Hotel room week maintained but no free parking for hotel guest

Seemless check-in and checkout process through the automated machines, very clean and cosy hotel. Great location for accessing the indoor theme park, bars, restaurants, shops and Casino - all walking distance from the lobby. Rooms have no aircon (but have a fan, and Genting is not generally hot anyway) , small TV with a few channels and toilet/shower very small. Room does not contain the extras which most hotels have, but if you are not staying in your room all day then it's perfect to drop your bags and explore what Genting has to offer. Friendly staff at lobby and information desk. Breakfast restaurant was excellent - only 30 RM for full buffet - a good selection of Asian, Indian and Western cuisine. I would recommend this hotel for people going to Genting for their first time for easy access to everything. Next time I visit I will try another hotel, or an Airbnb condo to try out the other accommodation in the highlands.

Good place to stay. you will get a wide variety of food for the buffet breakfast. Need to get your way through the mall and to the huge reception lobby. Once you are there in the lobby, then you are all set for a great time.

specially for coming with a family to check in rooms, Customer service can help to register or suggest us for the nearest or next room instead of different floor and different Tower room for Two or Three rooms onward.

Was given room 24762 tower 1 which does not even exist. Informed the reception staff but they insisted that the room exist. Went there again with the staff and it was confirmed that there's no room 24762 in tower 1. Lousy system that your staff cant even check and tell if a room exist or not. Wasted time to walk here and there thanks to the inefficient hotel system.

Cooling atmosphere, many restaurants and food eateries, big in house theme parks. Crowded during holidays.

Bad staff at the information centre. The environment also does not portray as a hotel

Nice place but the price is higher than Kuala Lumpur. It's because we are in kota Genting, that's why everything is quite expensive here.

Hotel room filled with cigarette smell. The check-in kiosk can only handle one special request. Suggest that you upgrade the check-in system to handle multiple request. I actually don t mind paying extra RM5 each for mountain-view, non-smoking floor and connecting room. Unfortunately, the kiosk can only handle 1 request and we decided that connecting room take priority.

Very disappointed to stay in a standard in tower 1 when my confirmed booking was tower 3 Y5 deluxe. The stay was from 10 to 12 Dec. Room given was 24659. I was not given prior notice of the change.

Washroom water leaking sound ... night time not able sleep well.

If you are a smoker, you'll probably love the place. People smoke everywhere outside and inside the building. As a non-smoker, I found this to be a major disappointment and the reason I probably won't return. The free wifi in the room, which worked well, bumped it up to two stars.

The nearest hotel to the Indoor Theme Park, Snow World and Sky Avenue which consists of many restaurants.

There is no standard toiletries such tooth brush or face towels. It is a large budget hotel with simple standard rooms. There is no table or chair. In standard room, there is limited power supply points. Three is no air conditioner. Only ceiling fans. So if you have not been there before, expect a 2 star room even though the reception looks like 5 stars.

Very good. I would appreciate if more free stays plus over weekends are available to me. I do bet reasonably big (around RM 500 per game) on bacarat. However, I like to roam from table to table without swiping my card, hence couldn't accumulate GP points resulting in my downgrading from silver to classic status. As I have been a loyal member since 6/2008, I hope my above request may be given due consideration to make stay at RW Getting more appreciative. Thanks

Ok but this hotel is the worst among all the hotels at genting. The hotel is so big that it is constantly crowded.

Staff are not friendly and give wrong information from phone conversation, front office to house keeping. Guess they must be tired on busy season holiday with soured face. But credit should kiok check in service guy. Sorry didn't got his name. He was very helpful keep on trying to help to check in for me until he had to refer me to counter to check in with reference number from kiok. Manage to check in from counter by 23:05 pm.

Pleasant and quiet wonderful stay, welcomed with a good attitude, Room are small than others in the area as per we surveyed before booking, Hotel is well maintained and also the amenities and services were good.
Everyone enjoyed the stay and the food served by the restaurant and were happily checked out. And hotel is holding a Guiness record of highest rooms in hotel in the world.

Cooling and exciting atmosphere with lots of attraction, food, shopping, Christmas decorations and lots of food choices

Would recommend to anyone who is planning to visit Genting. It's cheap during off peak, rooms are clean and hot water shower is provided. Best part is u can self check-in and out from the kiosks at the lobby.

Largest hotel in the world ,with budget and nice location but from outside it is not good.

The hotel is look old but gold. Sure this is a fancy but cheap hotel in Genting Highland. I really loved this place. So sad it was a short vacation and just need one night to stay. But the truth is so hard to find a cheaper meal here, so you must spend more money to your lunch and dinner, its so expensive for me lol.

Lots of improvement as compared to a few years back.

Simple but good except the elevator!! It's very slow that if you're in rush hour, you will be late for sure!!

The parking is on hourly basis for non member. RM2/hour weekdays and weekend RM3/hour if not.mistaken

Room is clean, facilities are quite okay. There's water dispenser outside the rooms too.

It's always good to visit Genting. Gentle cool temperature. Now it's even better with lots of restaurant and shopping.

Great place for family. Eat, play, fun. Enjoyed my time with my family. Children have fun. Asking me to bring other family members, cousin l, aunt, uncle all come.

Indoor skytropolis is not really suitable for adult. For more extreme activities, wait for outdoor. Herh..

Although room is small and basic, the house keepers are fantastic.

The rooms are small, but really clean n tidy, n cheap! There are machines there to help u check in n check out faster

Interior finishing very fine built! Finally know the reason why hotel is the cheapest as it didn t provide air con. How about heater???? Hmmmm

For note : If you book for a night , it literally means a night , 3pm (chkin) - 11am (chkout)
There is also temporary stay for 4hrs & 8hrs , deluxe , way cheaper than normal rooms. For back packers I recommend using this feature for chkin/chkout records & plan your stay on the hill budgetly. :) Other than that good luck on the Gambling y'all !

Spacious and efficient check in. Self check in counter is plenty to accomdate accommodate the crowd. However the lift is slow and needed to be improve.
