Stayed at tower 3 (new wing) the lobby, corridor and rooms seriously need more ventilation. It was so humid and hot. Tower 1 and 2 didn't have this issue. The new self check in kisok wasn't a good idea as if we would in a big group, we are unable to get the same level. It was out after we went to the next booking. The customer service was bad and the queue was long for online booking with only two available counters. U will need to queue with your booking ticket before u can use the self check in kisok. Seriously prefer the old way of checking in. I do believe the world's largest hotel should have more employees working since it a 24 hours. The information counter only have 3 staffs working between office hours while this hotel serve 6,888 rooms and it was always full booked. I feel there are alot more to improve in the rooms, customer service and the logistics.
