Can not get a drink unless you go get it yourself!!

The room had roaches..suite was terrible..holes in the chair and sofa. Just nasty...casino floor was ok ..will never stay again

Sent me plenty of free play, room, and food coupons.

Dining staff very spirited and energetic. Food was very hot and fresh. Anyone looking for a good experience at the buffet can be sure they will get one.

Requested a non-smoking room and the room still reeked of cigarettes. When we asked for a humidifier or air freshener (my roommate is asthmatic) they told us they would bring one and never did. To set it all off, when we checked the beds for bed bugs we found a USED condom under the mattress. I would recommend staying at the chain hotels around the area if you're needing a place to stat in tunica.

Staying a night in this magnificent castle makes you feel like a king.

They need to lower the price in the buffet it was cold and not all that good.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, it's quiet and a majority of the people there is an older crowd. The staff for the most part are friendly. The buffet is good.

The rooms were decent, but my experience was disappointing. The wifi rates were 10.99 per day for each device. The pool is 18+ for only a 4 ft pool. The children can't even have a supervisor to swim then you are harassed for even being in the pool area. Security was called and everyone was forced out. No ones money should be spent for an unrelaxing and forced time. The customer service is horrible and their attitudes are disrespectful. I do not recommend this hotel for a relaxed visit and great time. If you need a place to just pay your money and sleep then this is the place.

Casino has been redone, very clean, open floor and they even brought back some of the old nickel games 3 nickels per spin, always used to love them. Buffet was pretty good for a slow Sunday, only issue I had was the fried okra was cold and some potatoes were dried out. I will be back again.

Hotel room Smokey was supposed to be non smoking room old ants on floor shower stinks very bad old. TV had only 6 channels room was terrible. Ants in bathroom also

Upon departure at 5:45 a.m. there was no bell hop service and no luggage carts available for guest use. When the receptionist was contacted the only solution to getting the luggage was to make numerous trips. The experience was very frustrating and the front desk staff was not accommodating. They surely didn't display a "Hope to see you in the future" attitude. I do not recommend this hotel.

This Fitzgerald needs a new management team or owner. However, all the staff are so rude and when you are telling people the policy you should be genuinely. Unless the customer is not treating you with respect. One lady that was a security guard told me she was not a babysitter when I needed do a task that took only two minutes. Then proceed to say I ll do it for you this time but not being a babysitter should not ever came out her mouth. Unfortunately, you don t let children understand 18 swim in the pool Shelby Farm in Cordova is a park it has a life guard on duty to watch children swim an canoe. All I m say the casino must has a lowered funding resource than any other casino. If they had quality and not rude people working them then the funding resource may be increased. How terrible this casino service is I would not even stay there again even if it was FREE....

They removed all the money paying machines. I would drive 4hrs to play nickel slots but now all are gone

This was our first stay at the Fitz in Tunica, the room was ok. My only complaint about the place is the very very rude hotel clerks. They are the first people you see that represents your establishment and the ones I encountered had no people skills at all a smile goes a long way. I would come back we did enjoy our stay but I think you need to have friendlier people that enjoy their jobs.

The ladies at the desk are always friendly and helpful...they remember us every time we come and always makes us feel important

A great casino to visit, just don't plan on staying very long if you need a phone signal. Their phone reception absolutely sucks once you get close to the casino.

Has Hot Tub and heated swimming pool on 1st floor available to room occupants. Has nice gaming areas upstairs and downstairs. Has nice bedrooms with TV in rooms PAY extra for a fridge tho. Has great Buffett breakfast ,lunch and Supper. Has snack Bar daily. Has free Live music on weekends on first floor.

Didn't win anything off the slots. The cafe area on 3rd floor has delicious seasoned wings. Hotel is excellent with indoor pool,exercise room, beautiful sitting area with fireplace. Beds feels like your sleeping on marshmallows reasonable pricing too

I absolutely love the vibe in the casino. The music was GREAT!!!! They are very very clean and the staff was friendly. They have a large variety of old school and new school games. I definitely will be visiting again soon.

I don't never win here just go play my coupon and it's not giving you play back enough to stay in and play more..

The only complaint I have is that they did not have a cart to put luggage on. The room was perfect and the bed was super comfy.
