Budget hotel good for those who wish to have a place to sleep and spend their time in the theme park or casino.

Beautiful approach via cable car. Ambience good, but reception counter a little lax in working, also rooms and breakfast room in different towers , therefore, cumbersome

Very large room. Expensive but what choice do you have when you at the top of the chilly hill. So, OK lah!

clean, new, easy check in and check out... online booking weekdays r cheap and valuable...

A bit old but other than that was generally okay. No weird smells although carpet looked patchy, as if it was wet with something.

Convenient for check in, cosy room and easy access to Sky Avenue.

The hotel is one of the cheapest amongst the genting hotels. One good thing is it's convenience as it is connected to the malls around, and the hotel is sufficient in its necessities, television, the beds were neat and tidy, toilets were clean. One thing that was a little turn down was that they did not provide tea, coffee, water or even soaps in the toilets. Infact many of the little amenities needed to be paid like the soaps, tea bags and wifi. However, overall it was okay. Self check-in might take around 30 minutes because systems not as fast but much faster that it was than its pre-renovation state.

Parking fee is too expensive. I was charged RM27 for just an overnight parking with the stay at Hotel.

Good place to stay when visit Genting Highlands as it can link to almost all location in house by walking...

Room 10984 was practically cold and damp. Floor is forever wet. You should not have rent out that room even though the hotel is fully booked. It s unethical and now I am having a fever.

World's largest hotel, fairly comfortable . However it doesn't have Wifi in hotel room, and have to pay for Wifi to use at the lobby and lobby only. This can be workaround by going to places like Starbucks for Wifi but just cumbersome.

The hotel contains 7351 rooms. The rooms are small as compared to other hotels.
The lobby is quite large to serve customers.
Breakfast is awesome with wide range of varieties.

It was free. I managed to get a room near the lift and that really helps.

The only affordable hotel at this altitude. Rooms are small and floor in the room are dirty. There's no way you can walk bare foot in the room. Need to wear shoes at all time.

I absolutely hated my stay and the first world resort Genting. It was absolutely rubbish w booked a triple room and it was basic. It had a small shower no bath there was a banging noise and a dying dog howling throughout the night. The amenities were less than average and it was more geared towards the casino crowd.

Very good location. However, it is the worst hotel that I have ever experienced ever. Genting Highlands deserve the visit but I will never book this hotel again....

Rooms neat and clean.. Room Cleaning staff mostly cheerful and courteous.. when approached for help and replacement of expendable items for extended stay...toilets characteristically very clean most of the time.. only that Liquid Soap Wall Dispensers are sometimes empty...<br/>so those responsible need to check more thoroughly when cleaning up the rooms for the next guest occupants!...

Sorry if you really want me to comments. Room not clean and pilor cover smelly. Change but still smelly. Is because laundry not wash with until it changes me new cover. Nice. Floor carpet dusty.

Price is good but lack of basic items such as toothbrush. Buffet breakfast is average

Worst hotel in the world! The bed was stained with yellow substance and red substance (most probably dried blood) Hotel staff are rude and have no respect! The toilet door would fall apart from just touching it, there are hair and dead insects all around the room! The room is disgusting and unbearable! I would never recommend anyone to stay in that hotel.

Room is small, cleaninless need to improve. But have a nice sun rise view at Tower 1.

Room is simple with basic necessity. Not your typical room size. small but clean.

A few steps walk to eat world good foods & shops, movies etc. Also cooling weather. Take cable car to premier shopping mall, temple,golfing etc.

The overall experience with the facilities and staff were good. Generally the tenant mix was ok if you are shopping for clothing. Bit it can be better by providing a wider mix with a wider range of products. However I can't say the same for this food outlet Richdad. We were a group of 6 adults n 2 kids so we joined 2 tables. While I was away with my wife, one of the staff simply separated the table!!! He was saying something in malay which my relatives could not understand. This is just not acceptable. Surely as a family you like to sit together, is that too hard to ask for??
Another incident, my nephews were queuing for the eiffel tower car ride, and when it was their turn, they were told 'ride spoil' The time was 9.57pm when it was their turn. When they join the queue no one stop them. Why suddenly say the ride spoil?? The kids were very disappointing. Overall it was ok.

The signboards should be clearer. Sometimes they are misleading. Other than that its a best place to stay and have fun. Everything is there you name it

Old hotel rooms, dusty and dirty. Molds on the wall, and yellow stains on the sheets. Room's rate can get really high during holidays.

Located at very prominent location surrounded with Extra ordinary large Shopping mall cable car stations and casinos,Since Kaulalampur city is near Pepoles.mostly peoples uses to stay on short intervals courteous staff you can check inn by self service kiosks which is hassel free all the way excellent environment peoples across the globe visiting here and enjoy the cool weather.

Gd rooms. No self check in after 11pm was a pain. Gd location. Had pest control service to do regular checks in the room.
