Yes we stayed one night. It was Vgood. We wanted to say another night . Went to the Reception Counter at 3AM Saturday (19th) Morning. Understandably there were no Rooms available. But the level of Service at the Counter was very below par and sad. There was an Indian girl receptionist at the Counter at 3am and we had her. No good morning, no sorry we have no Rooms just a 'yes' when we went to the counter. We asked for a room she just turned to another guy very robotic and asked if there were rooms. The guy says no. She said 'no Rooms' very abruptly and then silence. We asked for the 8hr room. She said 'must book between 11am and 8pm.' Not courteous, no sorry we don't have rooms, like a robot, after telling us she just looked away cold. No big crowd waiting to check in at 3AM so please don't say they were busy as you can check the Cameras

Service was good if not excellent at most counters by your Genting staff from Hotel Dining to Genting Rewards Counter to the Restaurants and even the Auxiliary Police but the receptionist might as well have been working at a supermarket counter. Yes you are the Biggest hotel in the world but the experience we had at the Counter at 3AM might as well be from a Gov Department. I have been in the Hotel line since 1985 and clearly the receptionist should not be a Frontliner if you are sending out reviews and ratings like this. We understand if there are no rooms but the treatment was nothing but cold and Rated as a public bus booking counter staff. Most people just forget about the experience but since you sent me a Review, people should not be treated like with a shifty attitude in the Service industry.
