First World Hotel at Genting Resort World Reviews

Well... not much to expect.. as usual... but its maintain nicely.

Room is tidy n clean, kioks check in is another plus to avoid queue

Yesterday was a working day, yet, the hotel was fully booked. I had to stay at Theme Park hotel.

location is near most of the restaurant but room is small

Very convenient to move around with all the shopping and entertainment so near by

Standard room, with extra charge if you have special request such as same floor, same tower, with view, etc

Near Casino
Family Room its too expensive

Room are a bit small but still good, the only bad about first world is that, no wifi available.

Gd to have free room but hard to get would club room end out my 2 friends cannot go with us if can have 2 free room for gold card members the best thks

Clean and nice. Only trouble is hard to find parking during the holidays.

The sheets were not replaced, and there was a taste of baby milk vomiting.

Booked the standard room, stayed on 12th floor facing the mountains, view is very nice from here, but the room condition is below my expectations for the price paid

Very small and lack basic toilet things like toothbrush.

For the prize alone for the rooms was unbelievable, this hotel is sooo for the kids

Hotel rooms were a little too cramped for comfort. The hotel is the largest in the world in terms of rooms (7000+), but the sheer massive crowds can be daunting... we waited an awfully long time for the lift during check out and it was always full... the elevators cannot accommodate the thousands checking out in the morning. Be prepared for a long wait. No complaints about the location though. The hotel is linked to the indoor theme park and sky avenue.. it is very convenient.

Room issue wrongly at the Kiosk station and 2nd day the room get locked up. Cause room partner cannot get into the room.

Such a big place..You can spend days roaming inside the hotel...

Fun place to bring kids, but the ticket is rather expensive. So is the price of foods.

The hotel is humungous and everything. But through random room booking I got a room that was the worst I have ever seen. It was so small that there was not enough room space. And as i had booked through an agency I wasnt aware of it either. And the omly view I got was a ventilation pipe. Worst experience ever. Room service was decent. Amd wifi was only available for 1 person in a room of 3. My opinion is that. Such rooms shouldnt even exist. No one would ever wanna live in such rooms. No point being largest hotel with most rooms if some of your rooms are not decent enough for a stay.

Here you can do shopping, taste good food and try your luck...

Basic, clean and neat hotel. Able to accommodate loads of tourist in the 3 towers. Supposed to be the largest hotel in the world. The place is cool so you do not have air conditioning in the rooms. Toilets and shower area are comparable to aircraft standards.

comfortable, great mountain view with privacy, much bigger than standard and deluxe room, very clean every time when check-in, near to many food outlet , fine dining restaurants and
Sky Avenue shopping mall. If you are from developed countries or city, you'll spend like a King!

Thought deluxe room comes with a table and chair. There's none in my room.

Room was average. No wifi, no souvenirs and no cosmetics. But worth sights seeing from balcony.
But the genting world resort is an awesome place to visit.

It's Guinness record hotel in 2017 , its having 7000 rooms , always have full occupancy

The genting highlands is a beautiful place, the rooms in the first world hotel are okay, not great.

Stay at Tower 3, which is the farthest location from lobby Room smelly, I don't know what smell is it but it really makes us uncomfortable. Check in about 2 hrs queue due to invalid member card during machine check-in, and a lot of guest having the same problem with us, so we forced to go to the counter. Open counter 7-14 for those guest that having issue on machine check-in to serve, but only 5-6 counter available due to short-handed.

The check in counter is too slow, took two and half Hour to check in due to kios can't read my NRIC.

Comfortable rooms within budget. Liked the automatic check in and check out system. will surely stay again.

We stayed for two night's the room is great clean and comfortable.

Bed was comfort. Good service. Would like to come back when visiting genting.

One of the biggest hotels in Genting Highlands. The prices are reasonable but they slightly change from time to time. If you a re member of casino, you maybe entitled to get free rooms. They are usually packed in holidays, so, It's better to book in advance. The weather is cooling and the rooms are in high floors have very good quality.

Newly renovated shopping malls. Great to shop and dine.

Very small room inside Tower 3, albeit the only tower in the hotel with in-room WIFI. Not able to opt for valley view too, as all the rooms in this tower do not have such a view. With the new Sky Avenue shopping mall, walking to the old casino took longer than before. Weather was not that cool, just 20 degrees Celsius at the open-air carpark too. Overall, quite a disappointing stay.

Always a chill place to visit. Book earlier for a room
