Free promotions giveaway are always the same people been coming there for years play my care all the time have never had my name drawn but still I come an play an reall6enjoy my self have my BIRTHDAY outing there every year other than that a great casino.

It was a complete nightmare.Everything on the buffet was absolutely awful!!The line was long the wait was long.The guy who served the crab legs actually kept the same big yellow gloves on as he pushed a fresh pan of crab legs out put the pans on the line and actually pick 3 clusters at a time up to put on the plates never changed gloves never used tongs.They were over cooked I got sick.I didn't understand because they use to have one of the best seafood buffets in Tunica.Nasty simply nasty.

Killed 4 roaches In the room . Per manager they are remodeling the rooms around us. This was a promo room will never take another promo for a room from the fitz casino and hotel. While checking out another couple in front of me had the same problem with roaches. She stayed on the 2nd floor I was on the 6th floor. Director of customer service only said that they didn't raise roaches like we brought them in.

Nice place, small but cozy. Great entrance when you drive, you think you are entering palace. Nice slots, mixture of old and new, not as grand as horseshoe or gold strike. Didn't try food or hotel.

The Cafe ruined my experience. I waited in line two hours for my food. There was so much chaos with the orders. People were arguing and slapping the counters...it was awful!

A couple of friendly dealers and terrible service. Oh let me comp you a buffet. lmao Wouldn't stand in that line if my life depended on it. Looked like the DMV. If you want something to be of value then you can't give it to everyone. Looked like a line to get into the mission. I just blowed a grand and don't wanna look at people drooling on themselves. Dont have any stars to spare my biggest regret is not monetary but the fact that i got a player card and now they gonna send me bs promos that i will never use. wa wa waaa

Too smokey walking through but the legs were good. That's the only reason I was there with my cousin. Then I sat outside while she played a few slots.

Friendly, good environment,clean rooms ,quiet, fun playing machines

Buffet is only open 4 days a week. Fuddruckers was good but gets old. Not enough slot hostess drinks

I have been here to gamble & eat only! Food was good ,enjoyed atmosphere , & staff. But no luck on the machines! But not just for me , everyone I talked to that whole weekend said the machines are tightened up. No one had hit any jackpots over $60-$80 . If this casino & the others in tunica do not start loosing the machines they are going to end up like the several casinos around there that are empty & abandon!!

Every first Saturday the third weekend of each month I enjoy Fitz

Came down to play black jack, signed in and never got an opportunity to play, even after repeated conversation with the floor, finally after the tables cleared and I was ready to go my name was called 4 hours later, second visit during this pandemic same results. Not in a hurry to make this trip again.

People were friendly. Machines were not doing much so we went to another casino.

It's pretty good for the price it has.
It is a quiet place, but you will need a car to go somewhere else because there is no public transport here.
Guests are usually older people, almost all retired, making it a quiet place.
30 minutes by car, there is a small village (HERNANDO) with many restaurants.
The rooms are quite spacious.

Rooms smelled of mildew. Had to be moved same for second room. Room did look clean though

Went to Charlie Daniels concert which was fantastic

Me and several friends went to spend the evening at the casino. My biggest complaint is that the didn't have enough black jack tables open for a Saturday night so we never found a open seat during a 4 hour visit.

Food is overly expensive, lots of older slot machines, which is ok since I prefer them over the new ones.

My favorite casino and the buffet is the best I've been to yet!

Rooms are older but clean. Staff was extremely friendly. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Only 18+ allowed in that area.

Out in the middle of nowhere - what a wonderful surprise! Rooms a little dated but comfy & clean. Nice little pool. Onsite restaurants are decent. Parking extremely convenient. Super friendly staff. Casino has small payouts like all the casinos in the area, but you get the first $100 lost back in comp dollars. Great rates and strong shower w cool coffee maker in room.

The staff is friendly, and the casino games are fun. The hotel room was made up nice, but the bathroom floors was sticky. All in all a good stay for the money.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. The room was recently remodeled. Great staff at the hotel and the casino.

I gambled a bit. The hotel is not as grand looking as some of the others in the area. It can definately use an uprade. The restrooms were not clean either. I did not use the hotel and I haven't visited the buffet yet!

I had a very good experience. Truck's welcome with truck parking & free Trucker's Club. Rooms were a lil dated but clean, very comfortable beds, quiet & well maintained. Price of rooms are fantastic & comes with breakfast buffet. Lots of different slot machines to choose from. Could put in table games on both floors (currently table games are on one floor). Over all experience 4 stars.

Our room was crawling with lady bugs. Not just a couple but around 30 on the curtains, walls, windows. Under the bed was filthy with cracker crumbs, dust, etc. They did accommodate us to another room and gave us 2 free meal coupons. Workers were friendly.

We like it here. We never get any free play like at some others do.

Just stopped in at the casino. Busy Saturday night. Parking lot crowded and tight to navigate. Entertainment good

I chose Fitz since I was seeing a show there, and having stayed in many casinos before, expected a certain level of decor.
Unfortunately, I was completely disappointed.
* There were loose tiles in the bathroom at the floor.
* The sink looked over a decade old with cracked finish and serious discoloration.
* The hinges behind the bathroom door were severely degraded and oxidized from moisture.
* The toilet seat and lid were relatively clean, but since both have seen better days, needed to be replaced.

The room itself:
* The bedside table was backwards... literally backwards with the drawer facing the wall and the non-laminated side facing the room.
* I found someone's glasses just under the edge of the bed but still easily visible without having to actually look under the bed. I didn't look further under the bed, but I moved the glasses to the table, so maybe someone would remove them before the next visitor.
* Several walls had large chunks taken out of the drywall. The corner between the bathroom and the bed area looked like someone had slammed something into it, and enough drywall and mud was scraped off that the metal corner was visible.
* There was only one easily accessible plug for my phone at the foot of the bed. I should also note, it was painted the same color as the walls, so it was just as I was getting ready for bed when I happened to notice it.
* The bed lamps were mounted to the wall far too high to be easily accessible from the bed, but that really wasn't the worst thing about them. They were severely tarnished with lots of oxidation at the top for some strange reason, but they obviously hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time.
* I chose not to look at the coffee pot.
* I was not comfortable walking on the carpet barefoot, so I walked around in my flip flops.

About the hotel itself:
* The wifi strength in the room was excellent, unfortunately, there were large spaces between the hotel and casino where both Cell and Wifi vanished.
* No easily accessible bars to grab a beer or drink while wandering around.
* The lobby was clean, but felt claustrophobic and out of date.
* I was able to get checked in quickly.
* The elevators were fast and there were enough that I waited only a few seconds.
* They included 2 portable bars inside the venue, so getting a drink during the show was quick and convenient.
* There is an indoor pool. It's very small, but they have a pool.
* With the exception of my room, I could smell cigarette smoke almost everywhere in the hotel.

Final thought:
I really wanted to be able to enjoy my stay here, since I'm having surgery this week that will have several weeks worth of recovery afterward. I really enjoyed the amazing and hysterical show I went to see, but unfortunately, I can't say that I enjoyed my hotel stay. I considered just checking out after the show and going home, but since I had already paid for the room, I decided to get some sleep and leave early.
Sadly, I've stayed in far cheaper roadside motels that I felt more comfortable in.

It seemed dated. The buffet was decent. Very few tables opened on a Saturday night. Could be better.

We usually go to Tunica to eat crablegs. Sometimes we stay and play. Different casinos. This was the first (and last) time to this casino (hotel & restaurant). The food was not very good. The crablegs were small and were sparse. The restaurant wasn't that clean either. The wait staff was kinda rude and not very attentive. And the room was absolutely disgusting. This place needs some major updates and renovations. I felt gross the entire time I was there. Oh. And I DID NOT stay in the room. I drove the 4 hrs back home late at night. After the room was already paid for. Gross.

I stay here alot. I've had a few experiences where the rooms were bad. But for the most part they are good. Just about every employee needs to be fired because of there attitudes. That is why i give 3 stars. Love the food love the slots!

The crab legs where good as usual. The wait time was short, the atmosphere was relaxing the music was enjoyable. Service was good.

The buffet is much improved from last time I came a few years ago.

Got the room really cheap but had to move due to a minor issue. The hotel took care of me greatly and I appreciated it much.

Tv is analog request a tv wanted me to pay extra for a upgraded room only for a tv so I can watch movies , tv only can get sports or news only , rooms are dated casino mortem went out Saturday they had only one lady walking and paying people on both floor they payouts, they do not have shutter bus service anymore therefore you are not able to go to any other casino's stuck in room with a tv that only have sports & news I'M NOT A HAPPY CAMPER the best thing at the Fritz hotel was the food only , would I come back only after an upgrade and a rented car.

Service and quality were better than many of the area hotel/casinos. Our group was treated well, our cocktails were made accurately, and service was expeditious.

Fun place to play! Almost impossible to get beverages.

Provably one of the dirtiest casino floors I've been to. Employees don't seem to care anymore. Rooms were clean but had to be moved because ants were in the bathroom emerging from a wall. Big difference was housekeeping ,dealers waitstaff were friendly. Security, floor custodians weren't as nice. Pool needed to be observed because it was non smoking but there were cigarette butts in the vicinity. Food was good but over priced

Mice in rooms.. nasty was asked do i want to move...no money back or nithing else...never will i stay there again...dnt need a star...

I had roaches and bats in room,newly renovated not true .

A sightseeing tour, friendly staff, breakfast buffet very simple, nothing fancy. Main level Casino ceilings very low, felt closed in. Faired on the Slots. Tables didn't open until 11a. Hand sanitizer very visible. Totally enjoy the morning view of the Mississippi River! Perhaps not a return for me...

Roaches in the room and in the buffet reeks of cigarette smoke not clean do not recommend everything is dirty needs to be remodeled I had to ask for the maids to clean

The food has deteriorated the past year and absolutely NOT worth $31 on a Sat night. Baked potatoes were cold; chicken was dry as hell and lukewarm with nasty seasoning; steak was gross [confirmed by constant full tray]; shrimp shells looked super over-cooked so didn't even try; crab legs were just okay; 1000 island dressing was clumpy; and onion rings were greasy. The waiter didn't even look me in the eye when he brought us soda refills and seemed grumpy abt having to work when he picked up our plates. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT and will NOT be going back!
