that has been out for a while, the casino is dirty and needs a good washing

Pretty decent food on the buffet, but the service was horrible. Service on the casino floor was even worse. After gambling for three hours without being offered a single drink, or even being able to flag down a waitress, we gave up and went somewhere else.

Room was nice, but the buffet was ok. Wished there was more of a selection to choose from.

It was a good experience, very clean hotel rooms, food was great ,hospitality from workers ...and security was visible. I will visit again,and I do recommend others to stay at Fitz Tunica

I was there 2 weeks ago and the staff was the most courteous of any casino I have been to. they had the loosest slots. And my room was very clean. High end casinos are tightwads. I am planning another trip there in march

Very fun resort. Indoor smoking gets a little rough but we ate the seafood buffet for crablegs and really enjoyed the selection and quality of food. We play led a few games for my birthday. Would definitely return.

AWESOME service and just a great place to have fun!! The bartenders are fantastic! There are lots of good machines to play and although I didn't win this time I will next time lol!!! A must go experience!!! Everything is wonderful with the new look!!

Did hear any player excited about winning. Went to see comedy show. Chairs packed tightly.

My experience is based on the hotel only. I did not see or go to the casino. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Did not give 5 stars because everything was outdated.

Slots rather tight! But mostly the MUSIC! Is awesome! Old school, classics! Wtg! Now please loosen up the slots, then Fitz will come back to its glory! Fun fun fun Missy G, Tennessee

Absolutely amazing. The family and I enjoyed the buffet and the stay was cozy. Rooms were not great but free as a platinum rewards member. Need to upgrade rooms tvs and bring back nfl ticket

They have you look into a camera when you come in. My brother thought it was one of the new thermometers at casinos and asked about it and the woman replied, it's a camera rudely with no explanation

The rooms was nasty,food could ve been better,rugs need changed,mattresses look like bed bugs could be in them. My mom was scared to take a bath because she had rags that was already used that looked like bowl movement and hair in tub. Overall the rooms need remodeled visited 4/7/18 to 4/8/18 I ll never go back I ll stick with pearl river.

Never go there to play. Nobody comes around to see if you want something to drink.if you go to get a drink someone gets on the machine and you can't get it back

The Fitz is looking a little run down these days. On a sad note they have discontinued the real coin slots. I was looking forward to playing them since you dont see them anywhere.

It was recommended that I stay here by family and friends. I reserved a room through a third party site, and check in was very smooth. I enjoyed my stay very much. Spent some time in the jacuzzi, ate at the hotel buffet, and gambled a little. The place looks like a castle, which is so cool. The staff was very professional and positive. I would definitely stay again.

One of the best hotels in the area if you're looking for comfort and dependable cleanliness. They have multiple places to get food during the week but I wish the buffet/stake house were open past 9 during the week. Room Was Terrible . Friday October 19 We Can Into Our Room 322 It s Look Nasty It Smelt Nasty . We Check The Sheets & Beds . The Beds Had Piss Stains In Both Of Them . So We Didn t Take Actions We Looked Over It So My Grandma Goes To Make Her Some Coffee , The Coffee Pot Was Dirty As Hell Ok . So We Get In The Bed & Go To Sleep Not Only To Wake Up A 6am With 2 Bed Bugs Biting My Grandma . We Called The Front Desk They Took It Lightly & No One Came To Look At The Room So We Went Down To The Front Desk The Lady Didn t Know Anything About What Was Going On So She Gave Us Another Room . When We Checked Out They Didn t Care About The Bed Bugs They Told Us We Could See If We Could Get A Free Meal But We Could Get No Discount Or Anything. I Asked For Corporate Number They Said They Didn t Know It . They Giggled & Laughed About The Situation As I Walked Off . My Stay Here Was Horrible And I Will Not BE Spending A Dime On Anything That Has To Do With Fitz .

The Fitz is a rip-off then never let you win anyting just take all your money I would not recommend going there.

Totally disinterested staff. Non-smoking room that reeked of smoke and when we told the lady at the desk at checkout, she just shrugged and said "hope you will visit again" in a bored tone! Assured her that we will not be back!

Hotel is nasty. In the first room they gave us 3 roaches ran out in the first 10 mins. Second room is dirtier than the first. Killed multiple bugs. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year. So much for deep cleaning during the shutdown for covid 19. TV didn't work right. Dust caked in vents and on ceiling. I've never stayed in a worse room in a casino.

We are enjoying our self and the best thing is relaxing Fitz has some great slots

The room was okay. Could use actual sheets on the bed and a tv that isn't 20 years old.

Not the best. No refrig. No microwave. The people that work there must hate their jobs. They were rude & rushed you. Would not go back there.
