First World Hotel at Genting Resort World Reviews

Very cold! And super clean rooms. My 3rd time check in here.

Focus more on entertainment and not treating as resort type. Good place to play

There's no A/C control.
There's no WIFI in tower 1 or 2.
My room was Deluxe triple bed and it gets cold in the morning.
The receptionist is very slow and inefficient.
They only gave one card when my room was triple bed Deluxe.

Stayed in Tower 1. Level 13th. Totally not sound proof. Can hear all night : the residents talking/walking in hallway, door closing & tv sounds from nearby rooms. Neighbours tele-morning-call 6am indeed can wake few rooms adjoined. Bedbugs bites. Definitely not staying in this hotel again even if free.

Good leisure for short vacation. But customer services still poor no matter how many times I go there.

Don't have mineral water in the room, washing basin don't have glasses. Television don't have English and Chinese channels to watch

Too crowded with Chinese foreigners! Feels like I'm in China... lol

The service is in accordance with the price paid. The room is not big but enough to just rest. There is no toothbrush so you have to buy it yourself. There is a check-in machine, but it is quite slow because many people are accessing it. There is a lobby provided if you have problems with the check-in machine. It is rather difficult to communicate because the waiter is not fluent in English, but some can understand Bahasa and Mandarin.

It has most basic needs. Restqurants, theme park, coffee shop, etc. are available nearby.

Major revamp not complete yet but already enjoying myself

A must see place where you can stay in a hotel above the clouds. There is a theme park will open very soon and an indoor one as well plus a mall inside and the largest casino in malaysia or maybe if we can say in the world. Plus there is the genting hotel one of the largest rooms numbers and the longest check in counter at the lobby and there you can also do a self check in

One of Malaysia mountain resort landmark it's a beautiful place. Many activities and events for everyone.. the resort that never sleep.

The water heater was not working and they only get to rectified the next morning.

Quite comfortable... But the toilet are too small and there is not privacy for the users without any locks for toilet users. The rest are nice and mesmerising

SO CROWD HOTEL. It's like a small new city at Genting, but so far very confident for social butterfly haha. Unaffordable price in the cafetaria inside hotel. There are so many fending machine for filling our needs.

Not expected new room because choosed non smoking room

I got room with no view. Very di sappointed with that.

Its good. Room is clean. The corridor and lift area is bad with smoking odour. Hope the ventilation system can be improve althought noted im staying at smoking floor. But not all the customers are smokers

World largest hotel with more than 7300 rooms ranging from standard rooms to world club rooms. Assortment of rooms include Y5Deluxe Y5Tripple to cater for tourists and family needs

Parking is not complimentary and inconvenient. No mini fridge in the room. Security is also poor. Lifts are slow and need to be serviced. But staff are friendly and helpful. However, kiosk check in needs more assistance from the staff.

Good. Facilities were great, clean room and good size room

No shower gel even thou we wrote a pc of paper to top up but no.....

A sinner's paradise. Bulk of the guests are there to gamble, at least until theme parks open. Young couples with little ones patronise the newly indoor theme park as well. A very good place to relax and spend your money, but note that the entire premise is mostly indoors an smoking is prevalent everywhere you go.

Very small rooms, time taking service and pathetic food

It's located on genetic island mall.It has different varities of food,shakes,desserts,cakes muffin etc.This hotel not only provide food but it have restroom where u can stay.

HD a lot of fun bonding with friends, dining and playing games around the slot machines. Feeling excited for one another when one has the chance to pick the correct feature hopefully for the best prize

Yeah it's world's largest hotel bt nt well maintained only good thing is apart from hotel other things r awsm mall,casino,fun land, shopping everything is there in one place amazing place i could say

Parking fees implemented by hour (RM2/3) and daily (RM12/18) - weekday/weekend.

My first stay at First World..Surrounded by clouds..even rooms also welcome the clouds in..The largest Hotel in world caused the largest smile on my face..Hospitality is unbeatable..Thanks Genting & Thanks Malaysia..

Affordable if you purchase online. There is lots of fun and shopping in the immediate area. The sets looked great too!

It's was ok only. As I preferred higher floor with view, u have me 7th floor with noise and dorm view. Could do better as during my past visit.

Clean and tidy, don't have moldy smell. Beverages is on the house except fridge item .

Old and small rooms. Suited more for people spending most of their time in casinos

The room is small. Amenities given only soap bar. Thats all. No mineral water, no tooth brush, no shower cap. Tower 1 doesnt have wifi. The hotel is connected to mall. Lots of food and minimart here.

Lock spoiled, basin stuck, no facilities like water, toothpaste, slipper, and etc. What a horrible hotel

Good for a short stay: comfortable and economical. New attractions such as SkySymphony and Sky Avenue.

decent hotel with less room service. don't expect much on the amenities inside the room also. consider already in the highland, the rooms don't have any air-conditioner. only a ceiling fan.
unlimited drinking water supply near the lift (take it by your own).
automatic check-in and check-out. but the complaint center was really helpful and nice.

Inside lift button no light thus dont know got go to your stated floor. Sad to see this.

Wait for the theme park is done, if not, nothing much to do.

Could be better if the priority lane has more counters open to accommodate more guests.

The hotel kiosk check in is easy and time saved. The room is clean and comfortable, the food is also nice. It was a very good experience staying at Genting and definitely will return again. Thank you for the service.

This hotel is one of the best in Genting highland, inside of mall Genting, one location with themes play ground, casino, cafe, restaurant, the room is smaller but it's good enough for sleeping, breakfast in this hotel restaurant is not recommended

largest hotel in the world with many many rooms. basic amenities, so bring your toothbrush etc. check in at 3pm
