Had a great time at the fireworks show. Everything was nice

Some playing time. Not as much as I would like. Dealers are warm and friendly.

They should tidy up around the buffet a little more often. The wait staff were very friendly.

The Fitz seems to be deteriorating in quality in recent years. It's not to the point I would stop visiting. I love the place. But it's dingier in appearance and not the top quality venue I remember. I hope the management will make some improvements and make it the wonder it used to be again.

My daughter got food poisoning from the fruit punch being left out to long

I lost my drawers there , thay are flying on their flag pole with the letter F embroidered on them. I don't know the if theletter stands for Fitzs or Fool.

This one is really nice and they try to help. Some not so friendly.

Fitzgerald is becoming one of my favorite casino's. Never won anything but play on my money longer, and great comps.

I returned 12/28/19. This is the only casino in Tunica that gave me free play. I wasn't winning on the slots and I didn't see any one else winning. No handpays and no exciting cheers. I decided to go eat at the buffet. I thought I was going to pay $16.99 for a few trips to the salad bar and a baked potato if I was lucky. My husband went to Fuddruckers. I stood in line and waited to pay. The Platinum members had another line. I was next to pay and the cashier never greeted me and I continued to stand there. She was punching something into the cash register. I continued to stand there. My husband came up to eat at the buffet with me. He said he stood in line at Fuddruckers and the cashier there was just standing there and the line wasn't moving. We stood there together and continued to wait to pay for our buffet. When the cashier did ring us up, I was told I didn't have any food credit on my card and I needed to go to customer service and have them add the food credit. As if I was going to do that in a million years and not hop out the door. I was going to stand in another line and come back and stand in this line again. When I originally started standing in the line, there were three people in front of me. I said I offered the card to get the $1 off for card members. Then I am informed I was only supposed to show the card to get the $1 off. Pardon me for not knowing the protocol for the $1 off buffet situation. I finally get to my table and check out the buffet. There was a stir fry station. I got my noodles and vegetables. Then I stood and waited for someone to cook the stir fry. Vegan in Tunica isn't easy and I just found this stir fry station. When the stir fry chef did appear he didn't cook the stir fry in butter. He used oil. It was worth the wait. My waiter was friendly and kept the drinks coming. I got my baked potato I had hoped for and they even had sweet potatoes. I finished the meal with some fruit.

Just checked out today 07/14/19, my family and i had 3 rooms. One room had a chair with a cushion that was ripped, another room was missing the coffee pot that was in all other room.. but that just minor problems the rooms are dirty, dusty and in need of a lot of tlc. There is old dust under the the tables and on top of the coffee pot. Paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom, telephones dirty as a matter of fact they have pieces of paper taped to them that people have scribbled on, the phones, also are not clean food dried on it (i have pictures of all of the mentioned complaints about my room).The front desk staff is friendly. My first evening in that horrible buffet 07/10/19 the staff with the exception of one person was horrible, asked one person a question her response was this is not my table. When we did finally asked the person servicing the table about ketchup she actually just hunched her shoulder up... IF YOU VALUE YOU MONEY THIS IS NOT THE PLACE

Worst rooms ever nasty molded bathroom disgusting coke products running down the windows dried up curtains falling on one side room 622 then moved us to 644 no lights in the pissing chairs mismatched no up grades ever and broken beds with bed bugs Yolonda the manager didn't give a refund or or nun adjustment black people everywhere hanging out the hallways nasty I knew the hotel was going to be horrible I couldn't stay there after moving our luggage twice Yolonda say we didnt come stra8 down we had to pack back geesh, I had to pall our things from one rooms to another and we was only there 2 hes , charged us resort Dee for no luxury at all

it's located near the other casinos. had a nice time playing slots the other night. the seafood buffet was awesome!

Surprisingly good stay. The lobby is nicely remodeled and the top floor (7,8,9) rooms are modern and well appointed. I stayed on 6 which was discounted with dated, hokey decor. My bed however was comfortable with an array of pillows. Good value. I'd stay again.

3 different slots broke down while we were playing them. And the line for the restaurant was a city block long.
We went to Horseshoe and had a blast.

Buffet is great.. Sweet tea is the best out of all the casinos in Tunica.

First: the good. The hotel staff were all very pleasant, especially the women at the front lobby desk. All the housekeeping staff I encountered were friendly as well. Their lobby was very clean and inviting.

Second: The meh . My room itself was... adequate. It wasn t by any means dirty but there were crumbs of some sort all over the chair and the tile floor in entryway and bathroom was sticky (my friends room just down the hall had the same issue). Not that I had intended on using the pool, but I did walk by it a few times and it looked a bit suspicious. Also my friends and I purchased a few bottled cokes from a vending machine on our floor and they were all expired by about two months. We are at the buffet for breakfast and it was decent enough.

Finally: the bad. That casino is pitiful. About 3/4 of the slot machines look about a hundred years old and not one person I was traveling with won anything. Money in, money gone - not really able to play for a while (I m not expecting jackpots but come on Fitz). Also, aren t they supposed to have a cocktail waitress or two that offer drinks? I saw one woman just a handful of times and she never approached me or very many people, period. Couldn t even get to the bar to get a drink either - oh, is this the only casino in the area to not have a single soda fountain or did I just miss them on my dozen or so rounds on both casino floors? Friends and I ate at the buffet for dinner- don t waste your money. The staff were not at all pleasant and the food was, to be kind, not good.

My husband and I are currently at Fitz on the 4th floor the room is very crappie and ant infested. This is supposed to be a smoke free room we have pillows under the door to try and block some of the smoke. The double light has only one bulb. No menu for room service, no channel guide for the t.v. and not even a do not disturb sign for the door. The tissue holder is broken and to sum it up this is the worst casino room we've stayed in since Ballys. What's up with this Fitz?

Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and food exceptional but if you expect to get a drink while you are on a machine don't hold your breath.

Hadn't been there in years. Nice place, some covered parking as it was raining when we were there. Seniors Wednesday you can get the buffet for $5.00, not a bad deal.

some rooms are outdated but the hotel is in the process of updating all rooms

My husband used to work here he was over the hard count people and on my day off I would ride to work with him and play the machines and enjoy myself while he is working but he passed 5 years ago and I hadn't been in a while but I really enjoyed myself last night and this morning great place friendly employees take a bowl you are still the best love it

Wow this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The Fitz desperately needs repairs & updating. The casino was not much better. If you want something other than beer, forget it-I had to tell the bartender how to make a basic drink and it was still watered down. Our ceiling was peeling and there was a gap in the door in our room where you could see out into the hall. I was woken up every time my husband moved because the bed was way too soft & springy and made a squeaking noise; and vise versa. Breakfast buffet was disappointing too. We will not be returning!

Buffet line was long but the food was good once we got in.

Poor communication when it comes to reservations and the use of your card if you use one.

The people at the Fitz have ALWAYS given us great service. Love this place!

the smell in this place is awful. smells like perfume. gave me and the 5 people i was with headaches. might be some deoderizer or chemical.
either way we wont be coming back.

I received an email about staying here, and I did. Needless to say, never again!!!!! I felt like I had stepped off into Mideviel times!!!!! This hotel needs a upgrade seriously. I only paid 33.00 dollars for my room, and quite frankly this is all it is worth!!!!

This was the most nasty places I have ever stayed. The curtains and floor was nasty. Furniture was out dated and need replacing. I also asked for a king size bed in which we got double beds. Never will I be back to thi place my first and last visit!

Wednesdays, seniors can spend a wheel after earning 10 points on their players card and maybe win a buffett or free room (Sun-Th only) or free play worth 5 up to 50 bucks. Buffets Wednesdays are 5 bucks. The vegetables are usually quite good.

We love this place. Great comps, great food and always a great time.

Nice clean rooms and pleasant staff that is readily available. Buffet is also good.

Had to fight with front desk. Had reservations and arrived at 6:15 pm. They gave our room away at 6:00 pm even though we called Host and was assured all OK.

Check in staff was not pleasant. Bathroom needed attention as lights were not working and shower did not work properly. Room was clean. Clean sheets. Dinner at the cafe was good and staff was pleasant

Value customer player oriented. Lots of free incentives to play eat stay and have a good time. Not a grand venue but certainly more value for your buck than most brick and mortar casino's.

This hotelwas pure trash. Wouldn't stay there if the room was free.

We had a wonderful time would love to get stuff from there use to get it but for some reason it STOPPED so I don't have a card any more I can only come over on. The week ends cause I am care giver for my husband with Lung cancer

Favorite place to play when the machines are hot but staff is very rude

Rude staff, no waitresses, bar drinks tasted soured. Security at the door was innapropriate to both me and my mother, which made for an uncomfortable environment. Restrooms were dirty, along with the slot machine surroundings. Which leads to my last issue, no new customer benefits.

We had a nice time....the employees were friendly. There weren't enough blackjack tables. Our room was fairly clean....not perfect...the room was old and needed updating.. not many tv channels and the tv was ancient. The air conditioner in our room did not work well. Definitely would not want to stay there in the heat if the summer. It would have been nice to have a microfridge and bottles water in our room since the water in Tunica is so bad. We had fun...but not because of our room

I like the new renovations. Disappointed there was no band playing Sun night.

I love Fitz casino it's a laid back atmosphere you get to enjoy gambling without all the hustle and bustle. The rooms definitely need to be upgraded but I believe they are working on that.

This was the nastiest hotel! There were bugs all over the bathroom sink, the furniture had never seen a dust rag and polish, cigarette burns in the carpet. Nasty! Nasty! To pay almost $200 a night, one would expect a clean, bug free room.

The food was good. The gaming machines weren't what I expected.

Great but children cant swim so I advise u to go to horseshoe cause thier children have most funn including adults

Don't Spend - I think the best thing I could say is our maid who cleaned our room was awesome. The next best thing is "it was a fast check in." The fast check in could be because our group's room keys were presorted by trip organizers. It was difficult to find the drive in entrance. Our bus of 50 arrived at night and we offloaded in front of the door. Just stepping into the lobby I was slapped in the face with a strong smell of cigarette smoke which was throughout the hotel, even in our non smoking room. I did not go to the casino. The elevator and lobby were not cleaned at the time we arrived. I did not eat at the hotel so I couldn't tell you anything about the food or casino. The next night I slept at a different hotel.

Stuck a $5 bill in a machine on my way out the door and went home a few hundred to the good that night!!

Was told this was a kid friendly hotel. No one under 18 can swim. And the buffet prices for kids were the same as adults. I will not be returning

Although this is a good casino with a better than average slot floor and good table games, we go here for the friendly people and the pool/hot tub.

I come here alot and USUALLY stay is good but this time my room#846 bathroom water wouldn't get hot! noone want 2 take cold showers! Only wanted a king ended having to take a double bed room! Also ice machine didnt work on 8th floor
