Good place for recreational activity...
Suggestions: carry less language

Nice cheap and clean hotel, but but but, very notorious check in counter, extremely slow and inefficient. It is meant to be computerised and the staff is supposed to have all the guests information, yet it takes easily more than 15 minutes to process one check-in and I noticed some spent more than 30 minutes, served by the staff. Even though it was not a long queue just now, perhaps 10 "couples" in front of us, it took us one hour 20 minutes to be exact, to check-in! And and and, we were here 20 years ago with the same inefficient check in counter, they never try to improve! Amazing!

I like the highlands cold crisp air, away from the hustle n bustle of city life. I preferred to stay nearer to Maxims Gold Club as I frequent Genting casino. I find the ex-silver club room now changed to Sky Gold too cold.

Hotel room worth the price. Basic room amenities provided. Room space is tiny. But sufficient for our needs. Paid extra RM5+5+5 for room near the lift, high floor and view facing mountain. It is worth it. Hot shower works well. It would be 5 star if ironing facility is available, sejadah without the need to call to send. The rest are great.

For such a low price, pretty decent sized room though many rooms don t come with any view. Deluxe room comes with a kettle unlike standard rooms. Wifi is an additional option. No breakfast for the package we had - not a problem since there are plenty of good dining options at SkyAvenue now. This hotel is perfect for those on a budget. RWS members who gamble get offered free stays from time to time.

If provide breakfast is even better, after all we have paid rm780 for 2 nights

Largest hotel in the world, reasonable price but hotel quite old already and room very small only.

First of all, when u plan to visit this place kept in mind this is a little bit cold and above 6000 feet height then other part of Malaysia. This place is a very beautiful view in all respects. There are many n more exciitiin things at the place. Very cool n breeze here's environment is beautiful and scenes are very pretty. Even this place is very loveable.

Automatic check-in was very convenient. Basic rooms with necessities, borderline average cleaniness. Stayed at both Tower 2 and 3, and easily accessible to Sky Avenue. Avoid 1st floor rooms at Tower 2 if possible though, the room I had was lacking in ventilation.

Just now I had a horrible time for early checking in. I was made to stand half hour hand carrying a sleeping baby at the assistance check in kiosk as no staff willing to help me. In this half hour I approached three staffs that could not offer to help me to any way, they even refuse to ask other colleagues that can help me, until a fourth staff knows the kiosk machine. Please well train your staff for the assistance kiosk!

Parking cost RM 12on weekdays and RM 18 weekend for 24hours. Crazy expensive and no discount for member!

The toilet shampoo not fill up . Empty bottle & couldnt get it re fill when bathing. When saw yr hse keeping staffs he hv problem trying to give us shampoo.
When we left the room the next day n put up the Clean Room, when we got back in evening . Room still not clean

Room is just nice size, however should at least include fridge!

Parking should be improved for customers..n toiletries provided sometimes not enough..

No smoking floor but people still smoke at along the corridor. Worst for the casino its like walking into a huge ashtray.

Old hotel but always full occupation.. Very crowded hotel in Genting.. Better book in advances before the time..

Wanted to check in at about 2,45pm on 24/12, was asked to go to front office as the room was not ready. Waited for some time before we were served. Even then was told the room we had blocked with reservation was not available. I had requested for tower 1, non smoking, Mountain View. Instead offered a smoking room (I m a non smoker) so obviously would not consider. Was then given a room at tower 2 facing the hotel. This stay has been a disappointment.
Hope your staff efficiency can be improved.
When my friend & I was at San Francisco coffee, we had noted there were a few smokers happily puffing away and discarding the cigarette butts into your plants. Isn t it a non smoking zone? The same thing happened at the metro city. Even though the sign boards are there (non smoking zone) people are happily puffing away and none of your staff approached them.

Room can be better.
Platinum foods were soft n nice. Very suitable for most uncles n aunties as v r seniors.

The time of checking in is long. But checking out is smooth. There are quite a few of new amenities since I last visit.

Overall very pleasant. Was given a smoking room although preferred non smoking but there was not much cigarettes smell.

The largest hotel in the world with more than 7000 rooms. Strategically located around major attractions in Genting Highlands where its walking distance to basically anywhere if you are staying here. Rooms are clean but a bit small. If you are looking for some better rooms, go for their World Club rooms.Tower 3 has the best mountain views. Prices are reasonable for a Casino resort.

I proudly say that i stayed at this hotel for a night. Such a beautiful experience. Will visit again.

The room too near the street room 1433 very noise the even the window close buy still can heard the car sound pass by.

Clean n finally i get a non smoking room with really no cigarette smell.

The Genting Grand hotel furnitures are old and look dirty! Is is about time to change!

Very small room with minimum facilities but very well maintained. Room is very clean also. You can take hot water from the common water fountain available on every floor.
Check in time is 3pm onwards while check out is at 11am. You can check in early but have to pay additional charges. Check in is done via check in kiosk at the lobby area.

The check in was completed within 3 minutes and I had what I requested compared to previous years. The oroom was clean and all the amenities were in working condition unlike my previous visits the hair dryer not working or the soap despenser faulty or the TV had no clear reception. The house keeping was good

Room 6848 tower 2 First World Hotel. the room is so expensive yet so tiny. Then noisy due to the humming of some machine or other. not worth staying here. i feel as if i am in a tomb of concrete jungle. we couldnt wait to leave the place. Genting BHd really need to change this place into a garden city. it's just like a mammoth concrete jungle!

Cheap and basic rooms, a truly amazing experience to stay in such a large hotel with an awesome indoor theme park

Fantastic but it is too big to walk through in a day.As the casino, shopping mall are here. Got music sympthony every hour at the ground floor which have the indoor games.

It is free room even those the room facility is just ok

The lift is terrible...unable to get in at level 6...always full...should have divide certain lifts to certain floor only...example G to 9, 10 to 18, 19 to 28

They are modern blocks built on the highland . But their structure should be more opened to the natural environment around there

Smoky due to inconsiderate smokers, pretty basic hotel, good for casino games, just very smoky. Don't expect to win too much, if at all, since they just renovated. Wait for 20th century fox theme park to open before visiting.

The lift often takes 15 minutes to arrive on your level! If you are on a low level and use the stairs to get down instead, you can't get out because they have locked the door. Ridiculous!

Quality of telivision signal was very bad.

Everything else was pretty nice. The shower was good and bed not too bad.

Been a long time since I last came to Genting. Stayed at First World, Tower 3 as it came highly recommended by my auntie. It s their new tower and free wi-if is offered at this tower only.
Room is small but comfortable. The common area are well kept and clean. Their bath towel is abit too think to my liking but generally everything else is good.
I was happy to discovered a water refilling station on the 21st floor which is where I stayed.

Room was ok, only the maxims room housekeeping not clean enought

The water heater was nt functioning well. When i shower, sometime cold water sometime hot water.
