First World Hotel at Genting Resort World Reviews

Simple and nice, good enough for quick stay, but the facility might need to improve, expecially those 24 hour convenient store or vending

Small room with very basic facilities. Sound proofing is bad, where outside noise (AC etc) is very obvious.

Check in too crowded and we can t select for smoking room and have to queue again to change room.

To meet up with friends and enjoy the cool weather except the rooms we stayed was quite humid - facing room to room have to draw the curtain when inside cos we couldn't get the rooms with mountain view!! Thanks

Imagine handling a room to us without bathing foam, promised to send in 20 mins but waited till next morning still did not send. Calling 0 but these ppl just dun answer the phone. First world hotel! Largest in the world but service sucks!

Near Kuala Lumpur, cool hill resort , nice scenery, variety of OK food outlets, acceptably priced for a casino. A carefree and casual place for all, children included.

Room was a bit small and very basic. But decent for the price. Check in and check out very easily done. All self help kiosk. Carpark rates were reasonable. We park for 3 days 2 night and we paid $30RM for it. Will recommend if you r on a budget.

Food easily available at reasonable prices. Weather is fine & the free rooms are reasonably comfortable & clean. Plentiful of gaming machines that make us spoilt with choices. The place and atmosphere are just awesome after the facelift. It will be great if the room can come with complementary drinks & beverages like coffee/tea

Small, clean and outdated rooms but they do the job, plus you gotta tick Genting Highlands off the do to list, rooms can be cheaper throughout the year!

I only stay in this hotel whenever I come to Genting. Although it's small, its cheapest and cleanest hotel in Genting.

The hotels and other places to eat in the first world hotel is too good compared to any other hotel. All kinds of meals is available. All countries food is available. It is totally worth it. The first world hotel has a casino. All people of age above 21 can spend their time there. There is a famous balloon show which cannot be missed. There are many other exciting attractions in that place. The room service of first world hotel is medium. Many people come to stay there. So it is very crowded. The rooms are average. The location is amazing.

Actually we are booking 2 night because Of the room dirty SO we only stay one night my skin sensitive that why go back see doctor and the services counter staff is rude. Hair dryer also got issued.

Very expansive, very bad cell phone reception. Very bad internet connection even you have the best carrier and data plan. On building 2 floor 15 people have to sit on the ground hanging on the door just to get a stable mobile internet connection.

Huge property, within Genting theme park. Rooms are small, no view. Only advantage is accessibility to the park & casino.

I booked 2 rooms for 29th to 31st Dec stay, and the auto check in merchine just can give me same floor room. Later I went to counter request for connecting rooms, and they managed to fulfill my request. This new arrangement make my stay with my long distance family who visit Malaysia after 15 years, enjoy so much! They love Genting so much and look forward to visit Genting again! Tqvm Genting!

We were staying at tower 3(New building), a little far far reception counter. Need to be walk 10minutes if walk with older

Checking time is at late afternoon (3pm), but check out time is at 11am.

So near to everything. No complains but positive report. Nice stay at Ywifi

Tower 2 room 8801.. surrounding area very noisy.. can't slept well at the night

The shopping arcade, restaurants, mall are all good. But the hotel room is just so-so, feels like living in shared condo.

Location of hotel is very convenient for food, entertainment and shopping. Room is clean and clear. Room service is is very well.

Stayed in a non-smoking floor but the room stunk of cigarette smell. Could still get cigarette smell coming into the room after midnight. Ceiling fan was making too much noise.

It has all the facilities and is affordable for those who visit Genting highlands.
