Older rooms but kept clean. Cheapest rooms in Tunica. It's a fun place to stay and the front desk is helpful at the hotel!

The food was terrible. The chicken and sides were very dry at dinner and it was way too salty. I would not feed my dog the dinner buffet. The good thing was my meal was reimbursed. The breakfast buffet was also terrible, the best thing were the boxes of cereal. The machines were very tight, don't feed the machines. The beds were comfortable, no hot water, and the rooms are dated. The halls are creepy at night, I was waiting for the two twins off the movie the Shining to go past me on their tricycles saying RedRum! On the positive, guest and staff were friendly.

Can be fun. Dealers are freindly for the most part.

My wife and I visited. Played slots. We didnt leave winners, but we played a long time.
We had a good time.

The worst buffet I've ever been to. Food was cold and appeared to be leftover from lunch...at 19.95 I was expecting a little more.

You just can't win at these slots like thou used to! The hotel area had nice friendly service but they cooks use a little updating with parking and handicapped service.

They wouldn't even let a 17 yr. old go swimming! Very lame

Nice casino. Not as packed as others during weekend but still a decent crowd. Typical table games and slots. You can make your own soft drinks which is cool. Nice rooms nothing fancy but not rubbish ( standard room)

Very nice and friendly place. With the Covid 19 concerns going around. Every employee wore masks and gloves, sanitation stations were everywhere and as soon as a guest was done using a slot it was cleaned. Social distancing was very evident and there was no crowd on the gaming floor. I hesitated about going, but this facility made me feel quite comfortable. Had a great time and can't wait to visit again!

My experience was fine. I didn't expect much at the great rate we got. The hotel is dated. The casino i has a pretty old crowd. But, drinks are free if you are gambling. Rooms were clean. The hot tub worked. It was worth the price for sure.

We go to to the Fitz often, we love our host Darlene!!!!! She is the best!!! But this place is really going down hill. It is so dirty, it really needs a good cleaning. If it wasn't for Darlene we would probably stop going, and go somewhere else.

Rooms were in bad need of an upgrade, holes in the walls and pitiful water pressure. Buffet was overpriced and not fitting to eat. Very disappointed. Won't be back.

Rooms are small but has a good variety of games if you like slots

It was a beautiful pool but it was a lot of elderly people around and I'm a country girl that is use to elderly people but it was like a nursing home and it smelled like one and the room was out of date and I just couldn't get pass the smell. Anyway the Wifi was omg great and it was a great hotel other than that.....

They charge a $50.00 deposit which they say you get right away but you don't. No one under 18 allowed in the pool so our 14 year old was not allowed to swim. Food was nasty and expensive. No cell phone service in hotel whatsoever and they charged for a toll free call. Rude staff.

My mother and I just visited and we came along way. I was in complete shock since the last time I was there. This hotel needs a major overhaul. Rooms were old, musty, dirty curtains and lumpy beds. I had hot water during the morning and luke warm at night. I was a paying customer and couldnt even get an renovated room. I also asked for a river view and instead I get a view of the parking lot and trees. I walked the leprechaun mile from the 3rd floor to get to the casino. The hotel was empty and you put me all the way at the other end of the hall. If I walked up to an employee, I would get an attitude. There were some very nice employees but most were unfriendly. My family and friends have been coming there for years and I was shocked at how run down this hotel is.

Front desk clerks was very patient. Our room got upgraded because they had no more of the rooms that was quoted on the phone.The room it self was super nice. Only issue was room was being taken over by ladybugs especially if u had the heat on.

I was there 9/8-9/18. I'll do good first. EVERYONE is so nice. If I was spoke to once, I was spoke to a thousand times. Constantly checking if we were ok and having fun. We did have a lot of fun, casino was clean and lots to do. Most if the dealers at the tables were real nice. We had one to actually take the time to teach us how to play Roulette. Both bands playing Saturday night were great. Our room was clean and the beds are so comfy, pillows not so much. And the air definitely worked which was great. Now the bad. Yes, the rooms are dated, it's an old hotel. My complaint with the room is that the carpet and bathroom floors felt greasy on bare feet. Carpet definitely needs replaced. Check in was very inconvenient. Check in is at 3, we arrived just past that. We had 2 rooms. Our first room wasn't available until 5 and our 2nd not until 6. But here is the kicker. At 1:30am on the 9th, we were awaken by a strange man coming into our room. The noise of the door opening woke us up. Raise up and a man is standing in our room. We tell him he us in the wrong room, he says but my key worked. After being told a 2nd time he left. He didn't bother anything or anyone, but how scary is that. We did file a complaint at the front desk, but as of yet we haven't heard anything from it. So definitely make sure you put the chain on your door.

We waited 2 hours before they could check us in. The buffet was expensive. One of the restaurants was under construction. The Steakhouse restaurant said they were booked when we tried to make a reservation for 3 but when we went to the restaurant there were a ton of empty tables. . The hostess had us wait for 5 minutes and then told us another waiter called in sick and the other waitress was taking no more tables!! Ridiculous! Will never come back to this resort again!

Enjoyed myself at the hotel. Not so much at the casino didn't see anyone winning I was there 4 days. Beware of the water pressure at the hotel when taking a shower it's a drizzle. If they could loosen up their slots and fix the water problem it would be the number one Casino in Tunica.

Although the food options at the restaurant for dinner were really good, breakfast was different. The fruit bar or station looked terrible. Should of been an array of fresh fruit. It would also be nice if the entertained the option of having chicken or turkey option for breakfast meat. Turkey sausage or bacon would have been nice.

Overall it was fun! Nice and clean!

Fitzgerald's Casino is one of my favorite casinos to go to I try to go there as often as I can every time I go to Fitzgerald always win they wanted a few casinos that still takes quarters in their machines

Extremely poor customer service didn't know there were no fridge in rooms had medicine that needed to be refrigerated. Couldn't get a fridge per the male at front desk.
Then request a room close to elevator but us at end of hallway then said couldn't move us all rooms were .booked...ok but it's 5 n I know not every guest has checked in you could rearrange.
1st n last time here.

I loved the hotel and casino. I opted to pay a little extra for an upgraded room it was really nice, the buffet was good and had a good time in the casino, but I left somethings in the room calling to try to get it back was the worst they pass you around to different people housekeeping, front desk, and security no one ever calls you back.. Items still not returned

I enjoyed my stay because it was my birthday and we had fun ourselves... But the hotel needs work. Suchas remodeling and painting. The housekeepers were very nice. But it was really boring no free dinner buffet, but the give you a breafast buffet with everything and I mean everything! I am not a breafast person but my fiancee is him and his brother. Now the jacuzzi was wonderful the water was very nice and warm and relaxing. We pretty much had to make fun in which we did? We couldn't get no waitress to bring us drinks we had to get two drinks at the bar and they were in small plastic cups I enjoy drinking strawberry margaritas but they only have walk me downs & and martinis the bartender had a terrible attitude so we left the bar and headed back to our own but like I said we pretty much had a home party I made the best out of the worst sorry Fitzgerald we will not come back and she owe you all give more livelier and better bartenders and free buffet dinners do some remodeling to some of the rooms in the fixtures like the showers in the sink in it toilet that don't flesh.

Fitz went to the all u can eat seafood buffet and had all u can eat crableggs

This was my birthday weekend and I was given an unexpected upgrade! We had a great time celebrating and will be there again soon!

I sat at a machine for over a hour I playing never once saw a cocktail waitress. I went to the bar to get a drink. The bartender said he had to charge me. He said he didn't care if I saw a server or not that it was shift shift change. Shift change for over a hour. Well actually there for 3 hours and went thirsty. We left to go to Horseshoe where you can get a drink. Took my winnings with me.

Nothing stands out about Fitz Casino in Tunica as a grand place to visit due the location and surrounding shops, stores, etc...

Dull vibe..too many pocket watchers and folks sitting around

Nicely remodeled since I been there food was good me & my bestie had good time WE DIDN'T WIN DOLLAR but we had laughs and smiles!!!

I had a wonderful time. Everything was just wonderful the food the drinks everything was just wonderful thank you.

I love the fitz. My favorite place to visit and to stay. I play . I stay. I visit the pool and hot tub. I eat. I love it.
