Biggest hotel in the world though services lousiest in the world, imagine only few employees at the front desk, information counter and etc to cater to the needs from 1000 more of guests? The rate and standards of service need not to say!!!

Well I and my family have visited Genting highland to participate in various activities but we are disappointed to see that all the indoor and outdoor activities have been shutdown due to some extension works here unfortunately none of our travel agent have informed us about the present situation and our dreams to see and enjoy all the activities have gone in vain... Dr Nadeem, Tamjeed, Shehzeen,Amna and Arshad!

We have earlier requested for the world club room change from tower 2 to 1 as I am not able to walk too far for too long. But upon check in on 19 December 2019, we were still given a room at tower 2 which is rather old and dilapidated. My husband and I were very disappointed with the lackadaisical attitude of the managers on duty that morning, to say the least. At midnight, we approached the front desk to request for a change of room. We were lucky that this time the manager on duty is a.more responsible person who is dedicated, courteous and efficient. True to her words, we got a change of room the next morning. Thus, despite our loss at the casino, the comfortable room more or less make up for it as we had a pleasant and comfortable stay, all thanks to Ms. Karen (front desk manager on night duty that day). Kudos to First World hotel for having such a good employee who provides such good services to her guests. I am one satisfied and happy customer! Thank you!

Room 185O in T2 was very clean. TV program is very dull. Why all the time in Malay when your guests are 95 percent foreigners. You have international TV program e. g CNN and CCC TV at the lobby. Who is actually viewing or listening to these programs at the lobby? Please find out for yourself. . Silly don't you think so. You should provide them in the room where we are relaxing. Also, why isn't there a chair in the room? I still would like to visit GH again just to makan and tidoh.

Its too big and slightly confusing. There needs to be a hotel brochure or map because navigating between the three residential towers and then the main highlands attractions can get a bit confusing. The room sizes are extremely small. Only worth staying here for one night. The buffet breakfast was very good but wasn't organized.

Stayed in 2 hotels. Maxim and Resorts.
Love the coffee machine in Maxims.
As for Resort Hotel the always friendly staff at the Concierge.

One of the biggest hotel I have seen. I could not take the full view of the hotel as it's in large area. Everything is automated even the check in and check out. Hassle free and wonderful place where the hotel is located

My first stay @ the first world hotel in Dec 2017 was quite a pleasant surprise as the room then at tower 3 was quite new and they provided bottled water, bedroom slippers and toothbrushes. This time round when we stayed there for 2 nights in August 2018, the room we got had a really dirty floor and the sink was choked. No bottled water, slippers or toothbrushes were provided and you needed to pay extra if you wanted any of them. This was probably done as a cost cutting measure. Maintenance is definitely poor and what a big difference 8 months had made as the room looked much worse from wear. I can't say I would really recommend first world to anyone.

The largest hotel with the most number of rooms is always crowded with locals and tourists. It connects to the Sky Avenue where you will be spoilt for dining choices. Check-in is a breeze as there are lots of self check -in kiosks. Don't forget to try your luck at the casino

Comfy bed and pillows, tower 3 has great views, but minus 1 star for the lack of a door to the towel rack/dressing area right outside the shower. If your roommate happens to come back and opens the room door when you're in the midst of getting dressed, you're exposed to anyone walking by the corridor outside.

Value for money stay if you are able to get a room below rm80 a night. Small but clean. Good enough for sleeping and bathing. You'll probably be out having fun or making money anyway. :)

Waited almost 1hour at reception for check in, Check In kiosk keep reject us even when I didn t make any preference for room type (almost every preference cost additional RM5), toilet and shower area so small and tight that there is barely any elbow room. No staff informed us about no hot water due to maintenance between 1am to 6am, end up we unable to bath for the night. There is also no kettle in the room, only water dispense self-service outside.

I thought the room will be hot bcs there' no A/C, but it doesn't really need it bcs the room is so cold. One tower to another takes a long time to walk. The bathroom and the bed are clean. Easy to check out, kinda confusing to check in.

The most budget hotel option out of the many available ones in Genting Highlands. Let's talk about the pros and cons of this place.
Pros:
- Probably the most convenient in the sense that it's the closest to the casino and Skyavenue/Skytropolis. It's simply a short walk + an elevator ride away.
- The most budget option
- Pretty quick check-in and very easy to check out.
Cons:
- They have limited rooms with WiFi access so you gotta book early if you want this
- They charge exorbitant prices for the lobby WiFi even though the connection is not exactly amazing. (I recommend going to the Starbucks at SkyAvenue if u need WiFi that's free)
- We booked a room with queen sized bed but they only had rooms with twin beds left by the time we got there which we thought was a little irresponsible on their part.
- Whilst it's not entirely the hotel's fault there's a lot of smokers even on the non smoking floors.
- First world buffet is not good, I highly recommend taking the journey to Coffee Terrace near the Resort hotel as it's miles better.
- Walls are pretty thin so if you have inconsiderate neighbours good luck to you.

Overall, it's a decent hotel but signs of its age are everywhere and if you can afford it I think a more comfortable stay would be at the Resort Hotel or Theme Park Hotel.

A lush, tropical rainforest greets guests at the main entrance and all rooms are modern, comfortable, and practical.
The type of rooms assigned to guests is automatically allocated by our system according to the room category booked.
The hotel is certainly value for money and despite its size, you can rest assured that we still provide top service.
