First World Hotel provides excellent service, hotel check in made even faster with automated check in and check out. Take note that check out is at 11am instead of 12pm. Take note that access to SkyAvenue must be via the Starbucks side.

Very beautiful scenary and large shopping mall with many stores.

Best hotel view and best casino in the world...great place for spending time

Especially staying at maxim hotel..Staffs were polite n helpful..1st world red cap machine staff very helpful assist me on my booking too..Looking forward to the next stay.

Stay at tower 3- 26th floor,room 965 and tower 3 B1 floor,room 963.
June 10th - June 12th 2019(4 days after hari raya).
Too crowded at the lobby,lousy check in and the room is so freaking HOT....
Also the water dispenser on the 26th floor,taste horrible.
And again the higher ur rooms,it will took years for going up or down.

Best but some tyme make customer fed up with their check in kiosk..

Rooms arent all that but the casino and mall is huge. Such fun

This hotel is not good at all. For hotel above the Plaza, you will enjoy 2 different world. The plaza so modern but hotel room like the room in Hotel California by Eagles. You got fan, TV with 6 local chanel. 50x70cm bathroom, with towel and soap. No shampoo, teethbrush, toothpaste like the other hotel. You got plastic cup but no water.The view is good but if you got the lucky side. When I check in, I spent 2,5 hours to stand in the line for meet the recepcionist. In his table, I spent 20 menit to got a room. They have 30 loket but, only 3 operating... So, think twice if you wanna stay here.

Pretty decent for its price. There's no 24-hour convenience store here. For Good Vibers, if you're looking to buy ice for your dranks, go to 7 Eleven in Sky Avenue, it's on the 4th floor.

The staff there are not helpful nor friendly. Please don't use the vending machines as they will swallow your money but no product will come out and the management won't be responsible for it. Most of the signage are very confusing. You need to really do a lot of homework and memorize each name before going there. The hotel caters mostly for Chinese as the signs are in English and Chinese only. The Chinese tourists are the worst as they are very rude and think the world evolves around them. I had a really bitter 2 nights stay there. This will be my 1st and last trip as its not worth it... Be prepared to pay a bomb for the food in any of the restaurants there. Unless you want to waste money, don't bother going there. Its not worth it...

Decent budget yet high quality hotel. No aircond as it already cold. Easy check-in/check-out with kiosk machine. Comfortable beds and clean. Spacious toilet and quiet water heater. Outside view was horrible and blocked by other hotel room. Great choices of tv channel. Assuming they have their own tv channels that is comes with tv programme schedule book/magazine. A lot of eateries inside (just below the rooms/beside reception).

So many shops and casinos... Never a dull moment...now that Sky Avenue is open.. A Malaysian food court on 4th floor, even Madam Kwan is here, fashion apparel on 3rd floor easily accessible from both First World and Genting Resort and Genting Grand....

The biggest hotel in the world. Loveable places and awesome. Thanks for the greatest memory there

I like the offer by Genting. Will go there once more.

World Club room is great with 2 queen size bed. But will be good if it can updated with tower information and bed details as it shows no details if it is 2 queen or 2 single bed

Pleasant stay at World Club Room; like the facilities n ambience. Only snag is glass bathroom door can't be opened wide because of the sink!

Booked hotel room thru membership card.
Room was ok. Indoor theme park is perfect for my kids. Ticket at Rm60 for 1 day pass and Rm78 for 2 days pass. Overall, its a nice refreshing feeling and an escape from busy city life.

Hotel is efficient with automated check in & check out facility. Clean & comfortable with complete amenities, service staff polite and helpful. One huge setback is the food. Long queue during holiday season at almost every food outlet to pay more than double the price for each meal, which mostly doesn't taste very well.

Coming here again after 14 years and I'm okay with the room sizes and bathroom. Vast changes over the period and the room is consider clean for quite old hotel.

First world hotel is a good family hotel to stay. Couze the price is quite affordable. The hotel has quite complete facilities . Has a large carpark, adjacent to the shopping mall, casino, and this hotel also has a large lobby. So not a few tourists choose to stay at first world hotel.

This place is my favourite getaway.

Our booking of hotel occurred from 13th November to 14th November. We suggest giving more days for members as it is a long journey (7 hours) from our home country to make our stay at Genting more worth it.<br/>Also, we have noted that there are no food outlets catering to vegetarians despite the wide selection of food choices in Genting. Every time we need to have our meal, we would need to take the shuttle bus to Chin Swee Pavillion to eat which is very inconvenient especially for the elderly. We would appreciate if you look into this.

Clean and comfortable. But TV is not clear for Vision Four channel.

Great place to visit for a short getaway. The cold breeze and night walk with your partner is definitely an amazing feeling. When the theme park is open, this place will be crowded for sure! Can't wait for it!

Room very small. Very dirty. Very dusty. Toothbrush is chargeable.

Exhilarating experience... Wheelchair/pram/stroller friendly. Amazing views from the corridor. The rooms have no view from the window. But good value for the money. Cost is around RM70 per night

There's a major construction going for the upcoming 20th Fox century theme park and the old first world Plaza has been closed for renovation but the new sky avenue adds a lot of shops and stores for ppl to shop. The new casino is cleaner and feel really comfortable to hangout there for a while.

Look soo calm... Someday ill goto there and enjoy the moment with my family

Check in took one hour. Suspect blood mark on hotel bath towel, which made me super uncomfortable.

I liked the trible room. Quite spacious and affordable price.

Poor self service station.. Took more than 30 min to complete. Hotel wise is OK.. Basic stuff. Clean room.

No free WiFi. For the WiFi you need to pay RM15 for whole day. Amenities got to buy if you never bring. Things be it food or shopping is expensive. Hotel room very small. Hotel doesn't include breakfast

The world largest hotel. Have more than 8000 rooms. Nice service. Easy access.

The counter service is not bad but the room is very very small and the safe box in the room is not working.

This is good and budget hotel. The location is very strategic as it is connected with the mall. Easy to find food especially at late night as some of the restaurant were open until late night or maybe 24 hours. There is also 7-11 shop in the mall that open 24 hours if you need any food such as bread, instant noodles, and others. The price also still acceptable compared to others convenience stores in the market. As for the facility of the hotel, the room provide hot shower, safe box, hair dryer, towel, tissues but not toiletries. However, you may buy them near the hotel lobby at vending machine or buy them at watson near awana bus station. The hotel provide water dispenser near the lift at each floor should you need hot water to prepare instant noodles. There were also ironing room too. For the complete facility and near local attraction, i must say this is good bargain for the price although the toilet were quite small and the room only provide fan but it is already cold enough in genting.

Room is quite small. But overall is quite good. Stay here when I visit Genting.

Hope house keeping can use bed bug spray while doing room cleaning.

Rooms are simple but clean and too small but overall it was a good experience.

First world hotel is a cooler place around the world and even have casino even you r happy to play, a lot of things have change now the fun park is inside the hotel theme park cost you have to walk around 15 minutes to rich the place even have lot of food good food good drink even also have McDonald's and KFC come and bring along to your families and friends and enjoy
