I have been moved from room to room without being compensated for my accomendations we were moved because we found a rat in the room here and they did not try to give of any of my money back they just moved me to another room and this is very unsanitary to me I believe that I should have been given sum of my money back I paid to have a good time not to have rats run across my feet I would not recommend anyone stay here this is by far the worst time I have had staying here and I will not be returning to this casino again they need pest control and the need to start cleaning the air vent I have gotten sick from inhaling dirt from filters In The room I did not pay $ 179 to sleep with the rats and roaches this was and is way to much money I do believe I. Do sum of my money back for this

THE CABLE HAS BEEN OUT SINCE YESTERDAY AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIXED IT! THEY SAY SOMEONE IS WORKING ON IT BUT I DOUBT IT CONSIDERING ITS BEEN OUT FOR ALMOST 24 hours now

I went to the buffet at the Fitz casino for Christmas dinner and my debit card was charged $50 for one person (myself). I looked at my bank statement and called the casino to get my money back and got the complete run around! The manager over the casino told me that he had nothing to do with what happens in the buffet. I finally got the buffet manager on the phone and she took my information and let me know that she'd call me back....I'm still waiting on that call. My family and I will definetly be dinning elsewhere from now on, and I am so going to spread the word

They need to check cleanliness of rooms..the room we got had other guest before us.....gross!!

The hotel room was the dirtiest by far that I have ever stayed in...it was filthy and smelled bad and needs to be updated very badly!!! The hotel staff was very polite. We will NEVER stay there again.

great place for drinks food and nice variety of slot games and table games to play

we were with a bus full of seniors going to branson, stayed going up and coming back to tampa, the rooms were fine, clean and the beds were great. we loved the hot tub and pool, both were clean and had plenty of towels. we stayed mostly with the omlette station and stir fried stations at bfast and dinner buffets. we had no problems and the staff was helpful and friendly-..so it was a good stay for all 50 of us.

The buffet was really good. Although i could not see any cig smoke, I could still smell it. My clothes reeked and my nose was stopped up the next day.

Why do you have to pay resort fees when you come only to gamble not to swim or spa.

Enjoy the walk but didn't hear anyone getting lucky. May it just not the hipe.

I don't think they do what they say on their drawings. I had almost 3000 interys and never got called. I stayed in the hotel years ago the kept talking money out of my account after I got home. They paid it all back but they should take cash deposit . I will never give them my account again. I think they need alot of work on the right things.

Loved the room and the casino! BOTH were clean and friendly very nice especially for seniors! We took advantage of the senior Wednesday which is $5 buffet and it is delicious! We will definitely go back.

Slots were good but was expecting a buffet and because it was during weekdays no buffet and voucher for snack bar did not fill me up

Room barely had any furniture and what little this is looked like it come from a cheap dorm room. Bed looked as if it was dug out of a dumpster. TV was on a stand that is 4 inches lower than the bed. Flooring is very dated. Wont be back

Rooms got something that look like water damage around doorways and they smell like mold is present..

It was really BAD. The restaurant was so nasty, that after I fixed my plate I decided it was to dirty to eat in there. During the meal the nasty dish cart was pushed beside smelling like a sewer. I had to ask some one to please sweep the food from all under the table and across from Where we were sitting. That carpet looks like dogs, cats, and any other nasty animal had played on it. That place needs to be condemned. The health dept. Needs to see what I saw. Drew the waiter was berry nice and professional, Food had been wasted all over the food counter. Half the food was gone, No one trying to put out new food. I will never eat your buffet again. I felt so dirty from being in there. I WANT BE DINNING IN YOUR BUFFETT AGAIN. I ONLY HOPE YOUR STEAK HOUSE IS BETTER. Talk to the help about bringing that dish cart around while people are eating. Just so NASTY.

Great place, got a room for $34, buffet for $12 bucks each.
Slots, is slots, but the food, that's we're its at for Fitz. The variety is great and the food itself is top notch. We had some catfish, freshly put on the line and it was some of the very best I've had in a long time. I'll not even go into the desert selection, its to vast to even get into. The German Chocolate cake was super rich, the wife couldn't eat it all.
Not to mention our waiter Jonathan kept us well taken care of.

It was Excellent I played my free play and had a couple drinks and everyone was Nice.

Enjoyed stay and we will return . But I wonder how one can clean a room and leave dead bugs in the window sill. Dust frosting the bed rails and floor boards. (On our two day stay, the room was refreshed, and basics met. Just so dusty.)
While we enjoyed a great price rate for room and buffet, the buffet was next to the worse we have had. Breakfast cold food, everything. Lunch same, cold food even with steam pouring out. Losing lots of steam, your losing heat. Hamburg patties laid in grease. Gravy was gelling not warm or stired. Nats flying around salad bar. Sorry, this buffet was bad.

The gaming here is very slow with small payouts at times. I mainly like the atmosphere. Its comfortable for me and staff friendly.

The Fitz seems to be on the decline, which is unfortunate because it's probably the coolest building and location of the casinos in the area. We had pretty decent luck on the slot machines but they seemed understaffed. Couldn't find ashtrays and ended up paying $3.50 for a bottle of soda because we never had a chance to get a drink from a waitress. (we played for several hours) Most of the casinos we play at have fountain soda machines for free. I didn't find any here. Everything seems to need a fresh coat of paint, etc.

Staff at front desk we're not very friendly. The carpeting in the hallways was buckling creating a Hazzard for guests walking. Rooms are dated and unappealing with the same carpet condition as in the walkways. The buffet, as most, was highly overpriced, and the quality and selection was not equal to the cost. The casino was unappealing, and boring, which accounts for the price of the food I guess. They have to make money somewhere. The machines appeared set very tight as few exclamations from winners were heard. Maybe that explains why such a small crowd was observed on a Friday night? If you are looking for a cheap room close to Memphis, TN and nothing more then the Fitzgerald in Tunica will deliver, but eat at another on the way to your hotel.

Love going there, especially for women's tounements, games pay out better and staff is AWESOME!!!

Enjoyable burnt crowded on main floor. Staff helpful and joking. Second level nice And buffet was well done.

I had a good time and won a little in the casino. It was fun.

When I call for reservations I most always speak with Lou. She is always so kind and helpful. Kudos to Lou! Always enjoy playing at the Fitz!

We were just there last week, information on the casino and hotel were non existent! We are now trying to get our bill corrected and are getting no cooperation from there staff. We were given someone else bill, I did not check it and and did not notice the difference until we were home. They told us on Saturday that they had no one working in that department! Audit department on Monday said they would call back and we are still waiting!

Lunch buffet was good, but breakfast buffet was below average. Food was not fresh.

Comfortable room. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend

Very good senior day. Very good buffet. One of the best in tunica. Shortcomings: on senior day old people, people on walkers and on oxygen have to wait in line sometime for as much as 25 minutes in the comp line. The men's restaroom upstairs is not keep clean and supplied. The video poker machines are not keep in working order.

Went to a comedy show. The show was awesome, but the seating was sooo tight. One size does not fit all especially when the chairs are zip tied together. No wiggle room, we were like sardines in a can. VIP seating is the only way to go, unless you shop in the children's section.

Very professional staff and friendly. The hotel is top notch. And the food, OMG. Very nice feel all throughout the casino and hotel.

Room was dirty. Then we left at 1145am and returned at 815pm to the room not touched. WE DID NOT HAVE THE DND SIGN UP BECAUSE WE KNEW WE NEEDEE TOWELS COFFEE, WHICH WAS NOT IN THE ROOM AT CHECK IN. RHIS IS THE 3RD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. NOW WE'RE SITTING HERE WAITING ON THEM TO COME CLEAN. THIS HAS REALLY UPSET ME. I SURE HOPE THE HOTEL MANAGER DOES SOMETHING. I WOULD LOVE YO CHECK IN A ROOM AND IT BE CLEAN AND HAVE EVERYTHING IT IS SUPPOSE TO

We enjoyed our stay at Fitz Tunica casino & Hotel MS It was our BEST Friends Birthday. We stayed in room 252 with OUR BEST FRIENDS. Jackie Evans & Melissa Evans. I just stopped in for a few moments. Everyone I passed by was very pleasant. All I did was use the restroom, which was very clean. Then I dropped $20 in a slot machine. It was early so there were very few customers.

The staff was great. But hotel casino had no restaurants available other than the buffet. The room was dated and could use fresh paint. Maybe the current construction on the casino's second floor is why there is only the buffet.

Customer service was horrible. Room was kinda run down and there was no water pressure. The vibe was not inviting. We will not be back.

Great bonuses tables were nice had buster bets along with poker bets machines were up to date and clean nice hits

The casinos was great. But the room has roaches. We got another room but with roaches. Next time we ll go to a different hotel

Hard to get a refrigerator in your room even with medical conditions.

The host Sarah Nelson was very helpful and gracious. She should be rewarded for her kindness.

Nice looking place but a lot of the games are old and the rooms are small.
