1st world Hotel lobby... Find Charlie and Downstairs had 24hours Clinic...

Room is small but everything that are required is there. Accessible to indoor theme park, shopping mall and casino. Good location.

So so.. Value for money but dont expect much about the cleanliness

Lovely Hotel to Stay above the clouds, that means literally above clouds.

The room is so much improved compared to the time I came with my son years ago. Keep it up.

It is extremely crowded up there. There are literally thousands of people. But check in was very fast. In this place it doesn't matter if you go in the week or weekend it's always busy.

Amazing hotel with multiple shopping options, makes you feel on top of the world.

Room and inside hotel is clean but not at the window view. Feel like staying at low cost flat apartment. All the cigarette and garbage at outside window.

I enjoyed staying in First World Hotel and dinner at Coffee Terrace with discounts for seniors.

Direction signage need to be improved. Toilet hunger missing, some cubicle no toilet paper.

PS: I'm not sure if I didn't get coffee, tea, toothbrush and toothpaste because I got this free or every room is like this.

Poorly maintained. The indoor theme park is good. Carpark is not so safe. Someone broke my mirror in the carpark. The experience of driving up in fog is very exciting.

Situated in one of the most gorgeous virgin forests but you can't get to it at all. Ghastly touristy destination for mainly Chinese package tours. Avoid with all cost.

Reception service really slow. So many counters but only open 2-3 counter to serve us. I almost miss my bus trip because of their slow service. I have baby and kids with me self checkout will be harder for family like us.

Clean room. No toothbrush & toothpaste provided. Good location to access to new Sky Avenue. Premium outlets in Genting is only a 10 mins cable car ride from Sky Avenue.

We got the cheapest room. The entire room smelled of smoke and my sheets smelled of herbal patch. The fan was barely functional and our room was incredibly dark and gloomy. DO NOT SAVE THE 5RM FOR A ROOM WITH BETTER VIEW. We didn't pay the extra 5RM and our room was close to a post apocalyptic setting.

The standard hotel room is just sufficient for two people without much space. Check-in and -out is quite efficient. The hotel towers are connected, with amusement facilities, good nember of eateries and shops. It takes quite a walk to the casino hotel where more amusement facilities, eateries and shops are located.

There are plenty of rooms. Get room rates from the actual counters before you do a deal with those room touts around the lobby.

Not the best hotel experience. Being the world's largest hotel has its downsides. We got a smoking room despite requesting non smoking. 45 minute que to change.. Meh. Probably wouldn't come back or recommend.

Room is always clean & tidy, ready for me to rest night. Check in & out with no hassle. Thank you.

First of all, for a small room, it is very, very expensive. The room also doesnt have many basic accesories such as iron and etc.
It is very dissapointing to have a room with small space but having price like a huge ones

Need regular maintainence check e.g. fused bulbs, lighting, clogged toilets, TV bluer, blocked sink, room cleanliness could be improved.

I was very happy with the hotel and the service!! But unfortunately I lost 1828 dollars from my room! Dint report it as it was my fault for leaving my wallet near the TV! :(

So different now. But i more like genting a years ago n love the theme park. Now more elegant and all new.

I'm very happy with the services and house keeper & cleaner also very helpful but your GOLD CLUB previously named SLIVERS CLUB slot machine make very unhappy cos I have lost a lot of money please hopefully next trip on 15\11\2019 to 22\11\2019 , your slot machine can allow me to WIN back my money tqvm.

I only liked World Club room, the rest its a no for me unless totally no choice. For the rest except world club, lousy quality room especially after renovation. Worst still lousy service lousy staff.. =(

Reservations and room department no communication, asked for connecting or side by side or same floor ALL DONT HAVE. Asked for early check in also DONT HAVE.

The rooms had no wifi, even budget hotels provide wifi. WiFi can be bought for 1 day at Rm 15 only can be used at the lobby. Vouchers given upon registration for the genting membership card is completely useless. Disappointed as this is a well known hotel.

When season or holiday comes everyone sure to go for a visit here and enjoy the place too. Especially go into the casino.

Even though I got a non smoking room level, on and off the room is filled with smoke smell either coming from the lobby or the toilet vent. Absolutely no sound proofing. Can totally hear people talking at the lobby word for word.

Its nice to visit the place. But service is not up to the mark in case of staying at night.
