We stay at xyz clean OK but only the lift upon peak hour look like lift not enough always ni to wait very long
The lift won't go down 1st floor keep going up and very slow. Overall all good no comments very neat okays
Small requests croach down is it can a bit update like going up to genting
As bus keeps u turn although the road
Already updated for drivers is very dangerous expecially rainy day they very stressful, they ni to u turn slowly and also ni to take passengers and even ni to aware of genting reputation and image if they send passengers home sweet home is it a lot tourist will back again to genting and their pocket also good appreciate and thank you

Second consecutive visit in which I'm facing faulty room service. First was a toilet stuck with filthy garbage and on my next visit the water heater doesn't work. Imagine having cold shower at 16c. Overall there are stains every where.

It's a wonderful room and reasonable room rates to stay when come to Genting Highlands

Room not cleaned , entered a room that was used by someone else , total mess

More than the expectation you wouldn't think about it.
More surprise in the future coming soon, just like the Avenger "Infinity War"

You should honestly go for the premium room its much much bigger the toilets are clean and its spacious. For the standard room its to small u can bearly move around.

1. Too Expensive with small room.. no mineral water.
2. No Wifi..
3. Must improve the check in system.. too slow

Give more days to stay so that can enjoin llife in Genting

I saw ghost n some strange stuffs,it is not a good place to visit .

It was fantastic as i wish i could be allocated on the 1st floor again my next visit as my mum is on wheel chair n it saves me plenty of time of waiting for lift n so on.Lastly if having some grip bar at the shower area will be great.It was pretty dangerous due slippery tiles

Third class hotel. Narrow rooms. Difficult check in. Poor service response times. Over crowded. Good for nothing.

Overall experience at First world hotel was great. There are lots of things to do in the hotel and we hardly feel to go out of the hotel.

However, rooms are tiny like capsule and need more staff at check in counters.

The a nice hotel, some rooms located too far from lift and need to walk a long way, the corridor is dark and scary. The room is ok though, clean room. Small but tidy.

Room is tidy enough .

1) As from early oct 2019. Poor tv programmes. Too many WOW shows. Most chinese movies missing. The very ones left are telecast at very early morning n late at night. All VISON 4 lost .<br/>2) Sky Noodles Bar looks good at a glance but ugly as soon as I got close. Tables were filled with grease n beverage stain. Same goes to Pot Luck.

Clean n cheap. The mountain view from the room is so relaxing. It's a good place to get away from the hot n hectic city life for the weekend.

No tolietries , lousy and rough bed sheet and no aircon

Should be great if the room be more spacious and complimentary drinks provided

I was given mountain view, so windy and nice. Husband loves it.

Automated Check-in and Check out hotel which is economical for a night stay.
