Poor Poor Poor.....room 214 ...called reseved a king bed 3 weeks ahead of the date for march 16th and 17th 2018 to check in for our Anniversary to get there and be told we have no king rooms available...only had 2 full beds we cant sleep on full beds together so we had to sleep apart from each other the room had seen better days the lamp shade was broke the bathroom was dirty the only good thing I can say about the room was the bed was comfortable....but who wants to sleep apart from thier mate on their Anniversary will never stay there again they tell you what you want to hear till you get there .....It will be Hollywood or the Resort from now on for us .....

Staff friendly..rewards clerks made lots of mistakes on getting me my rewards card

Poor buffet, no fridge in rooms, no safe in rooms, old decor and in need of remodel

Dealers were friendly and tried to tell you the rules as you played.

Room was clean ... room needed repairs on sink and bathroom door.

Wonderful location, the facilities were clean, the staff made me feel welcome and warm.

Seen a concert there, I didn't win any money but the perks they have sent me in the mail is outstanding..very impressed.

Love this place!!!! Everyone was very nice and hospitable, we go there 2 or 3 times a year and have a great time every time!!!

We were not there long. Went to play the slots with actual coins but they stopped 1 week ago. But the facility was nice.

Worst experience in Tunica.
Been coming to Tunica for years never had been to Fitzgerald. Should have stayed at the usual SamsTown. From the looks of the comments if you don't do something about the staff at your Hotel my business isn't the only one you will loose.

This was my 1st time visiting after a few years. Its nicely upgraded with beautiful decor and newer games. Unfortunately, no one appeared to be winning.

They got the best paying machines and the best Buffet in Tunica..

Some confusion at evening check in but it all worked out. Paid for updated suite. It was nice and comfortable. Definitely a steal on the price. The casino was small but they offered free play for new card holders all the oldie but goodie slots were available like Jack Pot Party. Several choices for lunch and dinner but no breakfast. Morning front desk was very helpful with suggestions. We had a great time. We will return.

Great place to get away that don't take long to get there

The location is convenient. The casino is clean and the staff is friendly. The pace of things at the casino is much slower than others in the area. The parking needs updating.

Gaming was fun. The buffet was the worst. Glad it was only 5 bucks

Rude receptionist, refuse to get cart for woman with two kids. Charged for Buffett, even with free coupons. Noone hitting jackpots, ppl getting mad. Bonus payout less than 10.00 , even with betting high amounts. Small beds, no microwave in room.

Started our night at the buffet. Never met my server. Never. I did see him once. Hostess had to get our drinks and our silverware. I never got a refill either. Made sure my hostess received my tip instead of our non existant server. Next venue was a v3 fight. Was a good time. Small problem in the casino because the lady who signed me up for a players card didn't do her job. Management rectified the issue and I recieved the promo that was advertised. After I had to walk all over to get it done. Hotel room... dont pay for it.. just dont. I've stayed in nicer roach motels. All the furniture had tears. Carpet was stained and dirty. Toilet paper..... I was in the army and that butt tissue was a higher quality..

Nasty....Nasty...And more Nasty...The room floor was sooooo nasty it look like it hadn't been vacuumed in day's...The buffet was nasty trash was everywhere and the smell was awful me and my friend couldn't eat...OMG...Terrible...Fitzgerald should be ashamed of themselves...

Nice casino given it's location. It is not in a major gaming destination. However, the facility is clean. The buffet had a variety of items and the food was good.

Went to a comedy show it was great but when it was over we went to get something to eat at the grill on 2 people working this the third time I been to eat there in the past month with only 2 people working long line and wait time something needs to be done to fix this problem.

The gaming hall was ok they didn't have but 3 or 4 tables working couldn't get not one drink the room well omg

Hotel room was dingy and poorly cleaned! My fiance and I went down to the casino floor and came back to discover roaches in the room and the refrigerator! Needless to say our mini get away was cut short

We had to get 2 rooms, check out and get money back. The first room had ladybugs in the room. Ok, so we got a upgrade which was nice, we loved the room. The next thing I know we watching tv and a BED bug comes out of nowhere from under the pull out couch. The gentleman worker came and confirmed. The newly renovated rooms were sold out, so we decided to checkout. I was the only one drinking at the time, so my husband was able to drive us safely home. The personnel was nice. 01/28/2018

They don't give any free play on slots for new members and the security watches you like a hawk like you're not supposed to be there we stayed all of 10 minutes just because we felt uncomfortable Fitz Hotel sucks

My experience wasn't the greatest but the help of some of the staff made up for everything to the best of their ability. I lost my Good friend of 25 years and come to just relax after driving 6 hours straight from the funeral to be greeted by an awesome caring manger named Mr. Henderson their are no words to express my gratitude for his compassion. The Lady at the call center named Ms. Ollie thanks so much for your words of encouragement. There's not too many people like you two lift in the casino industry in tunica your compassion and willingness to help the guess is priceless. The five stars are for you two

I don't really gamble a lot but when I do, I like to have that wow factor when I win a little bit of money, and I didn't get that here as much as I was hoping so. I did when some so Im go with a rate it a 3. It was just an experience, nothing wow about it.

My favorite place to stay in tunica. The rooms are cheap but always clean, and the staff is friendly. The hotel of attached to the casino unlike several hotels in tunica, which is a bonus. Adults only heated indoor pool and jacuzzi is great. A very nice place to get away for a few days.

No Buffett, only restaurant open prices where ridiculous. No kids allowed in there pool. (Lord forbid) Me and my wife and 2 kids would came here often about 6 years ago. We just came back today and alots changed. Place has really gone down Hill I guess. We will stay in our room wont be spending money here. Wont be back either. Time for a new casino.

The food was delicious i had a stuff Bell pepper mash potatoes with gravy and beef Pattie with sweet tea.then i went to the firework show.

Customer service was good, staff friendly. They need some renovations.

Fitzgerald''s is a unique casino in Tunica, situated alone from the other casinos. The casino was nice in the day but needs renovated. A lot of older slot machines and lacking many table games.

Good service except no real food service or coffee ..none even in rooms

We did not get the type of room we reserved and when we inquired about gething the cotreat type of room we were told thete was absolutely nothing that could be done. The room was not clean when we arrived. The receptionist was not helpful when my wife inquired about a few simple things. There was 2 racoons right in front of the door when I returned from playing at a different casino. When my wife went down to the restaurant she was told she would have to wait an hour to have something as simple as a cheese pizza. The overall customer experience was just not pleasant. We don't plan on ever returning to this hotel

Very small, $25 limit craps seemed inappropriate for the venue.

The staff at the Fitz is always an amusing bunch that have made us feel welcome during our visits. This is also the ONLY casino in Tunica that welcomed us back when we visited again (and we didn't even stay overnight here!) I've heard that the loosest slots are at the Fitz. I can't attest for that, but I can say that even when losing I had a blast. The last visit, I ended up losing about $80 over four hours of slot play. Four hours!! I had a blast the entire time. We believe they have the best table games in town! I don't even play the table games but usually stop by to see how my better half is doing on them. He walked away from throwing dice with a few extra hundred dollars this time so it all worked out very well. I will come back to the Fitz every time I visit Tunica, I can promise you that!

The casino was horrible. The games did not pay. The place smelled musty and moldy. Five of us all agreed. Stayed for about an hour and couldn't take anymore. Don't waste your time or money. I don't think it will be around much longer.

Enjoyed the atmosphere. Even though it's small I loved the energy!

Service and atmosphere was great. Spectacular buffet. Didn't win anything, but just being in this relaxing environment was well worth the drive.

Unhappy that the buffet closed at normal time (1030pm) on July 3rd.

Nice rooms, but small flaws here and there. Pet friendly, which is a plus. Definitely fits an older clientele, but that can be a positive sometimes.

food at cafe was delicious big portions stayed to gamble a little after eating on a Friday afternoon and there were no waitresses around had to go to the every time we wanted a drink:(
