Automated hotel. Self check in at the machine and stay then self check out. Never get in touch with any of the staff.

The place is understandably crowded, but we had fun!

World s biggest hotel with 7351 rooms! Hotel room is quite spartan/basic with just a bed, bedside table and towels. No fan but that s ok as it s cold enough.

Recently renovated. The room power point now has the USB option.

The room is adequately spacious and the accomodities are suitable. However, the lobbies reek of smoke as there are no laws for smoking in the lift lobbies.

this is the biggest hotel in the world.. it has 7000 rooms in 3 high building...
please at least 3 month before.. for the best rate can get...

Tiny room but comfortable...Wish the bathroom can be bigger as it's pretty tough to change clothes in the small cubicle....

Room skimped on a lot of things like hair conditioner, lotion, toothpaste. It seems like it's mostly intended for people who want a quick cheap place to sleep and go out.

Value for money hotel. But not enough lifts in peak season. Need wait more than 20 mins for the lift in super peak.

Stayed at the old block Tower1 for the first time. Didnt expect that the room looks newly furbished. Was quite satisfied with the spacious room. The room service was quite fast too

What more needs to be said about this hotel? World largest hotel with more than 6000 rooms. Very basic room at affordable price or with affordable Genting Points.

Horrid. 9000 something rooms. You book directly with the hotel a week ahead. You specifically ask, message and email with connecting rooms.
I ended up eith 2 rooms in 2 seperate towers a mile away! Worse when you got kids to split in towers! They dont care. There full. No one is bothered.
This runied our genting experience. Further everything is run down.
The car park was not safe at all. There was a guy trying to break into cars which we reported to police.
Simply not that safe anymore. And no service or any attention or help.

Overly crowded for comfort. The place that's very happening but not my kind of relax that I'm looking forward to in a holiday.

Room is small. Location is close to sky avenue and sky casino. Very convenient

the room i book was great Y5 delux with Wifi.
The room is clean and the necessities items are there. The counter staff are very helpful and also the self check in kiosk staff too except for self check in kiosk. i personally saw 1 female malay staff who help and explain and assist 1 chinese elder couple and makes them very happy. She even spoke a little bit of chinese and i guess that makes them feel very welcome. Too bad i didn t capture her name and she does a very good job. Well done. this is what service industry is all about.

There are full of entertaining facilities and I'm really reaxing myself.

Old but clean. Nice weather up on the mountain. Check in and checkout are all via self service kiosks

We got a small and dark room with weak reception at first but we are able to change to a better one on the second day. I am expected to be given the better room on the first day because I have paid 120 SGD per night and was given a bad room as though I used the free room offer given by genting.

Stay is always excellent but the booking is difficult

all this while stays in tower 3, 1st time stay in tower 1 thought convenient coz is nearer, unfortunately room do not have kettle, no sundries, no basic toiletries, no bottle water... extremely disappointed.

Room is surprising small, furthermore there re no locks for the bathroom and toilet!

The rooms are so small like people live in slum. The hotel's management skills are commendable to cater a huge demand of check ins, check out, meals etc.
If you open the window its quite scary.. You can see other people's room and also i have heard that the room you are living in might have be haunted as there are many people who have jumped out of those window after loosing big at Casino.

No frills. The budget airline of the hospitality industry. You get what you pay for.

No WiFi, no problem. Who goes on holiday to play Facebook and watch YouTube anyway.

No breakfast, what's the big issue. Why settle for boring food when the entire genting highland is your gastronomic oyster.

No climate control, who cares. The high attitude air is so fresh and crisp and it will be criminal to deprive you from breathing it.

Inadequate facilities, bedding and carpet that's itchy to touch, no toiletry provided? You get what you paid for. And there are vending machines convenient located at level 1 of each lift lobby that sell toiletries for RM5.

The occasional ghost haunting? Nah. Suicide cases over the years just add to the sense of adventure, mystique and identity of the world's largest hotel at 7000+ rooms.

10/10. Will come and stay again.

The weather there was cool , the atmosphere was joyous and the show we watched was great.

Cause the bathroom got blood stain on floor and door.

Depends what type of room you choose, you get what you pay for.

I use to stay in First World Hotel, every thing is good except I have a problem to go in to Casino nowadays . they are not allow my scooter to go in with me. I got to ask permission from the police officer. The explain is someone use this type of scooter speeding hit people. You can black listed the person who did that , not say that everyone black listed when they use electric scooter. I can manage to use my scooter Well. The electric scooter can use to travel around the world even at Las Vegas and Macau Casino. I am a handicap person, can t walk for a long distance . Moreover, I just had my operation done. Please be more considerate . Thanks

Neat room. Much better compair to 9 years ago. Just don't like that the rooms and corridor allow smoking. As the smells keep coming into the room.

Only stayed cos of free room, poor service, room was pathetic. There was no Wi-Fi in room, shower was not working properly. Will not recommend.

Check in 3 pm and check out 11 am. Early check in come with 5 ringgit charge.
