The room was great , gaming fantastic, buffet was ok .

Really needs updates no cable, tube tv, and dust on all the furniture. Felt like I was in a time castle.

Went to see the Loverboy Show on Saturday, February 15, 2013. The "ushers" or "security" or whatever they were, instructed several people to "sit down" during the show, even threated to remove them. These were not people who were being obnoxious, or intoxicated, they were just standing up dancing, singing to the music. This was a Rock Show... and people were being told to sit down! Really?

It's a very positive experience and nice place to go

Took my mom there for steak & crab legs buffet($30 pp). The steak was poor quality, chewy, & hard to cut but the seasoning was good. There weren't any seafood forks for removing meat from crab legs. Another customer pulled me aside at the dessert bar to inform me of gnats flying around cake & pie slices. Also, when waiting to be seated, a man just waved customers over to a table which was confusing due to there being two lines so we didn't know who he was talking to and who's turn it was to be seated. The only thing positive was our waiter was very nice & helpful.

Fitz used to have a great buffet a few years back. I hope they can get it back to what it once was.

As for the gambling, I "broke even" since I won enough money to cover the cost of dinner.

We started our visit with Laketta getting our player's cards. She was knowledgable and made us feel welcome with a warm personality.
We will be back.

Its run down and has minimal table games to choose from. Mostly just slot machines.

Buffet close on several days but room and pool great

Was remodeling floor when we booked and played, machines were not paying out for ANYONE. Can't wait to see the improvements on the next trip.

So I lost $ but that isn't the point. I expect to lose when I got a casino. I play blackjack and all of the dealers were friendly except one. His name was Damarcus and he was a complete douchebag. Other than him it was a fairly enjoyable experience.

My husband and best friend were there to celebrate my friend's birthday. We got her signed up and got some promo cash. Love the passport to savings promotion I earned enough points to get a free room stay for next time and $10 promo cash for myself.

We are switching our business to the Horeshoe from now on. This place has gone down hill. The rooms that they tried to put us in were completely unacceptable. It looked like the plague had hit it. There was hair on the bed & on the floors, the door handle was broken, the floors looked like they haven't been cleaned since the 1700s & it looks like there's mold along the bathtub. Dust & filth. Do NOT recommend staying here!!

Spent 2 nights here and found the staff from the front desk to casino to be not frendly all seemed to be unhappy at there jobs and guests where an inconvience very unwelcoming. The entire property was unkept and not maintained well .(dirt in corners light bulbs out, dirty walls etc) the building all over smells of smoke and it all lacks the feel that is expected at the price point ..I would never recommend this property and definitely not return .With all the choices in Tunica Do not make this yours

The show was great but couldn't pick up the internet up while in the casino.

They don't pay out enough. I can't believe I gave them a 2 really don't deserve that maybe a half a star... I changed it to a one. Y'all need to start paying more people are tired of paying there that's why I went to another place first. And was just looking for a friend at Fitz. And played just for a few minutes. Because they weren't paying any thing so we left and went somewhere else. shoe..Horse Shoe and Gold Strike..... They pay off better than y'all do everyone does besides y'all. Going down to the DUMPS....

The casino is always fun and all the employees in casino are always friendly.

Smell like mildew, smoke, and lack of caring...

Slower = better
Make up random facts and prices if possible.
Double charge everyone.
I ALWAYS GET DOUBLE CHARGED. On one occasion, They ran card 3 times, it registered CC as fraud, I NOW HAVE NO CARD, they ran again for deposit, it wouldn t go thru because of previous runs, they came and KICKED ME OUT OF ROOM.
Treat guest like they just stole everything.
Give upgrades, but don t honor them.
If you act like the guest is bothering you, be more rude and always tell them that they are wrong.

Remember!! You don t need those guests to have a job.. They just come to push your buttons and make you do work .. They can just wait in line while you finish up that personal phone call.

The room was nice overall needs a little updating but was comfortable and the price was fine

We enjoy Fitz, we always drop change in the old school games and usually have some fun collecting all of the winnings in a bucket.

Rooms all need remodeling, Checked in... Ordered a Fridge, had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get one called 4 times and it didn't work when I got it... Grrr
But they were very friendly.
Bed doesn't even have skirt on it... Box spring exposed, TV Takes at least 5 seconds per channel when you change channels.

My room is clean, modern and up to date. I love the beds they are very comfortable. I would have rated higher but I had a problem at check in. I booked reservations for 2 rooms through Expedia and only one was in their computers. The attendants at the check in wouldn't look at my confirmation numbers and said they couldn't use them. The Supervisor was called in; no personality at all which made for an unpleasant experience. I stayed positive because that's who I am.
I was really penalized for using Expedia everyone else got free breakfast with check in. I paid more for my room and no free breakfast.

The food is good but they can keep the $5.00 comp card they don't give you any real comps.

Oh because they're like family to me and they are so kind to take my money and never say thank you. But they give me a lot of handbags to carry things in that was nice I love handbags pixie Feel Like a grab-bag Woman Rabbit Run Rabbit Run Antioch and the horses are running she has picked secretary and secretary is taking the lead she is running for space watch that horse run

Was fun but the room was outdated and not very sanitary there was no reason for this beings they had plenty of time to get them all clean due to covid19

I had to flag a waitress down after am hour with no drinks, but the atmosphere in the lounge was nice

Not the same hotel & casino look wise since 2009. Old & worn out

It was really gross, very dirty, and very smokey. We ended up leaving.

This was my first time staying at the Fitz. It was pleasant enough. Staff was friendly, food was ok. The casino staff was great and a lot of fun to chat with. I would recommend staying/ playing here

Its an older crowd however if you want to be able to play your favorite games this is the place to be. Enjoyed that atmosphere and the facility was clean

Made reservation a week before we went King bed smoking we checked in had to wait an hour before getting a room because rooms were not ready. And we didn't get our king size bed. And we checked in at 5 30 p.m. asked for late check out and maids were knocking on door at 8 30 a.m. they did not have signs to put out do not disturb. I will not stay again. Very rude.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed! You would believe since this property is located in the gaming district guest would have top accommodations. Basic amenities were not available: iron, refrigerator, microwave. These items were offered for additional upcharge. Customer service was the worst! In fact, the staff was right down disrespectful. They were not helpful at any time.

Lots of people. Actively following social distance rules. Still won!!

Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms wear nice. Pool and hot tub were also nice. Definitely a nice relaxing stay.

My favorite casino in Tunica, now that Resorts have closed.

Rooms dirty. Everything is run down. Employees have terrible attitudes. food options are horrendous. Service from the food workers even worse. You will regret staying here, its bad.

Can't charge drinks and they got rid of their best slot machine, Pink Diamonds. However, staff and entertainment are great.

Friendly staff but rooms are outdated and dirty. Hair on the bathroom sink and in the shower . Only good thing about this place is the inexpensive room rate.

It's very hot in this casino. Please turn the air on. The buffet has a good variety, but there is a slight mildew smell coming from the carpet. The woman at the promo desk was extremely rude. She is the reason we will not be back to gamble.
