The last time we stayed at Fitz we went to a welcome party " Italian style" to welcome the new GM .The dinner was super good , and it was a pleasure to meet the GM.

It was horrible omg first room was dirty and then they sent me to another which was worse cause it had cobwebs. So then they up graded my room but the one lady says the room was suppose to be free. Then I got into the Jacuzzi and it had red ants all of the the place. The ones that bite cause I got bit. The ants was all over my towel and my room key and on my arm. There was a lady who worked in laundry said she was going to tell someone. I had a horrible visit and I'm not sure if I will come back. What gets me is i had to pay for the up grade and it was there fault for the horrible rooms.

I really enjoy going to fitz casino. The food is great and very friendly hosts.

Awesome place for ppl to go when u want to have fun and relaxing and enjoying and it is like a home away from home

Enjoyed the visit. Casino is bright and clean. Also has access to a pleasant river walk

Slots to tight breakfast was not hot enough. Dinner was good.

The casino area was a lil warm but overall pretty nice for not being Vegas. The rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable, but there was no fridge in the room and our remote control batteries died (for the tv).

Room which was 440, It was ok but when you walked in bathroom floor was so sticky. Called front desk asked them to send someone up to clean. They said she was on break but would come when done. Went to casino til 11. No one came. The employees were very disrespectful. I brought my daughter first time and she even said place needs updating and cleaned better. When I left I told front desk which his response someone would call. Well that never happened. This is the main place I go in Tinica. Not sure if I will return.

Another great night. The buffet was the bomb. Best crab legs we had in a long, long time!

The Fitz was great. The free coupon to eat great. We enjoyed the day.

I thoroughly enjoyed the gaming,service,and atmosphere.

Run down, old looking rooms, no flat screens in select rooms. Drains don't work, no towels when we went swimming.

I want back to the Fitz and stay at the hotel this time. I see they have more up to date machine. They had a black band from Ohio. It was Great. I really enjoyed the music and the new machines. The only thing I would want them to do at the hotel is upgrade those tv's. The ones they have are ancient. And maybe put a refrigerator and microwave in the rooms. Other than that I had a great time.

Nice casino hotel. Fair assortment of new and old slots. Favorite of a lot of locals. Buffet is ok

Staff has bad attitude. Housekeeping yells back and forth ALL day instead of working. All the drawings are rigged! Watched the same people get called back to back and when asked how many entries they had, they said 130. I had 4,000 entries and never got called, they were called multiple times daily.

Not happy with the discount room I was given nasty, very very dirty carpet, old old furniture and had to change with paying $40 more to receive a better room . That room okay not worth $40 more for my total stay.

They give you a lot of comp meals and rooms.... They do what they can to help you out

I had a fun time for my first time being there. The staff was nice and kind and made sure we had a great time!

It was good very nice upstairs. Didn't win money but that's gambling. Valerie at the desk was sweet!

Hell yeah. Loved it. Had a great stay. Slept great. And black momma was there all night giving great advise, and keeping vonqueque at bay. Will do it again, fo sho!

The rooms are nice and enjoyed the food and the slot machine was good too.

Didnt win anymoney but had lots of fun. Waitresses on 2nd floor suck even if you tip.

Always my favorite go to casino in tunica. Staff always friendly and helpful. My gambling budget lasts me longer there than any other casinos. Just wish there were ashtrays at all of the machines.

Everyone treated my wife and I great, good food and we had a awesome time.

Great atmosphere but wish I had won more money. Lol

Fitz USED to be the best, the room this time was not very good, had to ask for coffee pot twice, hair dryer did not work, a dead spider hanging off the lamp, the room filled with mosquitos, one machine wadded the money and jammed the machine, took one hour to get our money back, did happen to hit a 392.00 dollar jackpot and that took 45 minutes. No employees for the 2nd floor after 9:00pm. I felt embarrassed by the whole situation.

Food were good and there were many selections for drinks. You could ask for hot tea or coffee or cold drinks when you eat during buffet. The casino could be enticing and addictive especially if you hear the clicking of coins. Lol! Lol! We had fun and at the same time we had raised funds for Fil-Am.

I love they rooms with breakfast buffet and the treatment on how they do people is amazing. The food is good rooms are clean and you don't have to walk out side to get to the casino just a short walk through the lobby and you their

Same as the others I visited. didn't win but it's gambling.fitz is no different, it's a business they have to make money.probably last visit to tunica though.i have better luck in northern casinos.

Best crab legs on Friday night. All you can eat is just a win win.

Went in for the all you can eat crab legs and the service and food were both horrible. The wait was at minimum 30 mins and there were no crab legs ready so an additional 20 min wait. Once done they were extremely fishy tasting, waitress serve time was just as bad, waited abt 15 mins for her to tell me she'd forgotten two separate occasions. I don't recommend

I had a coupon for a free two night stay, but room was so bad that we cut the trip short to one night. They recently updated/renovated the casino and buffet. Wish they had renovated the rooms. The carpet looks extremely old and worn. Wallpaper was dirty and worn. No refrigerator or hair dryer in room. All furniture in room was old, dated and dirty. Frame of bed was bent and corner of frame stuck out so bad that we put something by it to keep from cutting our selves. The bathroom sink had deep dark scratches embedded into the bottom of it. (Really gross) After taking a shower (very narrow and dark) I still felt dirty in this room. On a positive note there was no bed bugs. In the future if offered a free room again we will not go back.

Hotel was clean and updated. Casino appeared to be running with reduced staffing. Buffet was not very good.

It was fun and they have made some much needed upgrades.

Games were decent but the facilities left much to be desired. Only been here once but was ready to leave about 10 minutes in. Wouldn't call it dirty but it's definitely not clean. Won't be returning.

The room was ok. It would have been nice to have free wifi, or discounted breakfast but the room price was an excellent deal. Next time it would be nice if booking times were expanded beyond 8am-8pm. But overall I really did enjoy my stay.

A great little casino kind of tucked back in Tunica by the river park. When the river park is not flooded it's a great walk around to burn some time and energy. The casino itself has all the trimmings that you would want, but it is an older property and they are doing some renovations. The hotel is nothing to write home about, but you can usually get a pretty good rate here. If you don't mind it being slightly the lapidated in certain areas it's perfectly fine.

Was ok, a little outdated. No fridge or microwave in the room. Neat landscaping and devor of the building.

The staff was so friendly. Gaming was looser than most in the area. Rooms a little dated but clean and comfortable

Terrible. Never been so disrespected in my life. Glad I no longer live around there. The coast has so many different and better casinos by a long shot. Fitz should just close shop.

Not good at all blood stains on the blankets and sheets!! Needs updated. Not friendly at all.

This was my favorite casino out of them all in the area.

I did not enjoy my stay AT ALL! The rooms had broken chairs, no bags in the garbage, no fridges or microwaves. The only microwave was in the gift shop and it closed. The wifi was not free like many hotels and casino resorts. In the casino, I waited 3 hours and did not see one waitress in my area. I had to find the server and request a drink that I still did not get. I will not be returning.

Fair to poor buffet, rooms were fairly clean but very old and in need of updates and repairs. And also a casino hotel with no room safes.
