Fitzgerald is a very relaxing casino and a great place for winning as well and the foods are great, this casino deserves (5) STARS

To be honest with ya'll it's a good casino, the staff is great it is clean and safe and they social distance pretty well. But i just couldn't win nothing see ya'll next time keep up the good work.

Didn't stay here but went to casino. Get you a rewards card and you will probably get free play.

The restaurant has too oily smell, crowded. The casino hasn't much choice of machines.
Also the much smoke

We have been going there for over 5 years and lately it seems Impossible to book rooms and get to go to any of the entertainment acts appearing there. We live 4 hours away so this is making us have to start looking for other casinos.

We went to watch fireworks. It was very fun. Traffic was bad coming in, but easy to get out.

I was not impressed! Stayed in casino for several hours and not once did anyone come around and ask if we wanted drinks...even went to sit at bar and couldn't get any service.....it was almost like it was an inconvenience for them! The maid was the nicest person we met. The room was just ok......I've spent less at other places and got better room! Went to Hollywood's and had a better time and had actual payouts.

Great buffet. Enjoyed the crab legs.. they had steak that was cooked well done, I like mine well we'll done. The griller was really nice about cooking mine longer.
BTW.. no luck on machines

The room was nasty with spider webs on the ceiling. The pool looked like it had not been cleaned. The food was expensive and was not good. The slot machines were mostly penny machines. I'll never go there again.

Everybody is really friendly. I like it alot. I would come back again, if the right opportunity arises. We are here for three days during the week and it seems like mostly older people (no offense to anyone) but my boyfriend and I are 23 and 26 so we definitely got a lot of looks. But not bad at all.

Food was ok, entertainment was great, but the cocktail waitress was very rude.

Just happened to stop in on my way back to Nashville. It was "Pirate Day!" Everyone was so friendly & welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. Maybe it was just because I lucked up & went on a special occasion, but the other reviews on here were surprising to me. I had a fabulous time! The DJ played great music along with a live band in the back. I won lots of free gifts from the radio sponsors & comps. I ended up winning a hotel stay and stayed the entire night. I had fun just playing slots and even won some $ to take home. I never come out ahead on slots in the other casinos. Not all of the drink staff was attentive, but I lucked up on a great one and stayed in her area. She kept my friend and I in drinks the entire time. (Monica?) The cleaning people in the hotel were very pleasant and spoke every time I passed them. The room was clean and comfortable. I was comped a free Buffett. The food and employees were above my expectations. I will definitely check out more of the comp rates and events in the future and go back.

Had a great time. Rooms are clean, food is good. Most of all the people who work there are nice and are very helpful

The food in the buffet need improvement, just about every time I go in the buffet bugs is always on the potato pie

I have never stayed at the rooms there they dont offer comps good enough for me to stay. It is kind of out of yhe way and off by its self but it does habe a very nice selection of games to play it is also rhe last place in that area to pay out real money on certain games which is really neat I love the way it sounds when it falls it also has a pretty view but getting drinks and service is hard they do not have a keiosk so u cant see your promo's and the food is good but not anything speical I did not yry the stake house because it's never open and the buffett is just like eating ay ryans or western slizzen with a little less to choose from and not as good service. You have to get up most of the time to get ur own drinks and you loose your machine. I do like it there but it is in need of some upgrades and a good cleaning.

The atmosphere is nice. The food is buffet style. Fabulous selections of many variety of foods.

I've stayed here before a few years ago and enjoyed it. However, this time it was a horrible experience the rooms are old and smelled like mildew. I had a coupon for $20 off and with that coupon you can ONLY get the OLDEST AND WORST ROOMS AVAILABLE! I was told over the phone when I made my reservations that I could pay my deposit in cash which was a lie but you should have honored that since your employee gave me wrong information. Even at check in the lady admitted that they tell people that all of the time. A couple of the front desk ladies had the worst nonchalant attitudes ever. In my room we had like 6 stations and the room was DEPRESSING as hell. This was a HORRIBLE experience!!!!!!!!!

Unfriendly staff. Non smoking room had cigarette smell. Television was broken and when I reported it, I was accused of breaking it. They informed me that I would have to pay 300.00 or be escorted out of the hotel. I'm done with Fitz

Clean but dated room. Very inexpensive mid week rate. Casino cashier service the slowest I've ever seen.

Rooms was clean and the customer service was wonderful its great place

Been going here for years. Never had a problem. Love it!!

We used to love coming to this casino and stay. The food was good and the rooms were decent. We have vouchers for the buffet Monday Tuesday and Wednesday but they no longer have the buffet open everyday. Wednesday, Friday , Saturday and Sunday. Seriously!! What about the people who are here those other days?? We are stuck eating at Fuddruckers or the pizza place. So you have very limited food options. They have updated the casino floor; seems like there are fewer machines more open space. The payouts are far few and in between. The comps are hilarious. Host is not even in the building until noon. This is all within our first day here. This trip will be our last one at this location and ask questions before you come here for the people who are use to the way they use to be.

was so so, amenities weren't the best, water pressure in our room was again so so, there were also weird dead spots where'd you get no signal at all, other than that, can't complain.

First time visit. Machines were loose enough to entertain all day. The buffet was average buy I did like the member promotions. I would go back.

We went to play in the casino. It looked so clean when we went in the front door. We went to the bar, sat on the barstool, played the video poker and ordered a beer. In a few minutes I felt something crawling on my leg. I went through that surely not thought process but was incorrect. There was a huge cockroach crawling on my leg! I knocked it off and the man sitting next to me began laughing. He told me all the regulars know to keep their hand over their drink because cockroaches are known to fall from the ceiling and land anywhere. He said the carpet had been replaced recently and that stirred up the cockroaches that lived under the carpet. I thought surely the casino staff would want to know their customers were being attacked by cockroaches. Wrong!!! I told the casino hostess and she laughed and said the cockroaches aren t as bad as the mouse she once had on her foot! I proceeded to tell everyone that I could find who worked in that casino that I had found a cockroach on my leg at the bar. They all laughed at me. No concern, no apology and certainly no intention to alleviate the cockroach problem. We left. So, if you don t mind having to cup your hand over your drink, wearing a helmet in case a ceiling cockroach falls on your head or holding your feet off the floor so cockroaches don t crawl up your legs while you play the games this casino fits that category. Cockroaches climbing on customers should not be the norm.

The people were friendly. The drinks were good. I just didnt win anything

Casino needs to close down it's a rip off you just can't win anything here I come and spend lots of money instead of them treating me like a valued guest the money I spend they lowed my free play that's so damn crazy so my husband and I decided we will not come back to this place it's not worth the drive

Horrible place to stay. Gave us the wrong room and didn t bother to make accommodations . Terrible odor, bad communication among staff, and more! Will never stay here again.

Upgrade carpet in rooms, hallway, dusty furniture, better cleaning in bathrooms

Most of the staff is friendly however getting the Wi-Fi password was an act of congress . . . every employee I ask saying they weren't allowed to have. Considering I paid to stay at the hotel perhaps I should have been given that upon check-in?

Took hours to to catch a seat at a blackjack table. Bartender even ignored me. Horrible time! Breakfast buffet was awesome tho.

The buffet is usually very good but today it was lacking. I'm not going to let this one bad time keep me from ever coming again. I just won't be excited to go.

The worse. Super smokey outdated rooms low quality food. If you're not on the 5th floor don't bother. Even the 5th floor feels sad

The room stay was pretty decent I will have to say I did not care for the slot machines the selection did not interest me, they're were no payout i never got above 200 bucks for person that hadn't been there in 10 years ,on my birthday to not get a birthday reward to not win any money I don't foresee coming back any time soon. Thanks for free 2 night stay . I drove all the way from Huntsville Alabama . Ps spray for roaches

Hospitality is in point and rooms are very clean. Will be visiting again this weekend.

It was st Patrick's day so Fritz did it up!! Green beer, 2.00 brats or sausages and the air was full of excitement. Green hats and beads.

Went for the seafood buffet. The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal!! I highly recommend it.

Not enough variaty of machines, 85% are penny machines, way too many people sitting around blocking slots that aren't playing, for hrs. If u don't smoke u will b miserable, I smoke and my eyes hurt in this place.

It was hard to hit any money and it wasn't any better same oh same oh

We stayed the night here. The room was a nice size. The bed was comfortable and the room included a refrigerator. We visited the snack bar because we got in late. I got a really good hamburger. There weren't a lot of people there for a Friday night. I didn't mind though because it allowed us to socialize with the artist that had just performed at the show. I also had breakfast there. The pancakes were also good.

Rude staff especially the so called manager where you get the players card from & the employees that follows her.

Oversized showers indoor pool jacuzzi handicap people lift for pool. Also No kids allowed in pool. Good personalities from the bar tenders 24/7 bar hours. Overpriced buffet n way overpriced cigarettes. Gas station prices way better n waffle house saved my frugle booty. No special dicounts on anything. Definetly NOT Las Vegas!!!

The show was great the staff was wonderful I say if you never been GO!

ALWAYS great customer service from cbeck in to security. I believe his name is kendall. Excellent at his job and great sense of humor at front desk. Bernard security is awesome. ALWAYS has great customer service. James bartender is awesome. Has a way of sating things even if it cost me. Great attitude. Sarah and Ken ALWAYS the same person each day. Right people in right place. Charles slot tech or repair is great. He ALWAYS speak. Anx remembers my name on contact.

Bad last time for at the Fitz, horrible atmosphere people where rude and got bit by something while sleeping.

DEFINITELY not worth the money I paid for the room or buffet! When I checked in the front desk clerks were VERY unprofessional and rude I will NOT be returning to the hotel EVER & the casino is a maybe but I seriously doubt it
