Good casino, not as many options as nearby places but overall a good experience.

We just came to the casino to gamble but loved the atmosphere. Had a very good time. Loved that the machines did allow us to play. At another casino their machines never hit once. I did lose all my money at the Fitz but I played for a while. We are considering staying there on our next trip up in August.

It was a good place food was good service was good at the hotel but the casino could use more people

The entertainment side of things is great, variety of shows, other than that....Not bad, far from the worst.

The hotel rooms were so out of date! Waste of money

Great experience. Friendly waitresses and fun play.

Dirty towels in room, big cigar burns in carpet and dirty pillow with no pillow case...awful, instead of charging more that $200, should have charged $20 or less.

The fireworks show was amazing. We try an make it every year. We get there early and have the buffet. I have never stayed at the hotel but I enjoy the casino itself and the buffet is usually good.

The campus was filled with casinos it was so big and so amazing to see I'm not much of a gambler but my family and i had so much fun but you can get lost on the campus because it's so big and so many different casinos to choose from, it was great.

There was a lot to like at Fitz. Parking was covered and close to the casino. The employees were extremely friendly. There is a good mix of different denomination slots but a large number were out of Service. While I didn't win big, the advertising claim of the loosest slots in Tunica felt true. I was able to play for a long time with just a little money.

Price is what I expected, can't expect Alfa.

I always enjoy visiting here!!! Rainbow and beautiful sunset over Fitzgerald and the Mississippi River right after a rough storm. Went inside after I took these pictures and we won a total of $900 that evening. There was a small pot of gold at the end of that rainbow. Luck lived at Fitzgerald s that night!!!

Good place to just sit back and enjoy your day nice friendly atmosphere. As a member of the players club you can receive comps and free promo cash . so you need a get away that's a great place to be

Room was neat and clean. Food was good--a little bit of everything. Casino was fine but smoke bothered me.

The rooms are well kept, the service was great, won some money that made it a plus.

First time goin it was alright buffet really wasn't nothing, rooms were ok , they didn't give me my refund back so that sucked!! I can tell they don't communicate. My toilet Barley flushed . I thought it would be more interesting things to do but it wasn't, . Never will I book here again !

Room really bad ,tv not working ,roach problem,iron not working,soiled or nasty seats,just bad deal

Visit the Casino on June 8th as I was playing a slot machine looked down an there was a roach crawling on the machine. Just nasty and the waitress are very rude never did receive a drink.

I had a great time there. I did win a few dollars, not a jackpot, however, if you want to win a decent amount ,you should play max bet. The food is great. The bands are good. I recommend to anyone. Will be going back soon

I enjoy the time alone but the swimming pool was awesome it was clean it was big enough to get a full swims workout and boy is it exhausted the hot tub was just hot in the warmers I would like it the exercise room was good had an excellent treadmill

I come here every year for my birthday just for the rooms and i stay for the food entertainment and fun greatest birthday present ever. Thanks Fitz

Good food and table games. The slot machines are very tight. The slot games are awful.

Great service. Kinda slow on the drinks but at a certin time they cut the machines off from paying

I love Fritz but i get no promotional coup and i don't no why it's time for my jackpot.This is the place to be.

Husband and I reserved a king room. Upon checking in we was told the king room was unavailable. We booked 2 weeks in advance. Guest care has a very nasty attitude. We waited all day for our room to be cleaned... that never happened. Pool was ice cold.....So that wasn't enjoying. Slots was ok. I'm sure I'll go elsewhere next time.

Grest people. Hotel needs some work but they have a plan and it will be back.

When we walked into our room to unload our bags, as I opened the dresser drawer, I found a round tray with marijuana on it. The nightstand drawer had an ashtray dumped in it. The floors were not cleaned from the previous guest as we found personal belongings in the floor next to the bed. I went to the front desk and reported it and was told they would send housekeeping ASAP! Also told my stay would be reimbursed. It's been 3 weeks and still haven't recieved my money back and housekeeping NEVER showed too clean the room. Very disappointing considering this casino was always my top choice to stay in.

Hotel rooms are horrible outdated and dingy. I refused to stay I got a refund and left.

Front desk was very rude. Absolutely no early check in. Til 3 PM. Here I sit watching check ins at 2:20 on. And I have a 3 day reservation .

Free slot play, won a little something. Free buffet, staff was very friendly and welcoming. Good food! All around worth the stop. I loved the design of the property.

I JUST Love Fitz Hotel & Casino just don't like the are no fridges and microwaves in all the rooms.

Food selection is less food was good less slot machine can tell new mgt cutting buffet closes on Monday tuesday

BED BUGS!!! Run. Slept the night away only to wake up itching & looked in the bed & found a bed bug just crawling. Bit several times & was RUDELY dismissed by staff saying they have to do an inspection to make sure but didn t even want to see our pictures we had taken. Still have not received a call to follow up. I pray we didn t bring any home. I AM DISGUSTED! Buffet is pretty much closed.. only one small section with one meal for $15. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I am not one to put negative reviews but for what it is worth, terrible. The attitudes of the employees for the most part we're absolutely terrible. The amount of filth in the hotel room was terrible. If you decide to give it a try make sure you wear gloves and mask this place has stuff that is worse than the WU FLU.

Room and service was great but the kids price on the buffet was a bit high.

Neat looking castle appearance from the outside. Very kind reception.

Me and my husband took a mini vacation for his birthday. We drove 400 miles to come to tunica to have fun and gamble. We went to the Buffett for lunch. They charged our card over 400.00 dollars. Luckily I caught this and now we have been sitting for a good 45min waiting for this to be fixed. Still to no avail

The hotel is very old. We came here for a weekend get away mostly for the buffet and a little gambling. The food was delicious! Not one thing to complain about there. <br/>The rooms however, are just gross. They smell old and musty and there is dust everywhere. The air conditioner even smells musty. The curtains have holes in them, the carpet is old and gross & The wallpaper in the bathroom is from the 70's and patched in some places. The shower would NOT get hot AT ALL. The sinks are scratched up and there is hardly any water pressure. We were in the non smoking side and it still smells like cigarettes. I will never stay here again, but may come back for the buffet. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother staying there. Shell out a little extra money for a better hotel.

We were very impressed with our day at Fitzgerald's. Very clean, and the social distancing was good. Had a decent payout. That's always a plus. Can't wait to be able to go back.

Rooms are nice, awesome view of the Mississippi river!!

It's so large. I remember going here when I was a child. I loved it. We used to go here for a mini vacation.

Always enjoy myself here! Seem to be able to win and play on a reasonable amount of cash! Food was great and their comps excellent! Still needs some updates but they were working on that while we were there!

Where you love Fitzgerald and Tunica whenever we go to gamble that is the only place that we go the rooms are gorgeous the food is delicious and they still have some of the old games that way love and hopefully they will never take the quarter machines out we do not care for the penny machines are the card games but we do love are quarter machines please don't ever take them away my favorite machine to play is triple double diamond $0.75 a row I play this machine every time I go

My visit to the Fitz was awesome! I only went for the boxing event they had. I love that I have a place now where I can go to see some decent fights close enough to drive. I will be returning for more and maybe spend a few bucks gambling.

The mailed comps were good. Not sure but I had like itchy bites on my shoulder, arms and my leg(thigh)! Not enough people on floor to help with needs of the machines. Service was very low.

Very disappointed, me and my family came for Christmas vacation, we checked in and already paid, and to find out they were not family friendly, because my children were not 18 and older, they would not let them swim in the pool, although obviously they were adults there to watch, do not recommend for families with children

They have remodel and they don't have enough slot machine when it busy downstairs or upstairs and their payout sucks!
