Absolutely horrible!!!! Rooms not clean. Horrible ...

Absolutely horrible!!!! Rooms not clean. Horrible service!!!!! Got there and gambled over 2 hours and not once asked if I needed a drink or anything!!!! And i even sat at the bar!!!! The staff was all hiding and just talking and hanging out amongst each other. Went to my room to shower and there was hair all over the tub... yuck...never again!!!!! Ruined my valentines weekend with my girlfriend!!!!! Thanks, not......

My husband and I are frequent Tunica Visitors . First time staying at this hotel though .... and will be the last ! Light switches did not work , ceiling fan is just for looks apparently because it did not work , bathtub was nasty , floor was so sticky our shoes were sticking to it , hair in sink and tub , 3 inch gap around the door , you could not even see the bathroom vent because of the dust . The room smelled like mildew. We checked out a day earlier and went and stayed in Southaven since the other Casinos we normally stay at were booked up . I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My husband & I went to the buffet when we got our plate & went to fix our food there was a roach crawling around the trays that the food is in we told the man back there putting the food out & he looked at it & walked off then here comes another one crawling across the counter they didn't try to knock them down kill them or nothing very nasty restaurant

Had to ask for replacement of a broken chair, which was replaced within 5 mins. Window a/c worked but was noisy. Walls were dirty, carpet worn, one plugin didnt work. Plaster falling from the ceiling. Keurig coffee maker was a plus. Only 2 bath towels for 2 adults so we had to reuse our towel the next morning. The hot tub & saline pool was indoors. It was relaxing. Bed was firm. Then we discovered an open package of Club crackers in the nightstand drawer which housekeeping had obviously missed. Yuck.

Our CHECK IN employee, valet service, and manager were amazing!! Room was very spacious. Our bed was clean and soft. Only complaint is that the entire staff (excluding ones mentioned above) hotel and casino seemed to HATE their job. I'm in customer service, and I pay close attention to this. Your business would do better with more positive, enjoyable employees.

It was a nice stay, took one in a half hours to get two extra pillows. And the lady's could be friendlier at check in but other then that it was better oh and the machines need to hit more often.

My visit with Fitzgerald Casino was not pleasant at all. I have visited with the property for over 25 years. The casino staff is not friendly at all. The buffet food is cold not a variety of selections too choose from. I have noticed the same names being drawn for every drawing. But needless to say, the Operations manager tells me that the computer picks them. Access players are not being compensated based on their play. Hotel rooms are filthy upon check in. Staff not being treated fair. There's a big turnover in employees seeking for better work ethics and advancement. Casino moral is down need to schedule better shows and bands for the weekend. Slots are extremely tight no payouts only for out of town guests . They hit the jackpot and leave. Regular Access Players are omitted through out the year. I plan to relocate to another casino in the near future.

A totally PATHETIC experience. Smoking only casino, smoked filled buffet. Unhealthy, second hand smoke EVERYWHERE!
no food after 11, TERRIBLE service. Employees could care less about service. Do yourself a favor, save your money and save aggravation.

Outdated and can use some deep cleaning. However, staff are extremely friendly and react to all requests without hesitation. Check in was great. Bed comfy, room needs updated. Indoor pool and hot tub very nice.

Well first of all I would like to share I love the fitz ,but April 13 was a bad day for me .the machines went down for hours and and when they finally got them back up I Iost all my money I was a visitor at the hotel and someone got paid my money that was in my machine because I had to use the restroom so I no longer wanted to stay so I called the front desk to see if they would give me a refund for the deposit and they said no..but after all I stayed and made what was left of it good I had a great time even though I lost.. Thanks Fitz. Love y'all!
