Haven't stayed in the rooms yet but I want to but the casino is Great I've really enjoyed playing here and will attend a lot more I HIGHLY RECOMMEND..The Fitz is cool with me

Room was great food was good and checking in and out was a breeze.

Send free rooms in buffets and I'm back there next week thank you

This place was way too crowded with people who were just there hanging out, drinking and being extremely loud. It was smoky, dirty, and overall kinda sketchy. Felt like being at an after hours dive bar on a larger scale.

I stayed here a few days ago. I took the bed
and breakfast rate. The hotel was fine but
the breakfast was the worst I have ever eaten
The gravy looked and tasted like something
out of the sewer. The people that work in
the casino are very incompetent. I won't
stay here again.

Home away from home. When I need a quick get-a-way, Fitzgerald's (Fitz) Casino Tunica is my favorite Tunica Casino. From dining, playing the slots and relaxing in the hot tub and pool. Fitz is a really nice Resort.

Hotel was fine. Soeedy check in . Crab legs buffet was excellent...

Nice, clean, fun environment to kick back and have fun.

Went to Fitzgerald's Tunica for the Lose $100 promo. Had a good time gambling. Unfortunately, very few hostesses/waitresses available so had to go to the bar to get drinks. Still overall a good time!

Enjoyed the fire works. It was my second time and it was better than I remembered also I liked the way it paid honor to our military and veterans.

I enjoy visiting the Fitz, beds are very comfortable ,I liked looking out the front side of the window watching the buses and vehicles pull in and the idea of having a refrigerator to keep our water, sodas, snacks cool,most of all the employees are nice, pleasant, and friendly they always speaking with a great hi/hello how you're doing, overall I Love the Fitz and I will continue to visit again, oh by the way we just LOVE our casino host Darnett Washington, he really does all he can to make our stay enjoyable.

The casino was nice and we had fun, though we didn't really win and drinks were hard to get. Seemed there was only one waitress per floor. There's two floors of slots. The floor (slots) staff weren't friendly and it took almost an hour for one to come get my ticket out of the slot machine when it jammed up inside the the printer. But the bartender was accommodating. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable but not in the newly renovated part of the hotel and the water pressure was weaking in the sink and shower. The housekeeping staff were pleasant and professional.

Always looked forward to playing here. Really disappointed in all the new machines and the ski slope bed I had to sleep on.

Bad rooms and bad service, rooms smell like old mold and floors were wet on carpet

I was a guest with my Aunt, we checked into the first room which was dirty. There was candy and food on the floor, the table lamp had dirt, greasy spot and bugs on it, the floor lamp base was dirty, a light bulb in bathroom was blown out and not changed. A big dirty stained spot on the box springs, window sills had not been wiped down, and the bathroom was not clean. When she called service desk they told her they was moving us to an upgraded room. The room we moved to was on 5th floor which was clean. Upgraded rooms normally would have the big bathroom as the one we were in, still have a table with chairs or at least a chair for the desk, normally the refrigerator is not smaller and the coffee maker would be in the rooms. Also with not having any food service or anything close to eat you would think they would have a microwave in the rooms. There is not any hand soap to wash hands with in the bathroom either. There was not a remote in the room for the tv so we had to call the front desk to have one brought to us. This is definitely not a good first impression for me and my Aunt said it is going downhill since she started staying. It is not a place I will come back to for sure nor recommend it to anyone.

I have enjoyed my experience here for many years. Rooms are nice the food is great and the staff makes you feel welcome. To me it's 0/0 and I always look forward to return visits.

They have a lot of the older machines that everyone likes. The food is delicious. The hotel is sufficient.

My experience was not very good, I booked a room for my birthday and we found the beds weren't fully clean and that there was a dirty towel in the ice holder.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, nice, ans spacious. The buffet was great. Great service all around.

We only had 10 channels on the tv and it wasn't even a clear picture and we booked through a 3rd party we didnt get any comps like buffet or free play and glad we didnt take our grandkids bc pool is for 18 and older

Maybe 4, but I've was offered a fith Floor suite and it was being renovated wouldn't just know that ahead of time, really.

Didn't stay overnight but the food on the buffet left a lot to be desired.

Didn't get to stay there long enough to decide if it's a good place to play or not but what little time was there were had fun

Ok, not like it used to be. Smoke bad, payouts slow, food deteriorated, drink service slow, staff ok friendly

The rooms were very clean. Enjoyed the food and entertainment. Won a few dollars in the casino very pleased over all.

The buffet was the worst I have ever had. If it wasn't free I would have asked for my money back. Very poor food quality. No taste

Love this place go here for the crab legs and eating eating eating eat till I can't eat anymore

If you miss playing with coins.. Then this is the place you've been missing!! Still have coin machines, and some newer machines.. Very old school... Enjoyed the flashback on memory lane..

The place smells old and smokey. This is a smoking casino. Had to call the front desk to ask for cold water. Who in the hell talks scolding hot showers in the summer in Mississippi? Light fixtures in the bathroom didn't work. Pool was too cold to swim in as the heater was broken. It's been broke for a few months. My cousin was there in June. My mom said the food was decent. Glad it was a comp room because I definitely would not pay to stay there! The rooms are definitely outdated. Gave it two stars because the jacuzzi was nice!

The worst customer service ever. The room awful as well. The toilet wasn't flushing right. Room had ants in it. Just old and out dated. The buffet wasn't good as well. Just over all not a good stay. Never again, we were down for a concert.

The Fitzgerald Casino & hotel is the worst hotel in tuncia, Mississippi. I sat in my sinky half clean room, for 2 days before I went down stairs. P.s they have no food but a burger place threw the week. I finally left my room to enjoy the casino but 20 mins in I was approached by security and was made to walk to the back because some Fitz worker told security a guy walked up to him and said some one was trying to rob him. Long story short the worker came to the back and told the 4 security guards I was not the man who made the compliant. Worst experience at a casino/hotel ever

Had a fun time at this casino. The staff was a little slow but they were very friendly. Would definately visit again.

Not what I expected, they were pretty busy but everything was old and the place smelled of dirty carpet. The live band was the best part of the visit. Sat at the bar for 10 minutes waiting to get a drink only to find the bar tender out cleaning. I passed on the drink when I noticed no gloves we're being used. For the area this is last on my list to revisit.

Charged a "resort fee" upon check in on a free room. Buffet isn't open for all meals everyday, yet we had vouchers and didn't get to use them. Cockroaches in the otherwise nice comfy room and the buffet charged a $5.50 tax on the one time we caught it open. It says free wi-fi but no reception in the hotel or casino, and a fee is charged. A roach was also seen on the table between machines. Won't be going back. Just got home from there 10/24/19

Bad place to go to for kids but good place to go to for adults

Host and service desk management was rude even if you asked them and common question they was not friendly at all.The floor associates where very friendly and helpful.I have been to a lot of casinos in my lifetime this would be the worst of all times.If they don't life there jobs and show it to there customers then they need a new line of work.Dont eat the buffet they can't cook

I will never come back to this place again. Being a white person is a horrible thing in that Casino/Hotel. From check-in, the African American woman was rude. We were told, finally, that we were early and to come back later. She was too busy chatting. We came back an hour and a half later. That same woman did not even acknowledge us that time. We had to get back in line for the other lady to wait on us. Upon getting into our room, there were no trash can liners, the comforter had a burn hole in it with ashes(which meant it hadn't been changed, let alone washed), the drawer next to the left side of bed had ashes in it and the drawers to the tv stand would not close. Now, we paid $200 for this room for my husbands birthday. Was not even close to being worth what we paid. I've paid less at other hotels and have gotten a lot nicer. Later, my husband went to get a coke from the vending machine. He used his card, it got stuck on authorizing. I called down to the front desk. She explained that we would have to call the company that handles those as they are not responsible. Before I could thank her, she hung up on me. In the casino itself, I wanted a drink but, couldn't find a waitress. At dinner, there was a group of African American women sitting right across from us. They were getting awesome service from our African American waiter. We, however, waited 20 minutes before he even asked if we needed anything. At breakfast the next morning, we were seated to another African American gentleman. We got our drinks with no straws. A few minutes later, our African American waiter literally shoved straws in my husbands face and said, 'Here'. Then, turned to the man behind us and laid his straw on the table and told him, 'Here you go sir'. At checkout, I complained to the African American manager and was told she could give me $30 off my room and could not reprimand anyone due to me not knowing a name. The ONLY decent man there that was African American was the Valet named 'Jerry'. He was super sweet and I gave him a great tip for getting our car. I've already told my family and friends my experience at the Fitz. They all agree, along with me, we will no longer go to the Fitz. Never in my life have I ever been treated with such racism and disrespect as I was in this place.
