Biggest hotel in the world! Can check in by the machine which is very great!

As named it is a first class experience and world class hotel, beautiful Highland views n nice claimet

The world club room was very good,comfortable,clean.I am grateful.

Insufficient hangers and no small table and at least a chair.

Free room with a large number of facilities and amenities including the best counter service which is unable to get in the other hotel.

So glamorous ... there will be more interesting spots next year

Affordable rate, clean room and convenient location.

There was a big mess up on our rooms check in. Took more than 3 hours for us to get our rooms. Also We had all together 4 rooms booking back to back from Friday to Tuesday and we emphasis on the back to back booking but some how we need to re check in, which is a big inconvenience for us. We were in arena of star watching the lion dance final. Hope you understand how frustrated we were that we have to go back to counter 1 to ensure that we can still use the same rooms. We missed half of the lion dance final.very unhappy over this matter as we were there for the entire lion lion competition.

Just a budget hotel. So mostly is self-service machine check in and check out. I was given a random room which is very far from the lift. Paying for what you get.

Many locations for adults,teenagers and children to enjoy themselves to go to eat, shop and play games. Rooms are well kept and surrounding are very well decorated with digital video display near casino, shops and eating places

The room is stuffy as it is all enclosed and blocked by the opposite block

Hotel is still the same, hospitality needed improvements , thou have volume of tourists is still there. Self check in counters is good but needed to feel welcome. Rooms now does not furnish with any coffee and beds condition not the best, can feel those spring underneath ... Ouch..

Whether is right for us. Room look more clean than before though size look smaller.

Everything is good except the water is smelly. Also, there is no beverage supply in my room.

Price don't really with the place. Avoid if you can unless you don't have a choice. Noisy, cramp space, smelly but luckily kept rather clean.

The room was very clean, the room cleaner also very nice and kind. They will help you if u ask. Very perfect.
My room was 16601 tower 1.

The mountain view is nice, theme park view is not very nice at the moment(alot of construction).

I think this place is largest hotel in world. Difficult to get Indian food otherwise very good place to stay. Alcohol is to be purchased from outside.

First of all if you need to check in u need to do it through kiosk otherwise there is a fee to check in at the desk. We checked it and go to the room to find out no WiFi in tower2 even if we booked a room with WiFi they said it's without wifi. The room was not cleaned well. The bathroom tiles were dirty. The room looked dirty. We booked a double bed which wasn't available when we reached hotel and we had to take twin bed. Terrible experience. The towel was stinking sweat. The bathroom is so tiny, suffocating.

Convenient to check in using the check in machine, but if we want to choose a non smoking room we have to pay extra this make me a bit upset.

Don't deserve even 1 star... My husband and I purchased the Fortune Wheel package. We were very happy when his name was called to spin the wheel and he was lucky to have won RM1,000! Happiness first and then disappointment was barely 1 min apart! We were told that we need to check in on 15/1/20 to claim the prize. We can't afford to apply leave again just to come all the way there to claim the prize! If the management does not allow us to claim the prize on that very day, it should not fix only 1 date for us to claim this prize! We should be given at least 3-6 months to claim it! So, we have to forgo this prize because we can't make a trip up on 15/1/20!!! Do you think this is fair to us? We hope the management will consider my above proposal so that we do not feel cheated. Thank you!

I booked deluxe room, but I stay normal room . Room not match .

All the staff.... especially the housekeeping are very polite at FWH.

rooms are serviceable, extras like views, early check in and connecting rooms are chargeable, good if you don't plan on spending too much time in. the connected mall is large and hold a good array of shops and restaurants. theme parks, indoors and out have yet to be completed as of aug'18.

It has awkard smell all around..not mai tained properly because of big size

Right in the heart of Genting entertainment and has buses to many places. I stayed at Grand Ion Delemen hotel and there's a 2-hourly shuttle bus to/fro first world hotel at the bus area in front of starbucks

My sister-inlaw have booked for one deluxe room and one standard room. But we got later is two standard room, very disappointed. Hope that the genting have rental for wheelchair, so that can wheel old people around the shopping mall , they no need to walk so tired.

Best place for holiday...relax and enjoy with family.

Understandably a basic, no frills hotel but getting a bit too 'cheap-skate?' by recent standards with non to bare minimum facilities (even compared to budget shop lot hotels, got toothbrush provided haha)

We got a free deluxe room stay in First World hotel. Room was spacious enough for my family with a queen room.

6118 rooms, and still they manage to keep it well maintained.

One thing though, these days they've cut corners and removed amenities for the standard rooms, and the towels are paper thin. C'mon Genting, don't be so stingy.

It is a hotel with a very small room size. Hotel staff didn't provide good service. The hotel queuing system to check in is also a problem because there are very few service personnel. Skyway was in trouble, officials lacked the understanding of the tour group. Overall, the staff lacked professionalism and a willingness to provide services to customers. Hug business owners do not rush to solve this problem. I think Genting Highlands may lead to failure.

The largest hotel in the world with more than 7.000 more rooms. Although the room is quite small,but it's clean and quite OK for resting. Guest with individual booking needed to check in in self check in kiosk. But it's quick. You just need to scan your passport and follow the instruction accordingly. Convenience store, restaurant, many shops are available in the hotel complex.

Service provided in room 32" led tv , coffee n tea, safe box, mini bar/fridge...oh..and just bring yr usb wire for charging..there is few usb electrick supply ports...

Sink is always stuck with water. Towels and bedsheet stained. I want Maxims!
