Room was very unclean and smelled like smoke would never stay there again or would not recommend it to anyone checked out a day early cause it was so unclean

Great buffet but the machines are outdated.
Loved the bartender!

Only cause I lost all my money. All 7 of us in our group lost. Not one member won anything

Very clear, hand sanitizer with in reach. And I love the old fashioned machines

I don't know how there service is I was there 5 hrs and not one employee said one thing to me

Driving up to the casino literally felt like I was driving to a castle. But that s it. I think they need to invest more into the casino itself now that they have the curb appeal!

They are the most rudest people ever!! And the room we stayed in was NASTY! The carpet was moist and sticky!! It was not cleaned... we felt like we step into the 70's when we entered the room!! It was hair in the bathroom!! I dont recommend this place to no one!!! Fisrt and last time!! We will not return!!!

Business on a decline friendly employees slots average buffet is ok.

Good place to go for gambling, the restaurant is below par, but the rooms are beautiful and clean!

Slots was some mess as usual not really doing nothing and the service restuarant was a joke.

Drug on here and Broomsticks get down here a day early and now with the rain Greg me and it's you girlfriend Dwayne just got out of prison for engine and you girls would love nothing but talk to Angie and straighten it all out

My new favorite place in Tunica. Rooms are okay, staff friendly, food is decent.

Had a great time at all the casinos but our room at Fitz had mice/rat droppings. Instead of cleaning it, they put fresh cheese on a glue trap and still booked the room to us. At 3pm check-in time only 2 people at front desk & the a/c was off. Everyone was sweating & agitated. They have no microwaves and removed all irons & boards. After re-opening, the pools, gym & other amenities were closed but Fitz is STILL charging everyone a resort fee per night! Broken bedroom door knob. Room walls, a/c & windows filthy. NEVER again!

The staff is very friendly. Had a nice time. The buffet was great.

This place is terrible... I'm not big on casinos by any means, but my experience here between me and my wife may actually keep us from ever returning to Tunica.

I'll put it like this. If you were a smoker and you love to gamble then this place may be ok for you. If you are over 50 then you may actually fit in with the crowd.

My advice is to do some research on a better location if you don't meet the criteria above.

That all being said, my interaction with any of the staff was fine and drinks are about a dollar cheaper than you would normally pay at a bar.

Okay food at the buffet. Nothing great or fancy, bit not the worse I've had either.

So fast at check-in. The staff was very nice, and helped accommodate my family without any hassles. I give them a high five recommendation!!!

Ya must hit up the casinos if you are around the area! A fun getaway

Had a birthday night out with friends at seafood night.

The hotel rooms were very barren of many things one would expect, local area guides, free WiFi, mini fridge... And the things that were there were old and in some instances dirty. Wallpaper looked drab and old as well as the carpet seemed like it had seen better years. There is no breakfast that we knew of and the gym that was there hand mainly cardio machines and a broken bo-flex like machine. I stayed there mainly for the casino attached to the hotel and while the staff for it was very nice it was a little confusing to New comers and kind of unorganized. I visited another casino in the area and was much more impressed with it's layout, decor and ease of use. The Fitz had very good customer service but the facilities limited what they could do.

It's Fitzgerald's, there's not much else i can say. It's not Margaritaville but nothing else is. Plus a fantastic room for twenty.

It was terrific we had a wonderful time..very nice room on the 6th floor nice house keepers and staff the food was awesome..the only thing bad was the price for cigarettes and drinks

Too many faults to list. Restaurant closed weekdays so 1000 people lined up for buffet. No rooms available at 2.55pm. All rooms available at 3.00pm. Guess what happens at the front desk? If you like to waste your time in lines this is the place for you. Rooms dirty and ancient. TV primitive with few channels. Newspapers not available before 8am when the gift shop is supposed to open. Casino ridiculously noisy.
If you want a coffee in the morning, only place open is buffet so coffee costs $10
Mold in the bathroom - they couldn't pay me to stay here again.

Have been to Tunica many times and this is my preferred place to stay. Had a deluxe non-smoking room which was great. The best part of my stay was the slots were hitting.

Friendly. Has old school feel of casinos. Nice size very clean rooms. Staff are always super nice and polite.

Pet friendly! Always makes it easier for us with our Paris. Didn't win any amount to speak of. Others commented the same. Beds were not comfortable! Take your fan!!! Jackpot party is the most fun game we found.

The experience could ve been a whole lot better. As a nonsmoker I can say I could hardly breathe. We didn t even get to eat at the buffet and it was at 9:00pm. It looked like a bunch of sardines crammed in a jar trying to get in to set some food. We won t be back.

This place has gone down, and I hate point system, staff don't care if you are there or not. At least that is my opinion. At one time this place was awesome, don't know what happened

Hotel was comfortable. I enjoyed the food. The employees all seem to have attitudes for whatever reason.

I went there for a small festival. I really enjoyed the food and music provided by the Casino and Hotel. The food was amazing and the music was pretty entertaining.

The staff were nice i had fun while we were there better than hollywood they are not pleasant .

Had a mouse in my room. Would look to stay somewhere else. Great entertainment.

I was very disapointed.The last time I was here, it was a happening place. Today, it looked old and dirty.The buffet was closed and there were not very many people there. I can understand why, it has certainly changed a lot.

I did not win any money. However, I did enjoy the food and games!

Rooms were old & need updated. No phone service. Had bugs.

The room stunk , you could hear every bump made throughout night from the rest of place so no rest.

The fireworks show was awesome last night. My family really enjoyed themselves.

I started going here mainly because it's smaller and easier for me to maneuver. It doesn't hurt that I've won 2 jackpots.

My stay was unacceptable room had roaches water pressure very slow. Housekeeping didn't put fresh towels in the room. Had to ask for them several times. We stayed on a nonsmokeing floor and smelled smoke for two days . Will never stay there again

Off the path a bit, but was a fun visit. Team was very nice. Casino wasn't to smokey and had nice assortment of games.

We were given a room with a dirty coffee pot. Not cleaned shower area top manger was nice about it and moved us..Then one of the house made ..after asking a question about room service was exceptionally rude..we were also told on our PROMO THEY WERE ALL BOOKED YET ROOMS WERE AVAILABLE.. Once we got there.. Told us they couldn't honor their own promo..i expected better from here because it was nice

Awesome experience.... friendly people I won so I'm happy with that only thing I didn't like was that the waitress didn't come around as much as needed and that only bothered me because I usually drink beer but I was only drinking water so i wanted water often but they stopped coming but overall they were good to me even if I hadn't won anything

I have rarely ever given a review but I thought it only a common courtesy to warn my fellow gamblers of this casino. Check in was horrible. I was promised an upgrade after a bad experience last Christmas got to my room there was no upgrade and it was dirty. You would think that walking down the hallways would be clean.. No. The elevators smelled horrible and it was a large water puddle on the elevator floor. The front desk employees were nothing short of unprofessional. The supervisor was not friendly I mean a serious powertrip at what use to be a lovely casino many years ago. I never plan to return. The prices are low indeed but the quality is less than poor. If I could've given this no stars I definitely would have.

Still has quarter and nickel slots. More winnings from this casino than ALL of the other casinos put together.

Great room at a great price. We didn't really come for the casino so was a little disappointed there was no delivery in the area, but that is no fault of Fitz. Staff was great.

I enjoyed my visit at fitzgerald's. My only complaint is that the only slot machine I liked to play was not there anymore and the huge raccoon in the parking lot.
