Disgusting. No waitresses, its filthy dirty. Theres about 12 seats for the bar area that's always full. My hotel room was the nicest part about it and it was extremely outdated. As much time as I spend in Tunica I will NEVER return to the Fitz after giving it 3 separate tries it's always the same. Dont waste your time.
Dealers were very friendly and players along side happy as well
The buffet is one of the best around. The rooms were clean and very reasonable. They do have pet friendly rooms.
Rooms were clean, outside looks nice. Staff very unfriendly. They need to go to French Lick in Indiana to see how its done.

Worse experience.. they literally had roaches crawling all over the slot machines. Wow gross. Also they had roaches in the new rooms on the 5th floor . And it was my first time at a casino. Never again.

Fitz Tunica Casino recently underwent some much needed renovations. The gaming floor looks amazingly fresh and inviting. Saturday night was filled with promotions and giveaways which drew a modest crowd. The band Fitz hired was lively. I found the gaming action itself to be a bit boring. Not enough playtime for the money spent. I only saw three jackpots the whole night and they were just above the mark. I would like to see more gamers winning and having a good time. Fitz, when we win, you win!
The pit boss at the craps table jobie was rude. But the rest were really nice cheerful and happy
Just checked in to the hotel. Rooms look nothing like the pictures they post. They are not nice at all. You must pay extra to get nicer rooms. Once we got upgrade to another room, the shower would not work properly. It was eather to hot or to cold and would shut off when you tried to balance it out. The dresser was all full of who knows what, so I cant even put my clothes away. I would recommend not staying here. The Hollywood casino is alot nicer and is cheaper. Just thought I would try a new hotel since I am here every week.

Some of the staff was extremely nice but the young male valet/bellman was truly disgusting & rude attitude. He does not fit the hotel & casino standards.
This place is the BEST ever... We love it here... the employees are the best... the food is awesome... the drinks are never ending... Our hostess is fabulous!!! Our room is always good... been here several times and never left disappointed... wonderful place to get away and have fun!! Oh!!! And try out the pool and hot tub... And steak house...

No stars!!! Worse experience ever!! Toilet stopped up, rats in the room and saw roaches also!!! I enjoyed the gaming part but will NEVER stay there again. When I told the staff about rat they just said sorry. Ruined my Birthday trip!!! Only gave it a star because it wouldn't post no stars!!!

They need to keep some of the older Cashman machines , people can't find anything to play on when its crowded. Also need to quit letting people hold the Cashman machines just because they want to play another one. There is a difference in turning your chair to go to the bathroom and just holding it with a few cents on it. This needs to be addressed
The quality and selection of food was pretty good for the price.
Staff was excellent and the house keepers wss do attentive. I always tip the bell hop but I trult was impressed with the house keepers I tipped them too.

Well Casino lover's here we go. Got in with no reservations , even brought a couple of friends something i hesitate about. But I have to say Fitz's accommodation was awesome for just showing up with no reservations 3 free days for myself and my first time guest got a great deal too. Now who does that but Fitz's. Then went to the fun , hit 2 double diamonds with a red 7 how lucky is that. And not cashing till i leave . So if you want good games and food, drive on over to the winner's circle of Fun.
Ok listen up people this is just me.
Im like reading the review's and i actually got . People can be so unfair . i look at how much a casino offer its guest & overall stay. Most casino's don't have free drinks for playing customers yet along accommodate you without a large balance for rooms. Fitz staff do their best to keep you smiling and coming back offers.
Never experienced any rudeness from anyone. All i can say is leave attitudes out side upon entering now go have some fun.Wooho!!

Its a good place full of promos to experience the thrill of gambling. The rooms are great, the machines are diverse, and provided you dont go broke, its a good time.
Rooms are decent. The buffet is so small but the food is decent.
To start, check in was supposed to be ready at 3 wasn't ready until 7. Carpet in room was dirty and a little sticky. Sink was stopped up. Lastly, my friends were in the room across from mine and in the middle of the night were awakened by a man standing in their room. I have been to Tunica several times this was my first at Fitzgerald's and I can say it will be my last.
Really enjoy our stay at the Fitz. Darlene kirkland Exec Casino Host is the best. The employees are very attentive to your needs. The buffet is also very good, good selection in food. We will return.

The accommodations for the room was up to par but a bit lacking. The rooms are small, outdated, and a bit expensive. They also lack a microwave and mini fridge I assume for the purpose of them wanting you to pay a high price for their buffet.
Food has gone from good to bad since new G M started cuting cost. Don't even have tooth picks any more
Enjoyed the stay but, the queen size beds are only big enough for one adult and 2 small kids...
We rented a hotel room for Dec 31, 2017. this happen on Dec. 16 and 8 days later they cancel our reservations saying they were remodeling the floor that our room was on. then a friend of ours rented a room the same night. when it was brought to the attention of the hotel. they wanted to place blame on some other company that placed our reservations. well one thing for sure I'll not be going back to that hotel. This is really sorry business. after we booked our room they turn around and booked someone. so you do not desire a high rating like before from me.

Yesterday I was approached, by Brain and a security guard, telling me that I was being 86 from the casino for begging. Now if i have the highest card in the casino, why would he concock a story like that. I say thank you for opening my eyes . Until Fitz do an employee make over, they will lose a large number of people, like me with extra money to bring to the casino. I am sorry Fitz
