Room very comfortable and enough space.The room also very clean.

The automated check-in needed the user to view a seperate individual tv screen. Theres only 1 tv screen for 30+ terminals.

In Tower 2 rooms are small. No free internet Wi-Fi in the room. Only towel, showercap and soap is available in the bathroom you need to carry all rest toiletries with you. Of course the room tariff is so cheap so you don't expect all the luxury things inside the bathroom. Though rooms are small and don't have great view outside of your window they are value to money, neat and clean. So nothing to complain about it. This hotel is toooooooo big you can easily get yourself lost, so always be together if you are roaming with family or groups. Massive complex shopping mall, variety of restaurants, it's just toooooooo much. Sky Casino is also big, I heard sometimes they ask for passport but in my case they didn't.
Chin swee temple must visit place. Very much peaceful and seren place.
As of now 1 night 1day is more than enough. Some Theme park work is going on,its under construction.
There is self check in facility. You can do early check in by paying additional 5 rm. These self check in machines are different kinda nice experience we had it here. For check out you just need to drop your key card in machine

Very excellent for tower 2 love the hotel interior design better then privious stay in tower 1 looks old and scary

Worst check in experience using machine , although after 3, u still have to wait until the screen shows your type of room is available , very crowded though

When I book room in Singapore, they said triple deluxe fully booked n was alloted deluxe n when arrived ,was given queen bed. Went to Counter 1 , the staff was so kind to give me triple deluxe, made my friend happy n delighted..

Tower One that we stayed in was the old hotel. The toilet and shower room is separated but it's super small. Even the drapes were really dirty. No drinks or even jug in the room. Water dispensers are placed near the lift, so you have to walk a bit to go get some drinking water. But then again, I don't think people stay here mainly for the hotel

Ny room is ready at 3pm but my sis n her friends room can ready at 6 plus. Too long q while checking in for connecting room. During dinner time counter only left 3 person to serve, should have extra manpower to take over. Suggest that group checking should have another counter not mix together . Room cleaning good.

Cleaning staffs are friendly and pleasant. Bed sheets are stained though.

Good hotel Facilities , but the food is very expensive here

Tower 3 looks newer, but the room is still very old. No AC only fan, no view for Y5 deluxe room, the only view is the opposite room window. Just for cheap stay and that's about it.

Low budget hotel. Ok for the price.
No wifi in room though.

Convenient self check in and check out. Small room still ok but toilet was too small.

One of the worst hotels I've been to. It started with the ling and crowded wait to check in at the automated kiosks. I had to wait about 15 mins to get a vacant kiosk just to find it does not accept credit cards. Then I had to wait another 15 mins to find one that does accept credit cards. And those kiosk machines takes such a long time to complete a transaction.
After that 8 was able to find my room. It badly needs maintenance. Everything was worn out and old. It has the most coarse towels I have ever come across. It's as if they had never heard of fabric softener.
Although there was a window, there was no view and all you could see is another part of the building which badly needed maintenance.
It was also very noisy outside and difficult to sleep.
Overall unless it's too inconvenient to find an hotel elsewhere do not stay here.

The toilet was very spacious compared to the previous room we stayed. The toilet was so small.

Lack of wifi, small television.. Pricey for the room

Waiting time for the rooms may vary depending on what time you arrive and their availability. And booking their standard room will reduce your waiting time greatly. Decent rooms throughout and its cheap so dont expect much.

Pleasant and comfortable.Amenities readily available.

Very convenient and budget hotel....easy accessibility to Indoor theme park, casino and outdoor theme park

Good for family vacation, Dad can go to casino, tennage can have fun at the movies mom and children go to theme park

Luxurious hotel with all the amenities and children theme park and snow world.... The rides are for young kids.... Restaurants are nice and food is good... Must visit snow world it is worth visiting here... The hotel is enormously big with lots of things to do.... Unfortunately we were there for only 2 days....

Rooms were small, and spartan. So many on the floor and it takes a while to locate your room. Some floors were refurbished. No air-conditioning only a fan with speed that could not be controlled. First my key was not set properly and could not enter the room. The bathroom was small but I liked how there were bars and hooks to hang up towels and clothes. No wardrobe in the room - just a space to hang up your clothes. Hair dryer was provided though. Water is provided at dispensers in corridors. Room had no view. Breakfast was disappointing. The food factory was like a cafeteria. Could be clearer on the queue direction as we ended up getting sauces before the mains. Fair range of food, but due to quantity provided, quality is somewhat missing.

Tower 3 bathroom and toilets very cramp.not suitable for oversize ppl.

Believe it everybody should stay here atleast one night... too good

Cleaner than before. Quality of service with certain employees has to improve. Room maintenance has to keep up

I like it this time as it was not very busy.As a Genting member l come up here once a while just to enjoy the cool weather. SOP was adhered to by all visitors.

Room was tiny and toilet was pathetic. No amenities were provided.

New wings link to few malls and hotels. Largest LED screen ever seen in M'sia. Like went into the future mall. Fabulous experiences.

Best to avoid this place during peak season as it tends to be too crowded... This hotel itself is a value for money as it is not expensive and the hotel amenities were sufficient... A hassle free when the check in and out system can be done easily by using self checking machines

Friendly, comfortable, easy check-in and check-out, reasonably priced cafe and etc.

Great to staying over there. Happy with the service.

Only problem is the lift at tower 3.
Always fully load when checking Out timing.

The lift system do not work the same as tower 1 & 2.

Stayed in a Triple Room but inly provided 2 bath towels. Room too simple without much toiletries.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed for the price they charge. For more than RM400, you get a room with no air conditioning, room so small, no door in the washroom/bathroom. Check in at the counter is chargable. Booking website does not allow you to book more than 1 room. No wonder they were elected the worst hotel in the world.

The rooms were very small though.. atleast from what we expected.

It boasts as the largest hotel in the world (citing the Guinness Book of Records). However, the rooms are not! The best option is probably getting a handicap room of you have children with a twin push chair. Otherwise it won't fit through the narrow entrance.

The toilet has no shower curtain. So a bath with wet the entire bathroom. The shower knobs have no hot/cold signs. So you have to guess, wait to see the temperature and not burn out freeze yourself. The toilet shower is in the wrong side making it very difficult to use. The sink hardly has any space for toiletries and no toothbrush is provided.

The lighting is very bad and not all of them work. No central switching. No remote controller for the TV. And the TV is smaller than my laptop screen. Hardly 14 inches!

The hotel is in a closed compound. So it's pretty much running a monopoly business. The food in all the stalls are highly overpriced and with very limited options. The closure of the theme park makes it worse.

For real: rooms were tiny, but livable, especially for the price.

Really, it was decent - we would've given 5 stars for value-for-money (3 nights for 50 SGD!), but we did have a few quibbles that detracted from a 5--star experience.

Unfortunately, no queen beds were available on the day we entered, even though we'd booked far in advance. Additionally, our room was facing another block of the hotel; you could see into their rooms, and they could see into ours. It also blocked a lot of wind from passing through, but the room was still reasonably cool.
