Crowdy... early check in is a recommended.... room is so so... a bit small... the fan in the room need some TLC

One of the Finest hotel I have ever stayed.......The largest hotel in the world.....Staffs are friedly....the rooms are a bit small but yes very cute too.......

Lots of accessible features such as casino, restaurants, shops and fast food chain.

Is excellent. But if time check out on 12pm is better

Been there since I've been a kid and each time i went there, there would be something that change or new things/places added. And now they have sky avenue. :)

The room at Tower 3 is facing another room n very small, toilet n bathroom is badly designed, nowhere to put yr clothes n towel when shower, especially when room is occupied by non couple !
Toilet sink also choke !

No wifi in the Resort Hotel room ! Not up to date when living in modern world!

Check in and check out was done via kiosk and it was hassle free once you get used to it. I do wish the parking rates could be reduced a bit for staying guests. The room
was clean but some fixtures needed to be put back in order, eg non-working USB socket, misaligned wall sockets. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

No basic toiletries, lobby staff attitude bad, not flexible at all.

Compared with the past, the improvement is a lot, the room is comfortable and clean, and it is also close to the new location, very convenient! But it s easy to get full, it s important to book a room early

Room is run down. Carpet feels dirty. Parking is chargeable at RM12/day even for hotel guests. Location is fantastic though.

Rooms are cheap but they are small. Toilet is very claustrophobic but to be fair, you don't really need to spend a lot of time in there anyway. You get what you pay for. No air-conditioning but there's ceiling fan so it's not too stuffy. The air from outside is quite chilling anyway. Plenty of parking at the basement of the hotel, but like its rooms, they can be quite a challenge to maneuver, especially if you have a big car. The fact that it is just next to the indoor theme park makes up for everything. If you or your kids are tired from all those playing and wailing in the park, it's easy to just scoot back up into the rooms to have a quick power nap

sign board for parking area should be more visible. i round 6 times to find parking area nearby theme park.

Checkin was fast & efficient n room condition was ok.

I like to thank the bell captain and the police staff they help me alot, i am a disabled man, only can walk for 20 min ,i need wheelchair to travel from room to casino

My room no: 24965, today morning 25/10/2019 around 9.15am housekeeping room attendant (Nepalese) ring the door bell , 1 and 2 times we ignore it..But he pressed until we opened the door. He asked us whether want to clean the room? Hello, is doesn t not make sense..9am plus in the morning asked this question and we will check out at 11am based on the schedule. Your guests were still sleeping. Please train your staff properly. 23/10 we requested front desk to change the twin beds room king or queen beds room. Waited for one hour no call to follow up. Until we went down to the lobby. Not a good experience to stay at first world, really disappointed.

Very small rooms at First Word hotel and not meant for family

New Theme Park with plenty of F&B outlets serves vistors very well.

Members often get promotions sent via sms and email. We got a free night stay at First World Hotel and drove up from Singapore! Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Room was acceptable just a bit squeezy for 2A3C below 9. Remember to use and pay your Genting Rewards Card (not Singapore's) around the resort and hotel to earn points. If you don't accumulate enough points, you will be downgraded. Overall, it was a great trip to the newly renovated Genting, with a free night stay!

Short fun getaway from the city with good food and entertainment

Small with odour smell room. Small water flow system for shower. Non-user-friendly checkout system. Must checkout on time.

Y5 triple room at Tower 3. With wifi and very nice mountain view. However, male and female friends cannot share room, bathroom do not have lock.
Need to improve or setting the lift service, each floor have 6 lifts, but need to take very long times to wait, especially stay at lower floor and during checkout timing.

The best place to stay in Genting. No wifi but the hotel is connected to all the attractions there... self check in and out can save your time...

The room faces another room and I had to draw the curtain most of the time. The pillows is old and had lost its firmness. Tue soap dispenser is faulty and open up when I press the button.

If you are here to gamble or shop first wolrd hotel will be ideal for the stay

Front desk all very rude! Toilet separate into 2. It s so inconvenience if I were to stay with friend. Parent couldn t walk far ask for near lift also need to paid extra. Very disappointed!

Request for a queen bed got a twin bed and when they change the room for me they did didnt code the room key for the next day and i have to go and queue up to get it code and it was check in time and there was lots of people. And the sound proofing of the room was so bad i can hear door closing and people talking in my room.

First world room in tower 3 not as clean and well maintained as tower 1 standard room... i hope that the rooms can be maintained as good as tower 1 standard room

Check in at the world's largest hotel. Convenient access to SkyAvenue, Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park and First World Plaza. Very cool and comfy. But the room is not so big. Just for sleeping only can. Don't expect can get bigger room if you just give lower price. Anyhow, got mini fridge inside. But I don't think you need it due to the outside weather is cool enough. Can make your beverage become cool naturally.

Good morning. This is the first time I am staying in First World hotel. I was invited by my friend who is a frequent visitor of the Casino . Although the room and bathroom is some what small. It's OK as I feel most people stay here for a short while. BUT I HAVE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT STORAGE PLACE FOR OUR LUGGAGE. There is so much place in the room to make a simple table shelf. Where if there is 3 guest they can place there bag on it and put their shoe at the bottom and also have a overhead clothes hanger. Than the room will have space to move and not putting our bag on the floor. I stayed at room 3833 on 10/9/18. I hope someone will look into this.

Best and cheap eats 3star Hotel during your stay in genting

Check in was a HORRIBLE experience! 3 towers but 1 check in area?
First you got to find a staff to help you do registration IF you book the rooms online. Then you got to do self check-in at the kiosk. And if you have problems with check-in (in our case we needed 2 rooms at the same floor becoz of the little ones), go and queue for someone to help you. And after collecting your key card and got problem (in my case where the key card got problem), you got to queue again. Ridiculous to take 3.5 hours to check in 4 rooms!

Convenient to have Starbucks nearby however, lobby is a mad house with lots of people checking in / out

bigest hotel of word included 8400 rooms .
if a baby born in 1 of the rooms and each night sleep in different rooms.he should spend 21 years to sleep on all rooms :)

Stay in world club room and the room was excellent with a Mountain View. Room was very windy and cooling.. cleanliness was good and staff was polite and nice..

First I booked a Y3 room at First World Hotel at Tower 3,only I know after got into the room is a room for 2 person instead of 3 person,imagine my disappointment
