They've made some needed updates. Our room was great. The casino looked clean and I liked the new layout.

We really like going there. They have good food and good beds.

Front desk and valet workers were great! Rooms were ok, buffet food was good, had to find my own seating,not enough workers cleaning tables or waiting floor. Machines extremely tight, give you 2 or 300 then cold! Take forever to get bonuses in your machines! Will not be back .Oaklawn! I'm coming home to you! Best place to gamble!!!!!!

The casino itself is a lot of fun of course. A live cover band called "Aces Wild" played all night (on both Friday & Saturday) and they were phenomenal. The musicians' skill levels are that of any professionals/mainstream bands, in fact I've seen live music shows many times where the performance was not what I hoped for, sometimes due to the bands performance, other times due to sound equipment issues, and sometimes both. Both the performance and the sound quality here were professional, one of the best I've seen. Employees have all seemed nice and been helpful when in need of information & attentive when it comes to food or drink service. I'm not sure of the cost since I had a free coupon, but the buffet had a very wide selection of very decent food, plus a dessert bar. The hotel room itself is not half bad: beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean, there is a TV with basic channels & inputs for connecting your own devices (the remote actually has an "input"/"source" button, unlike many hotel room TVs), WiFi is free (only 3mbps but there is a high-speed option available for purchase), and our room even included a mini fridge. No complaints here.

I m not even sure why the pool(which I have never seen that many people use before c19 because children are not allowed) especially seen as the water suppose to have chlorine in it. I use to love this hotel it needs an improvement on the rooms. Now back to all this stuff being removed what is the reason if the room will not be cleaned until check out. If Gym is to be used like any other gym that s open everyone must wipe down equipment before and after use. Then the Buffett is close but the casino slots and tables are open what sense does this make. On top of this front desk ladies are not very friendly making us feel welcome to stay in the pandemic I m not sure if I will be finishing my stay it may be cut down to one day. The only thing I see as a aspect is adding food restaurants that are open 24 hours that s a plus

Hotel was very outdated and extremely dirty. Pool was not available for our son to swim since he's not 18 or up.

It's a fun casino. Rooms are nice and so are the staff.

Honestly this could be a very awesome moneymaking resort, this place just has zero management, employees do what they want while everything is falling apart.

Shower and bathroom was not clean. It still had hair and soap scum all over.

The best casino ever, just don't send me enough FREE PLAY. and I will love to be able to get a room on the 5th floor..I don't smoke

Bugs were in the room, TV was outdated. Couldn't connect my Xbox to it.

Clean older rooms that are comfortable and very very reasonable.

Not only is there WINNING streaks here. They have nice things to do early in the daytime and most of all nice rooms.

I was very un pleased an did not like my experience at this casino the rooms were filthy workers were very rude I went to get food and was called out my name. I couldn't even come out of my room felt very uncomfortable the rooms furniture was tore up holes in the curtains no cable channels I do not ever return to this casino again I do not recommend this place tonoone I left before my time was up because this place is NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a cool cash sucking place, no children can go swimming, which is stupid.

My stay was wonderful. My only complaint is the bathroom sink had a stain that they could of replace the entire sink and remodel the bathroom. As well, the buffet wasn't so great. The hot tub, pool and beds were so relaxing comforting

Nearly empty still slim 2 no chance of hitting anything unlike at South land which closer to home for me i am highly disappointed i just want better odds for my hard earned money

It's just ok because the room and hallways are damp and smelly. Very disappointed. Was a very nice hotel at one time.

Room was clean and food good but high. Don't expect to get checked in by 3. Staff stated we were lucky to be in at 4:15. Comps at this place are scarce. The staff seems uninterested in helping anyone out. We went for the boxing and won't return to this place just for a night of gaming.

The facility was nice and clean and the staff was excellent. Everyone welcomed you and made sure we we're satisfied. I would stay there again.

Don't look forward to Winning here. They give you 5 free rooms a month but when you go gamble they definitely get their money back out of you.I have never won

Where do i begin....

This was by far my worst EVER experience at a hotel in my entire 45 years of life. Not hot water in the shower...nasty room...kids hollering and running down the hallways at 1am...horrible!!!! Dont stay here!!!

I used to love going there years ago. But it is no fun going there now. Just another hole in the wall.

This place was once my favorite place to go to, but now it's RIDICULOUS. The line is so long waiting on a table and when you look in the restaurant there are empty tables need cleaning up, but you is in this long line waiting, and when you do get in, there is no FILLET CAT FISH only CAT FISH NUGGETS. I DID NOT LIKE PAYING $30.99 FOR CAT FISH NUGGETS THAT I DON'T EAT. THIS WAS A FIRST AND LAST TIME FOR ME. WILL NOT BE BACK UNLESS THINGS CHANGE. ONE UPSET CUSTOMER.

I won money here on machine I was familiar with. Not a penny machine!

We were put in room 210. It was nasty. The furniture looked like it was bought at a yard sale. The sink in the bathroom was disgusting. It was old and all scratched up. There were cigarette burns on the carpet and it needed cleaned.
It was a comp room but it was still to much. We called Gold Strike and stayed there.

The beautiful atmosphere, great food, and excellent customer service exceeded my every expectation. The 4th of July fireworks show was magnificent. I will definitely be returning.

This Casino is run down very few Cocktails and or bartenders clientele are very nasty putting cigarettes out on machines or throw them on the floor because of no ashtrays

Fitz has been our exclusive tunica stop for a number of years recently it has been eliminating or downgrading many of the nice features we came to expect. The upstairs bar now closed, slots are being changed constantly and it is difficult to find one of the type we enjoy. on our most recent visit 3 card poker discontinued, Buffet closed eventhough we had comp offers. Very poor drink service, our room was less than expected. the bathroom floor was so stickey we had to put down towels to step on, the tub shower is very dangerous slippery and no place to hold on. we were disappointed in the changes and the service. Next trip we will explore other options. SO SAD

Rooms have somewhat older decor, but ours was very clean and comfortable. Well worth the price we paid. My only complaint would be the service in the casino was lacking. Also, it's important to know that kids are not allowed at the pool, for anyone that may bring children.
