checked in was mixed up. apparently the room i checked in is not mine so i had to wait for them to check the system. it took them almost an hour (or longer idr) to solve the problem and it was almost 3 am. this happened during the good vibes festival. the supervisor didn't even talk to me directly
Disappointing experience. For the price, the room is uncomfortably cramped and basic items such as shampoo and toothbrushes were not provided, unlike in hotels in the same price range as this hotel.
Because the room staff is friendly. Can i suggest that when we book online the room, please let have the option to choose which tower to book for first world hotel room booking..eg tower 1 or 2 or 3
Very bad experience. Staff was least cooperative. maintenance was poor and service was pathetic
Its cold even not using AC.. the hotel and the mall connected each other.. i have been to genting 2 times... i'm gonna back next time
I left my charger in my room after I checked out. Housekeeping found it and kept it. I was able to get back my charger through a friend.

Nice place. Very cold. The scenery at waiting area outside the hotel is beautiful wih so many creative lighting.
The place is a little bit boring to be honest. If you ever been to Las Vegas or even just Atlantic city, don't bother to go. The sky cable was the only thing that really was worth it. The outlet is okay, but the one close to KLIA (the airport) is cheaper it seems.
The world club room is spacious and comes with good amenities like showel gel, shampoo, inroom safe, fridge and a sofa set...awesome

It was not work for us, a family with small childrens, friendly budget travel. You can not expect a $50 room/night will be comfortable, it tiny small space and smoking smells is almost everywhere . Everything here is expensive, shopping, foods and accomodations. We check out 1 day before our 3 days booking.
If you need a place just to crash or spend the night, this serves you okay. Don't expect anything fancy. Basic amenities and stuff
Complimentary and the room was comfy and clean. Checking in and checking out was a breeze

Tower 2- Clean, strong hot shower. Just queen sized bed or 2 singles. Average and acceptable
Clean crowd well control indoor activities well organised need not worry wet outdoor .all places well lite provide safe feeling . Also to cater for wholesome family togetherness casino is not prominently stressed .
Overall was great. Except for the toilet and towels. It is too small. The floor was too cold. My opinion is, should add some carpet instead of plain floor.

Carpark bay around 3500, remember pay on auto pay machine before towards your vehicle, parking fee weekdays (Monday-Friday) RM1 for first hours or part thereof, every subsequent hour RM 2, 6hours up to Maximum daily RM 11. Counter check in 30unit. Can be use express check-in kiosk or express check-out kiosk, due to high demand is yearly can >90% room occupancy, so prefer use it. Huge lobby and bell counter services. Friendly crew assistance on it. Have a restaurant call Lobby Cafe, and pastry shop locate at lobby floor. There also have shops such as Watson, healing touch massage, one meter teh, mynews, saloon, local biscuit shop. Is next to shopping mall- First world plaza and SkyAvenue. And Skytropolis Indoor theme park.
Rooms are awfully small. And the queues to check in takes more than an hour.
And even if you are staying more than one day. You have to reactivate your keys everyday.
Check in at first world hotel the kiosk assistant redirect here and there in the end still had to approach counter staff to assist but queuing time is horrible even at the priority lane
My first experience stay at Genting Highland. Its so cold and cool. Hehe the food served is delicious. Attending the Zurich Takaful event at here for 3days 2nights. Its meaningful and full of memories
Terrible hotel. Room was full of dust when I first checked in. Housekeeping did not even clean the room other than to replace the towel. Don't come here unless you are on a tight budget.
I require superior delux room for 3 person with one queen and one super singer bed , but give us two super single bed
Terrible and horrible experience in this hotel towel 2. No wifi, data keep disconnected, beds full with furs and unknown dirty things!! I kept sneezing non stop and allergy with red spot because of the bed!

Not comfortable as room was really small even though it was for triple sharing. First World always boasted it is the largest hotel with 7,531 rooms! it omitted stating that it was 7,531 extremely SMALL rooms.

Rooms are clean and newly refurbished... Ok for the price. But really cramped. Shower section of the bathroom does not have a door for privacy.

Always crowded regardless peak or off-peak season Self check-in with kiosk is prompt, but tends to give wrong room "specs". Wanted a double bed room with view, was given a 2 single bed room with no view...

Waited for long time no room type available at the kiosk even willing to pay RM 5 early check-in.
the room service was great. but paid to have mountain view was given otherwise and had to change the rooms due to maintenance.
