Basic no frills hotel but checking in is a big hassle

Accomodation was clean, wide variety of dining options and entertainment

Value for money hotel . Do not expect much . Not a star hotel . But definitely will serve purpose . Level of cleanliness is low in the aisle.

Stay is good, but the security guards looking after the break down stairs leading to the casino very rude. How do l know the elevator is out of order, I thought is off, so I want to walk down and he talked so rudely to me.

Stayed at tower 3 (new wing) the lobby, corridor and rooms seriously need more ventilation. It was so humid and hot. Tower 1 and 2 didn't have this issue. The new self check in kisok wasn't a good idea as if we would in a big group, we are unable to get the same level. It was out after we went to the next booking. The customer service was bad and the queue was long for online booking with only two available counters. U will need to queue with your booking ticket before u can use the self check in kisok. Seriously prefer the old way of checking in. I do believe the world's largest hotel should have more employees working since it a 24 hours. The information counter only have 3 staffs working between office hours while this hotel serve 6,888 rooms and it was always full booked. I feel there are alot more to improve in the rooms, customer service and the logistics.

The lobby was beautiful, you feel super high class and fancy. It was very clean but you can smell people's smokes from outside coming into the lobby. The room was decent and clean. Definitely better than the price paid for, it was super affordable. We paid an extra 5 ringgit for the mountain side view, but we could barely see it most of the time as we were high up in the clouds. However when the clouds clear up the view was breathtakingly beautiful. I would recommend staying here, for a few nights only as shopping and food are pricey.

Hotel are clean no windows view near casino and playground food facilities

The room has great view and peaceful, with no loud noises. The room cleaning service is great and meticulous in cleaning. Just one thing that could be improve is providing room slippers for guests and bin bags for the trash bins.

The largest hotel in the world by Guinness record!! Impressed by the self check in/out machine. It's super easy and user friendly. Drinking water dispenser are available at each floor. You can get the drinking water free of charge. The price is affordable. The room is small and the cleanness of the toilet need to be improved.

Room is small, no space for our extra luggages. We brought so many gift in Genting and no place to put our thing. Power socket is less, not enough for our mobile phone, power banks, tablet and etc. Toilet towel material need to be improved.

Re-renovated facilities are great just that they need to improve the quality of their hotel rooms

Simple and fast check in at the kiosk. Everything is a breeze! From parking to room only takes less than 10 mins! Great!!!

Rooms are incredibly small with little services. Don't expect the treatment of a high class hotel. Checking in was a pain and queues are extremely long. Most floors are smoking floors

Their rooms are small and not very clean. Place is under renovation so may hear some drilling. Check in is a lot easier now as they have autocheckin machines

Why I'm rating one means there's no veg restaurant inside. I had to stay there in hunger

For the first time I need not mop the floor of the hotel rooms, WIFI triple and the deluxe room. As I am a very clean person who walks barefoot most of the time l could feel the great improvement. It seems that the floor had been polished. Keep it up ! <br/>I noticed that your table cleaners at Malaysia Food Street are very fond of sweeping food remnants onto the floor. Sometimes these food craps landed onto the chairs and inadvertently soiling one s trousers. <br/>On the 27/10/19, my friends while having coffee drinks at the Richdad s cafe outside Lobby First World Hotel saw a cockroach on a pizza in the showcase. They informed the staff but seemed that they were nonchalantly doing their work without any acknowledgement. This is a very sore point in food hygiene. Hope your management could do something about it.

Front officer was pleasant n helpful to accommodate my request to allocate my room nearer to lift lobby due to my poor mobility. Thk you

Auto Check in process was fast and smooth.

However, the auto check in machine didnt really allow for 2 keys to be registered.

The lift was creepy. We had pressed to go level 1 but it will go up before going down. We asked for queen but gave us 2 single bed. I like it that u have refreshed ur indoor themepark.

One of the worst hotel I ever stay. Room was in bad shape and so were the staff's services. They had attitude problem and slow.

The view from my hotel room was splendid .. The room had exceeded my expectation as a budget hotel.. The room was spacious and the hot water worked fine! However, the hair dryer was not provided by the hotel..

Tickets price is reasonable comparing to China and Singapore theme parks.

The Check in machine at Tower 3 does not work. Have to walk to the main area for check in.

The rooms given were not satisfactory and we do not have any choices at all such as mountain view or connecting rooms

Visiting this hotel was a dream come true. Its simply the most fantabulous hotel of all time.

Not the most comfortable hotel in genting, but it has everything you need. Shopping, food court, casino, cable car, etc

Your staffs are very efficient and really keep to my needs of room near to the lift for my old age mother and young kids

The hotel is good in it's own way, no person required to check in our check out, you need to pay for everything. The Indian restaurant is too far in genting grand called "spice garden", that serves the good North Indian food.

It has many eateries around . I will give 5 stars rating if there is free WIFI facilities. I am surprise why Genting is still holding back this issue. Charging extra money for wifi usage is not the way to go. You imposed so many ways to collect extra levies like choosing the room locations despite we have indicated specifically when booking for a room
