Room very noisy unable to sleep.can hear lot of walking middle of night as room below lobby near Terminal 2

Good enough for overnight rest. Corridors are strong of cig smoke.

Cooling weather, excellent environment and wonderful shopping malls and yummy eateries. Very lucky to be the Jazzy Wednesday winner of RM1000 cash shopping vouchers. It would very good if there are more of these Lucky Draw Events

Good service. Faster check out. Check in with assistant helper. Just need to add RM 5 for each service. Quite convenient to get early check in. Lots of rooms but must book earlier. Get yourself a Genting rewards card for further discounts. Unfortunately the theme park is not ready. Looking forward to it.

Very2 nice, beautiful and clean place! But all a expensive

It's really just a place for sleeping. Not propose if you wanna to have a great vacation or to enjoy.

The check in kiosk have some problems so we have to queue at the counter to resolve the problem, but service is extremely slow. Otherwise everything is perfect

The rooms were fairly clean and it was easy to access facilities such as lifts, escalators and food.

Unable for us to choose rooms especially Non-Smoking room (we willing to pay extra charges).
We got the Y5 Deluxe rooms at floor B1. The rooms feel wet all the days, from wall to the floor. Feel uncomfortable.

Awesome Resort! The indoor theme park is right next to the Hotel and there is free WiFi at Tower 3. Although it took me 6 hrs to get there i would spend all savings to go there!

Good place, minimalist accomodation. If you like shopping and playing and casino, spend more time out of hotel room then this place is the very good place. They offer check in and out machine, the room is a bit minimalist, and not too clean

Well, i wish i could rate this hotel better but the rooms are not clean :( its a huge hotel and i hope the management will invest in more cleaners to do a better job... i don't feel comfortable staying in this hotel.

Still have a bit more attractions not yet own but it certainly has that feel of a place to go.

Well it's ok for just stop over but not good for big person. Small cubical for toilet and shower. Room is clean. Bed not bad. Each bed has 2 pillows.

Very disappointed with the service. Worst rm600 i have ever spend for a room. Waited for 1 hour to get into the room. Poor action from staffs.

it is the largest hotel in the world with 7351 room with first wold plaza which have many branded outlet with a massive casino and many more attraction you can google

Checking in - Smooth. Rooms - Very clean & comfortable. Housekeeping - very polite, courteous & helpful.

Hotel is okay if you just wants a place to sleep in and don't plan to stay in the hotel for too long. Small room with 2 small beds, a small TV and basic toilet. Do bring your toiletries and towel if you plan to stay in this hotel.

You come, you stay, you leave. Nothing exciting about this place. Reek of cigarette smell.

First World is a very busy hotel. It is located near the casino and indoor theme park.
It is better to book the rooms in advance.
The rooms are not so soundproof, you can hear voices from the room next door and the corridor.

Just so so,no provide toothpaste brush, the shampoo cannot push out well, the hanger got dust.the bedsheet got water mark.very very smoke smell at the corridors

Yes we stayed one night. It was Vgood. We wanted to say another night . Went to the Reception Counter at 3AM Saturday (19th) Morning. Understandably there were no Rooms available. But the level of Service at the Counter was very below par and sad. There was an Indian girl receptionist at the Counter at 3am and we had her. No good morning, no sorry we have no Rooms just a 'yes' when we went to the counter. We asked for a room she just turned to another guy very robotic and asked if there were rooms. The guy says no. She said 'no Rooms' very abruptly and then silence. We asked for the 8hr room. She said 'must book between 11am and 8pm.' Not courteous, no sorry we don't have rooms, like a robot, after telling us she just looked away cold. No big crowd waiting to check in at 3AM so please don't say they were busy as you can check the Cameras

Service was good if not excellent at most counters by your Genting staff from Hotel Dining to Genting Rewards Counter to the Restaurants and even the Auxiliary Police but the receptionist might as well have been working at a supermarket counter. Yes you are the Biggest hotel in the world but the experience we had at the Counter at 3AM might as well be from a Gov Department. I have been in the Hotel line since 1985 and clearly the receptionist should not be a Frontliner if you are sending out reviews and ratings like this. We understand if there are no rooms but the treatment was nothing but cold and Rated as a public bus booking counter staff. Most people just forget about the experience but since you sent me a Review, people should not be treated like with a shifty attitude in the Service industry.

Do not expect much from the room of this hotel. The only time you goes to the room is, when you wanna rest and most of your times are spent outside. Reasonable price of just to sleep in. Food wise, there's lots to choose. Don't always listen to some comment saying it's not worth it this place .....that place...blah blah blah. Explode the place and u would have a good breakfast for only RM$11 set (nasi lemak or fried noodle with 2 half boiled egg + coffee.) Why opt for buffet that cost RM$34 to RM$58 and served the same food?? See example photo of this shop. You be the judge and decide.

Got free room from here every month, first thinking the free room will be quite bad, after went for it, it is quite good for FREE

Came here few times after herb searching, drank coffee at Starbucks; whereas wife and daughter went for shopping.

Very basic but decent hotel, for the price there really is nothing to complain about. Definitely livable. Apparently this is the world's largest hotel.

Value for Money. Plenty of affordable rooms. Close to theme park, shopping and food.

average room but clean room startegic location and there are many shop at the ground floor... i think the Tower 2 better than tower 1..maybe the new one tower after tower 1... but have not try in tower 3..looks like better too...

Registration staff that did the check in for us customer service is excellent.
