Clean and comfortable,reasonable price ,great experience

Hotel room was ok, clean, however no wifi service. Even worst, no 3G/4G service, this is terrible!

Near to the indoor games and food. The room cleanliness need to be improved

The room are very small and smelly
Plus the bathroom water are so stink

Bad hotel service ever in making a deposit refund for customer. i wait almost a week. there's nothing. i try to get reach in so many ways. tru email but reply after 10hours!! call but no answer!! call but failed!! Is this first world hotel service for customer??? I just want my money back. That's it. Please do the needful for your customer!!

Check-in was prompt using kiosk self check-in and room was clean and tidy

It was great stay at first world hotel, lots of restaurants and newly renovated shopping mall.

Frill-less hotel, good enough for overnight but dont expect too much.

very very touristy . I loved the outdoors more than concrete buildings in Genting

Nice hotel to stay when you visit Genting. Lots of entertainment for kids.

U have to self check in if u dont want to pay extra . For drinking water have to walk far to get it. And there is cute decoration all over the hotel .

Guinness worst record I would say, so what if it's the largest hotel. Room standard wasn't even worth the cheap affordable price, no bar fridge, mat was dirty, dust seen on headboard, window and curtain was dirty, I had no heater to shower today in this cooling weather, imagine those senior citizens who are staying here, I wouldn't even want to stay here again even if they gave me a free stay.

Have stayed here a few times and a great place for a weekend with family and enjoy the cool climate with theme parks.

Basic rooms, the new Y5 tower is far from everywhere else, tower 1 is better but doesn't come with wifi

I am In Genting in Dec /19, will come in Jan, feb/20.
Most of the time I am given a standard room.
In December trip I pay for upgrade to deluxe on final day.

Nice place for a short trip, room is OK. Basic necessities given. Toilet n shower is pretty small, bad news for fat people. There's a mall and ample selection of food.

The hygiene of the room and bedding is great and clean, there is no air-conditioning in the room, only a ceiling fan, this is good because the temperature in Getting is cold enough so no need for the air-conditioning. The self check in and check out kiosk is great and easy to use, and you can choose specific type of room(near lift, mountain view, etc). Plenty of restaurant and food shop nearby. The downside is that the bathroom and toilet can't be lock so this is a little awkward for those travelling with non close friends, and in the bathroom there is no place to hang your clothes or towel.

Tower 2 lower floor too noisy. Not fit for accommodation. Some compressor or machinery noise level unbearable 24/7

Standard room is basic, everything is an extra charge . Convenient for shopping, connected to arena of stars

Getting to the diner allocated by our tour manager took us 15 minutes of walking. Huge mall combined with a hotel. The washrooms are really cramped though.

Check-in counter staffs service has improved tremendously, very polite and helpful now.

The room is small. It would be good if there is room food service available

Give 3 star because room not clean enuf. Feel the bedsheet and pillow case no change. Have a lots of hair sticking.

The day i checked in on thurs, i wad sick until sat, i checked out. Slept inside the room for two days. Never step into the casino to try my luck n no time do shopping for CNY

Even when you don't expect much, First World Hotel still find ways to disappoint you.

Frustration starts to build when I had to interact with the nonchalant staffs at the check in counter. Greet and welcome guest? How dare I expect that when they were engrossed talking to each other.

Tried asking a security staff if Malaysia Food Street was opened at 7+am, he said yes. To our dismay, we trekked there and found the place shut.

Checked in and discovered we were assigned a smoking room. No option to select non smoking floor at the self check in kiosk. Why?

There are many lifts. But not enough for the many guests. Expect to wait and wait and wait for lifts during peak hours. When you mange to finally squeeze into one, expect to meet and greet almost every other hotel guests as the lift will stop at every other floors. Frustrated guests mumbling and cursing at the lifts and at other guests are common sights.

Surely the rooms are at least up to par? Not quite. Sink stopper was stuck so water can't flow out quickly. Toilet seat broken? That's to be expected. And by now, it should not surprise you anymore that the kettle has leftovers courtesy of the last guests.

Erase all expectations. Maybe that'll work.

Good service, good food and thank you team from burger lobster restaurant will be back again soon

Room is promptly cleaned. It's also nearby the casino and shopping area.

Fantastic new indoor games sky tropolis, should not miss it when visit this hotel!

Quite enjoyable except weather sometimes so warm n sometimes so cold not like past years always so comfortable

1 thousand rooms under this Tower A and Tower B with Standard Room with window but without view all the way to Up to more deluxe type. Higher better. Very mechanical self service for check in and check out. Lobby are forever crowded whether it is low or high seasons. The facility and outlets has improved tremendously compare gew yeats back. Nice hotel and very interesting.

Ok . Just for touch n go accept it. . Want better and much comfortable room go paid higher rate and enjoy ..
