Very big hotel. Check in & checkout kiosk available. Rooms are very small.

Good shopping and food options and It's a nice place to chill around.

Well wonderful place, cooling ambient, great gambling area, but too many people are smoking King yeah.

For hotel accommodation, you must book earlier online because if you walk in, the room price is very high and limited at a range RM 400-600+, some rooms are dusty. I booked a room at level 3 via airbnb, the hotel room was so dirty and horrible, maybe due to private listing so it was not hygiene, full of dust.
Be careful for the walk-in customers who are looking for staying overnight, there are some middle-aged aunty and uncle walk around to sell room, (maybe they got it free via redemption after gambling), but it looks suspicious and dangerous because they are avoiding themselves to be exposed under CCTV when they are trying to deal with you.

Long Wait to activate digital key. Digital key to open room door, not getting it to work every time. Maybe instruction not complete.

Friendly staff. Worth the money. Price is affordable. Will check in again in the future.

Fair enough. For a casual stay in ok. Sometimes just for concert or just chilling.

Visited 2 times and it never stopped to amaze us, misty drizzling terrace is awsome , though it cost around 100 ringget for one way travel its worth every penny, there is a amusement park under construction which makes it a must see place

Place was small, no complimentary water provided. Basin water drainage was slow.

Stayed in Y5 triplet room. The size of room is really small. Hardly any space to move around. Had to squeeze around.

Bed is uncomfortable. Floor is dirty. Windows and curtains also feel dusty.

Lighting switches terrible as unable to turn on toilet lights when keeping the room lights off. 1 switch to on all lights. So in the middle of the night, you go to the toilet, the all the lights in the room will be turn on and disturb everybody. VERY BAD.

If wasn t for the price, I wouldn t have stayed here. Not recommended.

Not the best of all places. Charge you for every little thing. Don't even give an extra towel, no free WiFi in room neither a refrigerator

Checkout timing coincides with so many people and hence it took just 20mins waiting for lift. Check-in was chaotic as well, insufficient assistance.

The checking in procedure over the counter was very poor! We have booked 4 rooms and requested connecting room and all these were done thru your phone booking.
Check in time is 3pm, we started queuing at 1.45pm hoping to pay a bit more for early check in, finally our turn at 45 minutes later, the counter staff told us to come back to queue again due to rooms not ready yet . The staff say if we want faster check in, told us to go after the room cleaners tell them to hurry up. Is this even our job to order the cleaners?
Gone back to the queue half an hour later (at 3pm), the queue was even longer, finally after queuing 105 minutes later (at 4.45pm) our turn at the counter, the staff demanded that he need to see all our 8 passports because we needed 8 card keys (2 for each room). Wasted another 5-10 minutes to looked for the other four relatives passport!
Instead of your hotel s 3pm check in time, we checked in at 5pm!!! All my other relatives (senior citizens) who were waiting, are tired and frustrated!
Thanks to your counter staff s lack of proactive and inefficient attitude, they have successfully made this trip the most unpleasant one for my family!!

Check in abit confusion due M sian and foreigner together. Why triple room only allowed for 2 key instead of 3 when we have 3 guest ?

Crowded, super slow check in process... Not the place i like.

We asked for non smoking room with queen bed,we don't get it cause we check in late. Ridiculous when I paid for the room 2 weeks early,they should have reserve the room or else whats the point of having the option during online booking. My son is immune compromised,my husband has asthma and I suffer from sinus,but we don't have any choice but to accept the room. Will never come again.

Nothing much to do with kids. Alot of renovation. Should be good once all the parks function.

The lift is over packed. Need to wait for few rounds
We are staying in 10th floor. The lift is fully occupied before it reached 10th floor.. Hope management can address this issue

I love the new WC room, a new kind of taste for me.

I book for 1 standart room with 2 single bed. The hotel room was clean but the room is small and i got the position of the window directly to other room (no scenery available) so i close my window for the rest of my stay. The facility only locker, 2 towel, hair cap, tissue, and shower gel for wash your hair and body (you must bring your own shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpasta). No wifi (only at lobby, login with your hotel no id), No AC(only fan), no mineral water available, no breakfast, no tea maker and also the tea. For early checkIn you must pay only 5 ringgit. The pros is fast checkIn and checkOut process because used the automatic checkIn (not totally automatic for checkin because you must to go to the staff first) and checkOut machine, you can put your luggage before checkIn time for free, 24 hour food store, and the hotel is downstair directly to the casino genting. Major visitor was chinese ethnic.

Rooms are smaller than the rest but comfortable for a good night sleep

Good to escape your country for holiday. Comes with a casino for older people and arcade for younger people. It also has a cinema, Starbucks, an upcoming indoor theme park and December 2018 there was a Pokemon featival!

The biggest hotel I must say in Malaysia according to the number of rooms which is thousands but yet it is very difficult to find a room specially on weekends as it's always fully booked.
New parking rates are RM5/Day on Weekdays & RM8/Day on weekends

The experience of checking in was terrible. Went to one counter to check in but was asked to go to another counter because apparently that counter is for gamblers/ change points/free room. Then after lining up at 2nd counter for sometime, was asked to go for mobile self check in.
Not everybody come to genting gamble every month. It's so obvious genting are for gamblers. It's heaven for gamblers and is friendly to gamblers. Stucked for an hour and still not able to check in. Imagine elderly come in for holidays, you think they are so high tech to use mobile apps to check in? Spoilt my bday trip!

The location is at the heart of the shopping malls. However, checking into the hotel is a real hassle, especially during peak hours. Lines are longer than I had imagined. Waiting for elevators was a pain too.

Even came with only 2 adult and 2kids, the room and bathroom too small. Its only size of masterbedroom in SOHO type

The room i have expect from a hotel which provide everything. The retail shops n restaurant close too early(at 10pm) at least closing should be 1 .00am.

The room rate that I paid was slightly higher then my friend's with the same booking.

A very basic hotel. It's huge, and hence don't expect personalized service. Services are so basic you don't even get water in the rooms The place is good for short-term stay only, from few hours to overnight. Nothing more than that.

Everything looks new now and lots of retail outlets. Good for those who likes shopping and it's a wonderful place for holidays and getaways... More to come once Universal Studio is ready...

Satisfied with the unlimited water supply outside the room. It would be better if there is a free breakfast to go.

Sky Avenue is a very modern shopping place equipped with large screen all corner of each internal shopped arcade.

Affordable place at Resorts World Genting on WEEKDAYS ONLY, SUPER EXPENSIVE AND NOT WORTHY ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. Despite most of the service are done through auto kiosk machines, the occasional need to go to manual counter is still at the expense of super long queue and non-existent service
